Chapter 1
The doctor walked back into the hospital room, clipboard in hand. "Ms. Jones, Mr. Quartermaine," she said, standing infront of the now closed door. Georgie squeezed onto Dillon's hand, as she sat on the hospital bed. "The results are in," she said looking at the young teenagers." and Georgie you are pregnant." "I'm pregnant." She said, staring straight ahead. "I'm pregnant." She said again, as if somehow trying to let it sink in. "Georgie, are you alright?" Dillon asked, placing his free hand on her shoulder. "I'll leave you two alone for a few minutes and then I'll come back to discuss everything." The doctor said, turning to leave. "Thank you," Dillon said, still looking at Georgie. Once the doctor left the room he keeled down infront of her. "Are you okay?" "I'm pregnant," she repeated once again, tears welling up in her eyes. "Come here," he told her, wrapping his arms around her waist and pulling her close to his body. She wrapped her arms around his neck, burring her head into his shoulder. "Everything is going to be alright," he whispered in her ear as he rubbed her back. "I promise that I will take care of you." Georgie pulled away from him and wiped her eyes with the back of her hand. Dillon hated seeing her like this, which is how she had been for the last month. He couldn't help but smile as he looked down at her stomach. "And this little one." He said, gently rubbing it. Georgie finally smiled. "I know you will, that was just a big shock for me." "I understand that," he said, nodding his head as his hand rested on her stomach. "But I do want this." She said smiling again. "Me, too. We'll get through this together, okay?" He asked, looking into her eyes. "Okay," she said, nodding her head.
As Dillon pulled onto the highway, headed back to Georgie's house to drop her off, he reached for her hand in the middle of the seat. She looked down and smiled at their now entwined hands. "Come on, baby. If this is bothering you, you have to tell me, Georgie. It will be the only way we can get through this", he told her gently. "No, no." She blushed, for she hadn't been thinking that at all. She had absolutely no regrets or sadness about the situation. She'd been thinking about that night. The doctor had given the date of conception. And she was thinking back to that very night, the night they had created this little baby that they would soon love and protect with all their hearts.
~Flashback~ It was raining out that night, storming like crazy. And Dillon and Georgie had just gotten back from their date. Dillon had taken Georgie out to eat and then to a movie. They had walked the park for a few hours, arm in arm, and talking about old times, everything that they had gotten through to get to this moment, tonight. When the rain came, they ran back to Dillon's car, both hiding under Dillon's jacket. But then Georgie stepped out and said it was okay. "Come on, Dillon!" She pulled Dillon out into the rain as she danced, twirled, and let the raindrops dance on her face. Dillon watched her at that moment and he knew that he had just fallen in love with this girl all over again. And it was pouring out. Dillon said that they needed to get back to the car so that she didn't get sick. "But baby, we're having so much fun, she said as he pulled her in for a hug. And as the rain fell down them and splattered them with wetness, he inclined his head. Next thing they knew, they were in the car. And Dillon was driving as fast as he could without going over the speed limit. Oh who cares, he thought. He drove a few miles over. And Georgie smiled to herself. She noticed where the road led. The movie and dinner had been out of town, but she had been to this place before. She looked over at Dillon and thought about how amazing he was as he turned off the ignition and turned to face her. They had said their I love yous here. "Is it okay if this is the place?" But her lips were on his, cutting him off. And when she pulled away, she just stared at him. Not saying a word, she took the keys out of the ignition and kicked her door open. Running into the barn, Dillon followed after her. As she ran in, she hid the keys in a water pale before Dillon could come in and see where she had put them. "Georgie, what did you do with my keys, huh?" he asked, smiling. He had a couple blankets from the back of his car under his arm. "ll never tell." "And why not?" he asked. She pulled him in for a kiss on the mouth. And it took all she had not to take him right then and there. "Because we're not leaving here until we make love," she informed him. "Is that right?" he asked with a blush. Without saying a word, they lay out one blanket on top of some hay. He turned toward her and as they kissed with a passion she thought hadn't quite done any other night they had shared together like this justice, Dillon found the buttons of her blouse. Smoothly, he unbuttoned each one and finally the shirt fell over her shoulders as he nibbled on her neck. The shirt dropped to the ground. And she lifted his dress shirt off of his chest, dropping it carelessly. All she cared about was his lips on hers at this moment. Her hand reached down and unfastened his black pants. Dillon looked at her with the eyes of a man that night, for he had never wanted anything as much as he wanted her tonight. And as Dillon hovered over her and she grabbed the other blanket to drape across them, somehow both of them knew that they would never be the same after that night. That night, they had found something in each other that they had never experienced before. They had been together many times, but none quite like this. For this is the night that their baby would be conceived. ~End Flashback~
"What is it then, baby? What's wrong?" he asked her, still holding tightly to her hand. She blushed. "Nothing. It's nothing. Honest." "Okay, if you're sure." "I am, Dillon." "Okay, so that leaves us with what are we going to do about your parents?" "Oh, I want to tell them right away."
That night, Dillon drove Georgie home and they stood on the porch, bracing themselves for what would come next. Oddly though, they were also a little excited that they would be telling someone their wonderful news. Though they may not see it that way, Dillon and Georgie sure did. It was the perfect time, as they walked in they found Mac and Felicia in the living room, sitting down and talking. "Mom, Dad. We have something we want to tell you." Georgie grabbed onto Dillon's hand as she began. "We're pregnant."

Chapter 2
"You're pregnant?" Felicia asked, standing up from her spot on the couch. Georgie nodded her head nervously. "Yeah." Tears started to fill her mother's eyes as she began walking toward her and Dillon. "My baby girl's pregnant." She said again, putting her hands on Georgie's face. "Mac," Felicia said, turning around to face him. He had a stern look on his face. "aren't you going to say anything?" "I am definitely not happy about this," he said shaking his head as he stood up and walked toward them. Dillon noticed the tears that started to fill up in Georgie's eyes as her hand squeezed onto his even tighter. "Sir, you need to understand that this isn't something we planned," Dillon said quickly, trying to say the right words that would assure everyone in the room that what they were doing was the best thing they could possibly do. "but we are going to keep this child. We're going to love and protect this child with everything we have." Georgie looked up at Dillon, the tears had already started pouring down her face, but he continued talking. "And I'm going to do the same for Georgie." Felicia and Mac both looked at each other, not quite knowing what to say. "I promise you, I will take care of your daughter. She means everything to me." He said, looking at them with pleading eyes. "Congratulations," Felicia finally said, smiling. She quickly embraced Georgie in a big hug, smoothing her hair as she did so. "both of you." She said, also giving Dillon a quick hug, but pulled away when she heard Mac begin to speak. "Congratulations, sweetheart." Mac said, finally breaking down the huge wall he had quickly put up when they announced she was pregnant. He hugged her tightly, and then turned to look at Dillon. "I know you'll take care of my daughter," he said, nodding his head. "congratulations." He said, patting him on the back. "Thank you," Dillon said, smiling brightly at Georgie, who immediately wrapped her arms around his neck, hugging him tightly.
"Georgie," Maxie said, knocking on her bedroom door. "Come in," Georgie said, sitting up on her bed. She leaned her head against Dillon's chest, trying to get comfortable. "Hey you," Maxie said sitting down on the edge of the bed. "Hi," Georgie said, smiling. "Dillon," Maxie said, raising her eyebrow. "Hi Max," Dillon said, laughing slightly. He and Maxie had become good friends over the last few years. "Uhh, I'll leave if you want to talk to your sister alone." He said gesturing toward the door. "No, no." She said, holding up her hand. "I want to talk to the both of you, plus Georgie looks pretty comfortable." She said, laughing slightly. "Kinda," Georgie nodded her head, laughing. "My baby sister's having a baby." Maxie said, looking at her sister with tears in her eyes. Georgie nodded her head, smiling. "I cannot believe how much you've grown these past few years. And you've been so happy lately." She turned toward Dillon. "And I am pretty sure that I owe most of that happiness to you, Dillon. So thank you. I am so happy for you both. I can't wait to hear your little one say 'Aunt Maxie' for the first time. It will be wonderful." Georgie smiled, her hand resting comfortably on her stomach beneath Dillon's protective arm. "Thank you, Maxie. All that means so much to us." "She's right. Thank you, Maxie." She nodded. "Okay, now that I've spoken my mind, I'll let you get some rest." Before turning to leave, she placed her hand on Georgie's tummy. "You be sure to let me know when that baby kicks for the first time." "Oh, that won't be for awhile yet. Don't worry." "All right, I'll see you later. I love you, Georgie. You too, Dillon." Maxie stepped out of her room and Georgie snuggled back in more comfortably beneath Dillon's comfort, her arms encircling his waist as they lay in her bed.
Dillon lay with her until he felt her soft breathing relax as she fell into sleep. Carefully, as not to disturb her, he climbed out of her bed. Taking one more look at her beautiful figure, he opened the door and headed downstairs. Felicia stopped him as he was headed out the door. "Dillon." "Yes? I was just heading home. I'm going to tell my family and then try to find a place for Georgie and I to live. I don't think the stress of dealing with the Quartemaines would help her at all. They even give me a headache and I'm not carrying a baby." Felicia's eyes got a little worried. And he could tell he hadn't said something right. "No, Dillon. I mean, I've talked to Mac we've decided that as long as it's okay with you, that is, we were hoping that you and Georgie could live here." Dillon was taken by surprise. "Excuse me? You want me to live here? Are you sure that's a good idea, I mean having Mac and I living in the same house? We're bound to attack each other with crowbars if we went with that idea." Felicia laughed. "Not permanently. But think realistically, Dillon. I mean, you are going to be working while Georgie is at home. And if you two lived alone, who would take care of Georgie during her pregnancy? I really think that you should just move in here with us until the baby is born. Then you can move into an apartment across town or something. Besides, you probably don't have enough money saved for a good place to live, right? By the time the baby is here, you'll have more savings." Dillon thought all this over for a moment and realized that what Felicia was saying did make sense. "Okay, Felicia. I'll go home and tell my family. I'll pack a few bags to stay here a few nights. We'll work on the details later." "Wonderful", she said and Felicia surprised him as she went for a hug.
Dillon stepped inside the Quartemaine mansion to find none other than Edward, the grandfather who thought that the world rose and set on him. "Oh, now it's about time you got home, young man. I will not have another of my grandchildren..." Now Dillon knew why he wasn't more objective to the idea of moving in with Georgie's family. His sucked. "Relax, Grandfather. I'm moving out." Edward turned as Ned walked in. "Did you hear what this deviant just said to me? He told me to relax", completely overlooking Dillon moving out. "That's because you do need to relax, Grandfather." "Hey, Ned. I just came by to pack up a few things. I'm moving in with Georgie for a little while." Edward shooed them away with his hand and walked out of the room. Ned motioned for Dillon to come sit with him on the couch. "Okay, Dillon. Now why would you want to move out? Other than the fact that anyone who lives in this house for one night becomes a basket case." "I have some news" Monica, Alan, Skye, and Emily walked into the dining room. "And now I have an audience" "We're sorry, Dillon. We heard Edward say that you've returned home, but something about you're moving out? We thought he was just running his mouth again", Monica informed him. "Well, actually for once, Grandfather is right. I am moving out." Then Dillon felt pressured as the Quartemaine gang moved around him on the sofa with Ned. "Um,Yeah, see I have some news. And I don't exactly know how to say it. Um, see Georgie is pregnant." After seeing a couple mouths drop open, and a few jaws hit the ground, he went on. "And I am moving it with Georgie. Just for right now. We'll see how it works out. I want to pack a few bags tonight and come back for more stuff as I need it. As soon as the baby is born, Georgie and I will find our own place." Dillon sat there in silence as everyone fought the words to be quiet. None of them were exactly jumping up and down to speak. Emily thought it best that she cut in. "Well, Dillon. I am just thankful that we have one more great man in this world. Not many men in this world today would stick around if they found out their girlfriend was pregnant." "Well I can't imagine being like that. I love Georgie with all of my heart. And now that we have a little one on the way, I will love this baby just as much. Because this baby is a part of Georgie and me. I will love and protect Georgie and our baby with everything I have. And that will never change."

Chapter 3
Dillon returned back to the Scorpio house with a couple duffel bags in hand. Mac answered the door and smiled to himself when he saw Dillon with the bags. "Hey. Come on in. And by the way, just to let you know, you don't have to knock anymore. You live here now and I want you to feel at home here." Okay, finding out that Georgie was pregnant, dealing with telling everyone, preparing to deal with what comes next, the mood swings, the pregnancy cravings, all that he could handle. But this? Mac being nice and polite to him? Dillon didn't think that he could handle this. Mac, a person that Dillon knew would rather slap him right along side the head than be his friend, was treating him like a person, not an animal who was in love with his daughter. "Um, Okay, thank you. Thanks a lot." But it was all for Georgie, he told himself.
She was standing in front of the long, floor length mirror in her room, looking at herself in the mirror sideways. "Wow, baby. Didn't think that would happen so quick", he commented as he sat down his bags. Embarrassed, Georgie quickly pulled out the pillow beneath her night gown as Dillon went to her. She threw the pillow at him, and he caught it. Throwing it to the floor, he pulled her in for a hug. "I was just curious" she mumbled. "Hey, babe. It's fine. I think it's kind of cute, really." "Honest?" she asked as he pulled her closer. "Yes, honest." "Okay", she said, playing with the buttons on his shirt as she stood in his arms. "I woke up and you weren't here", she added looking down. Dillon tipped her chin up with the tip of his fingers. "Did your mom fill you in?" "Yes, and I can't believe that they are being so nice about all this. Kinda creepy, don't you think?" He couldn't totally agree with that one. "Just a little." "Oh", she remembered and went to her closet. "I've made as much room in my closet and my drawers as I could. So you can put your stuff in there." "Oh, a girl giving up her closet space for her boyfriend? Now that's love right there, babe." She looked up at him. "Yeah?" She asked, almost whispering. "Yeah," he said, in the same tone. He placed his fingers underneath her chin, bringing her lips to his. He slowly coaxed her mouth open with his tongue, sliding it around her mouth. Georgie let out a soft moan, as she stood up on her tip toes, wanting to be closer to his body. "Georgie," Maxie said, walking into her room. "Oh my goodness," she said covering her mouth. Dillon and Georgie pulled apart and turned around to look at her. "I am so sorry, I forgot to knock." She said, closing her eyes. "I promise, next time I'll remember." "Maxie, it's alright." Dillon said, trying not to sound annoyed. "What's up?" Georgie asked, leaning her head up against Dillon's chest. "I just wanted to let you know that dinner's done." "Thank goodness, I'm starving!" Georgie said, stepping away from Dillon.
"Thank you," Georgie said to Dillon as he pushed her chair closer to the dining room table. "You're welcome," he said, kissing her forehead just before sitting down in a chair next to her. "Hi sweetie," Felicia said as she sat in a chair across the table from her, Mac on the other side of her. "How are you doing?" "I'm okay," she nodded her head. "That's good to hear," Mac said, smiling. Georgie smiled back at him, she was happy that he was finally learning to except everything. "Goodness, I am starving!" She said, reaching across the table for a cheeseburger. She started to add some pickles and ketchup to it and then took a big bite. "Hmmm," she said, slowly chewing it and finally swallowing it down with some of her coke. She looked up at everyone and noticed they were all staring at her, Dillon was the only one who looked back down at his plate. "What? No, I don't have any weird cravings yet so you can stop staring and let me eat my food!" She said, in a tone that let everyone know they shouldn't really mess with her. Everyone looked back down at their plates and began eating their food. "The mood swings sure have." Maxie mumbled just before taking a bite of her cheeseburger. Dillon heard her and kicked her leg under the table. She quickly looked up at him and he gave her a look. 'Sorry' She mouthed, and looked back down at her plate.
Georgie pulled back the covers of her bed and changed into her pajamas. When she climbed in, she turned on her radio and relaxed against her headboard, waiting for Dillon to get out of the shower. Soon, she heard her door gently close and footsteps. Dillon quietly stepped inside and grabbed a blanket from her couch. When she noticed what he was doing, she stopped him. "Dillon, what are you doing down there? Get up here and sleep beside me. Please?" "But Georgie. Your parents. Do you think they'd...?" "No, Dillon. They would not freak out. They've let you move in. They should know that I am not going to let you sleep on the floor. Besides, there's nothing wrong with holding me through the night." "Okay, Georgie." He smiled as he climbed in bed beside her. Immediately, Georgie embraced him around the waist and rested her head on his chest, listening to his heart beating. "I'm sorry about what happened down there tonight. I'm sorry that I snapped", she told him. "Shh, it's okay baby. Don't worry about that. Let's just get some sleep." "Hey", she said as she raised her head to look into his eyes. "This is our first night as you know, a family. The first night you are actually allowed in my room to hold me. The first night the baby has both it's parents." He smiled as he ran his fingers through her soft, silky hair. "I know, baby." "Goodnight, Dillon." "Goodnight, Georgie. Sweet dreams."

Chapter 4
"Georgie, sweetie," Mac said as he sat across the table from her. "is everything alright?" Georgie sat at the dining room table, a big plate of pancakes, eggs and bacon infront of her. She hadn't even taken a bite yet, but the smell alone was making her sick to her stomach. "Honey," Dillon said, leaning closer to her and rubbing the small of her back. "Oh god," she said, quickly standing up from the table and rushing toward the bathroom. Dillon looked across the table at Felicia, who just nodded her head. "Excuse me," he said looking at Maxie and Mac, just before pushing out his chair and hurrying off to the bathroom.
He quietly knocked on the door, but decided to open it when she didn't say anything. She was sitting on the cold tile floor, hunched over the toilet bowl. "Oh baby," he said, quickly walking over to her and pulling her honey brown hair out of her face. It had been almost a month since they found out she was pregnant, and since then her morning sickness had seemed to get worse everyday, if that was even possible, that's sure how it felt. Georgie reached for her hair, taking it away from Dillon, who walked over to the sink and wet a washcloth. "Here," he said, dabbing the washcloth on her forehead. "You know," she said, looking up at him. "I've heard that once a guy helps you with all of this," she pointed around the bathroom, then looked back into his eyes. "he'll be there no matter what." Dillon couldn't believe what he was hearing. "Georgie, I will always be here for you." "Yeah," she said quietly, looking down at the tiled floor. "Hey," he said, placing his fingers under her chin, gently tilting her head up until she was looking at him again. "I'm not leaving you," he said, looking right into her eyes. "I promise." She nodded her head, her eyes shining with tears. "Come on," he said, standing up. "let's get you cleaned up." He reached for her hand, gently helping her up off the floor. She walked over to the sink and turned the cold water on, splashing it on her face, while Dillon threw the washcloth in the with the dirty laundry. Once she was done washing off, she turned around to face him. "Thank you," she said, smiling slightly. "I would do anything for you, Georgie." He said, placing a soft kiss on her lips. "Hmm," she sighed, finally relaxing a bit. "I love you." "I love you, too." He said, pulling her body closer to his and hugging her tightly.
"Look honey," Georgie said excitedly, waving Dillon over to her. He quickly stood beside her as she looked in the full length mirror in their bedroom. "Look," she said again, running her hand over her belly. "it's starting to show." She had finally been able to start wearing her maternity clothes, even though she wasn't showing that much. Dillon smiled, placing his hand on her stomach. "Look at that," he said, turning her to that she was facing him. "that's our baby in there." Georgie nodded her head. "Our baby," she repeated, smiling brightly. "It's still hard to believe, huh?" He asked, holding her around the waist. "Yeah," she said, nodding her head again. "but I'm getting used to it." "Hi," Maxie said, knocking on the already open door to their bedroom. Dillon and Georgie turned to look at her. "Hi," they both said. "Feeling better?" Maxie asked, looking at her sister. Georgie leaned her back against Dillon's chest, as he wrapped his arms around her waist resting his hands on her belly. "A little bit," she said, smiling. "Well, Mac sent me up here to check on you. I tried telling him that you were just pregnant, not diagnosed with some traumatic disease, but he wouldn't listen to me." Dillon could feel her tighten in his embrace. "Maxi, if me being here is bothering you then" "Did I say that it bothered me? I was just saying that Mac and Mom need to stop babying you. You have Dillon to take care of you so I don't understand why they feel like they need to" "Okay, Maxi? Georgie needs to lay down for a few minutes. I'd appreciate it if you'd leave." Dillon led Georgie slowly to her bed and lay her back. Pulling back the covers, she got under them and rolled over. Dillon could see the glimmer of a few tears. Dillon suddenly wanted to give Maxi a piece of his mind. She'd been making rude comments and giving Georgie a hard time all month. He waited for her eyes to close and then he quietly stepped out of the room. When he did, he saw Maxi in the hallway, leaning up against the wall. "What was that? Asking me to leave my own sister's room? This is our house, not yours, Dillon. You need to get a clue." "You know what, Maxi? You need to grow up. Georgie is going through a lot right now. And although this baby is probably the best thing that has ever happened to us, she is going through a lot of stress right now. The last thing she needs is her big sister on her case all the time. I thought you were happy about the baby?" "That was before. Now Georgie is acting like a baby herself. She takes up everyone's time and attention. It's sickening." Dillon took a step closer to her. "Maxi, I am sorry that you feel like second best right now. I'm sorry that you are jealous of your sister, because that is exactly what you are. You're jealous. I am really sorry that you feel that way. But Georgie needs you right now. I wish you'd realize that and stop giving her such a hard time." With that, Dillon walked away and left Maxi even more infuriated with the world than before.
"Dillon! Dillon! Come here! Quick!" Dillon heard Georgie's call as he was talking with Felicia downstairs. He rushed up to see what was going on. He entered to find her up out of bed and dressing. "What's wrong? What happened?" "We have to get to my appointment with Dr. Meadows! I fell asleep and I just realized we have to be there in 20 minutes!" "Okay, Georgie? You have got to calm down, baby. We'll get there I promise." "But, but. We have to hurry and I don't think," Georgie couldn't find her shoes and she felt agitated. "No, baby. Come here. We'll make it. I think your shoes are downstairs. Now lets go find them and we'll be on our way." Georgie felt comforted with his words and did as he said. "Georgie Jones, Dr. Meadows will see you now." Georgie grabbed onto Dillon's hand as they were greeted into the office. It wasn't a very comforting place, a bed, some monitors. "Hello, Georgie. I am Dr. Meadows." She came over and greeted her with a firm shake of her hand. "Hello. This is Dillon." "Hi. And you are the father?" "Yes, I am. Is it okay if I stay with her?" "Of course. Okay, Georgie how are you feeling?" "I'm okay." "Georgie, you have to be honest. The primary goal of prenatal visits is to ensure that your pregnancy is proceeding well. And that there are no complications. So if there is something you're not telling me," "Okay, it's nothing. I've just been really um, What's the word I'm looking for, Dillon?" She turned toward him. "Um...nervous? Worried?" he suggested. "Anxious? Yeah, just that. For like no reason at all. It's kind of a bad thing because um, we're living with my family and I can't be like this for 10 months. My sister will go crazy." "Georgie, don't worry about pleasing your sister. Here, let's just continue on with the checkup and we'll talk about this more." She led her to bed and instructed her to sit on the edge. "Is there any questions at all that you have for me?" she went on. "Nope. None that I can think of." Dr. Meadows turned to Dillon. "Any questions, sir?" "It can wait." "Okay, Georgie. I want to check your weight, blood pressure", she began to wrap a black sock-like cloth around her arm and began pumping. "Which is what I am doing now. I will need a urine sample." "Got it", Georgie said. "I gave it to the nurse before we came in." "You're right on top of things. That's great. I will need to measure your abdomen to keep track of the growth and position of the baby." "Okay, I understand." She took off the cloth and recorded something on her clipboard. "Okay, Georgie. Please step over to the scale. And would you mind taking your shoes off please." Dillon watched her easily step out of her slip-ons and onto the scale. The doctor took some notes and Georgie put them back on. He watched her go back and as instructed, lay back on the bed. He was entranced with her. She looked even more beautiful than ever, with her hair a mess, but in the cute way. And doing all this for their baby. But he also couldn't help but be worried about her as well. Dr. Meadows lifted her shirt up and began to measure he abdomen with some tape.
After taking more notes, Dr. Meadows suggested that she take her blood pressure once more. "Okay, the checkup is over. Dillon, you may come over here and sit with her. I need to talk to you both." Dillon immediately went to her side. He was afraid of something like this. "Okay, Georgie. You're doing everything right from what I can see. But you really need to cut back on the stress level. Your sister obviously presents a problem I can see from what you told me earlier. And it must be much more than that, for when I checked your blood pressure both times, it was very high. Something I do not want to happen again." "I'm sorry. I will" Georgie, don't apologize. Stop trying to please everyone and just concentrate on you, this baby, and this man right here. That is all you need to worry about. In fact, I am so worried, that I am going to put you under a high risk pregnancy" Georgie took in a breath. "Don't be alarmed, please. Please don't be alarmed. I am just letting you know this so you are aware how serious this is. You mentioned you're living at home? Have you thought about getting a place to yourselves? So you can be alone and just concentrate on yourselves and this baby?" Their eyes locked. "Yes, but my parents..." "Would rather you stay at home? I see. Well, if this becomes a habit, I will have to speak to them myself. Let them know how teenage pregnancies and stress do not mix at all. You need a calm, relaxing environment and you are obviously not getting that where you're at. With all that said, I want to put you under some vitamins. They're just so I know you are getting the vitamins you need. A woman cannot just eat the right vitamins. Sometimes they have to be supplemented too." "Okay, thank you, Dr. Meadows." Georgie hopped off the bed with Dillon's help and headed out into the hallway. "Dillon, you said your question could wait? What is it? I'd like to help if I can." "No, it was exactly what you said. I wanted to find out about how to stop the stress she is under. And how serious it is." "Oh, it is very serious. But it's early in her pregnancy that she will be fine. Just backrubs, foot rubs, massages, things like that. Hot baths." Dillon blushed. "I understand. Thank you, doctor.

Chapter 5
Later that night, Dillon and Georgie were finally alone in her bedroom. And Dillon thought that now was the best time to approach her. "Georgie? Can we talk, baby?" he asked, coming up behind her, embracing her around the waist, gently nibbling on her neck. "Of course. Finally, now that we're alone", she said relieved, leading him to the bed. He sat down against the headboard and pulled her into his lap. "Georgie, we seriously need to cut down your stress level. I mean, Dr. Meadows wouldn't put you under a high risk pregnancy for nothing. I'm so worried about you and the baby right now. I want to take better care of you." "Dillon, you're so amazing. You are taking care of me." "Yes, I am trying but I feel like it's not enough. What I want is to take away the stress and the only way I can do that is if I get you out of here. Your sister, your mom, and Mac? And don't misunderstand, I am not trying to take you away from your family." "I know that, Dillon. I know", she said running her hand through his soft hair. "Okay. Well I just, ya know, wanted to make sure you knew that. I just think that it would be better for you and the baby if we moved out. We could find a small house or apartment across town, not very far away at all. Just out of your parents' place." Georgie smiled with the possibilities. "Yes, a place, a home of our own would be just wonderful. So perfect. I really love that idea, Dillon. I just don't know how to you know, tell everyone that we're not happy here." "You're not happy here?" he asked. "Yes, I mean. No, it's just that all of the interruptions, Mac breathing down our necks, and Maxi completely going off on me. Like you said, it's the stress. And here, I feel like I'm not being very respectful to my mom and Mac when I want to be with you here." She blushed as she tried to finish. "I mean, I've been wanting to be with you so much. But I keep stopping myself because this isn't our home." Dillon's arms tightened around her waist and his cheek rested against her chest. He was blushing from her confession. "Me too, baby. Me too." "So," she said. "So," he lifted his head and pulled her close. "So, I guess we're um, moving out?" "If that's what you want, babe." "That's what I want", she smiled. "So we can look for something now, just not say anything until we find something we like?" "Sounds good", he agreed, resting his head in the place where her neck met her shoulder for a minute. Georgie suddenly felt the urge to be close to him. She couldn't stop the feeling this time. So, she tilted his head up with her fingertips and met his lips.
Dillon was ready for her. He wanted to be with her so much. They hadn't been able to be together like this since Dillon had moved in. But tonight, he couldn't hold out any longer. And neither could Georgie. He gently scooted her off of his lap and beside him, hovering over her on the bed. One hand went through her hair as she smiled up at him, and he kissed her forehead. Georgie's hands road up his back beneath his shirt as she clung to him. He kissed her with everything he had. She slowly raised his shirt up and off his chest, throwing it beside them. He immediately returned his lips to hers. Dillon's palm went beneath her shirt at her side. It began to climb beneath her shirt when the door burst open. "Georgie, I...Oh crap. I am really sorry. I jus..." Felicia found herself not looking at either of them as Dillon rushed to get his shirt back on and Georgie sat up quickly. "No, Mom. It's okay. Really. Honest. What is it?" "I just wanted to ask if you wanted to go shopping with me tomorrow, Georgie. But I...I will see you later. Night guys." Felicia shut the door and headed down the stairs. When the door was shut, Dillon collapsed on the bed. "Sooner, rather than later", Georgie breathed.
"Mom, dad," Georgie said, walking into the living room with Dillon. "What is it honey?" Mac asked, turning off the tv and sitting up straight. "Dillon and I wanted to talk to the two of you about something." "Is something wrong?" Felicia asked, looking up at them. "Kind of," Dillon said, leading Georgie to an empty chair. Once she sat down, he continued talking. "I took Georgie for her first prenatal visit today," he said, looking kneeling down beside Georgie's chair. "Dr. Meadows said that everything is fine, but her stress level is way too high." Felicia looked over at Georgie, immediate concern filling her eyes. "She decided to put Georgie under high risk pregnancy," he explained. "she said this is a very serious matter." "Oh sweetheart," Mac said, looking at his daughter. "It's alright," Georgie said, shaking her head. "but this is why we need to talk to you." Both Felicia and Mac nodded their heads, continuing to listen to their daughter. "Being in this house is too much for me," she said, shaking her head again. "I love you both so much. Maxie, too. But no matter how much she accepts this baby, she's still upset that you're both paying so much attention to me, and I don't want her feeling like that." "Georgie, why didn't you talk to us about this before?" Mac asked. "We didn't know anything was wrong." "Because I was trying to please everyone, Dad, but now it's time to stop." Felicia shook her head, she understood where this conversation was going even before Georgie said another word. "It's time that I stop caring so much about what everyone else thinks and I start taking better care of myself and this little one." She said, placing her hand on her stomach. "Dillon and I have decided to move out, into our own home." Dillon rubbed Georgie's back, letting her know he was going to finish. She leaned back in the chair, resting her hands on her stomach as he began talking. "Mac, Felicia," he said, taking a deep breath. "I want you both to know that I love your daughter very much, and I'm going to take very good care of her and my child, but this is the best thing for both of them right now." "Where are you planning on moving?" Mac asked. "Not too far, just across town maybe." "When?" Felicia asked. "Not for awhile, we still need to find somewhere first. We just wanted the both of you to know."

Chapter 6
It had been 3 weeks since Dillon and Georgie announced they were moving out. Around that time, Dillon had called Ned and told him their situation, wondering if he knew of any houses for rent. Ned told him he would look around and call him back soon. Ned kept his promise and called them back the next day, telling the both of them that he and Alexis had a surprise for them; they were willing to allow them to rent the small cottage on the Quartermaine property that Ned had lived in with Kristina for quite sometime.
"Do you have everything from upstairs?" Mac asked Georgie, as she walked into the living room. "Yeah," she said, nodding her head. "everything's all cleared out." "My baby girl's moving out," he said, pulling her into a tight hug. "You take care of her," he said to Dillon once he let go of Georgie. "I will," Dillon promised, pulling Georgie close to him and kissing her forehead. "I know," Mac said, nodding his head. "Felicia!" He called up the stairs. "They're getting ready to leave now!" "I'm coming," Felicia yelled back, as she started to run down the stairs. "Hi sweetie," she said, once she saw Georgie. "you look great." She said, touching her now slightly expanded belly. If you couldn't tell she was pregnant 3 weeks ago, you sure could now. "Thanks, Mom." She responded, smiling brightly. "Mac and I got a little something for you and Dillon," she said, handing them a big basket. "kind of like a house warming gift." "Oh my goodness," Georgie said, holding the basket which was filled with bubble bath, and candles. Dillon took the basket from her, "Thank you both, it's wonderful." "You're welcome," Mac said. "Figured it would help you relax," Felicia told Georgie, who shook her head. "you too, Dillon." "Thank you, Mom." She reached out, hugging Felicia as tight as she could. "Thank you, Dad." She said, hugging Mac again. "You're welcome," they both told her. Felicia walked over to the bottom of the steps. "Maxie! You're sister and Dillon are leaving now!" "Coming, Mom!" Maxie yelled, running down the steps, with Kyle right behind her. Kyle had changed a lot since last summer, he had went to rehab for his drug problem and now he and Maxie seemed to have a perfect relationship. He and Dillon had become good friends over the last year, which was great for Maxie and Georgie. "Hey, little sister," she said, hugging Georgie. "I wouldn't say I'm little anymore." Georgie said, looking down at her stomach. "Oh come on," Maxie said, touching her belly. "you look wonderful." "Yeah, Georgie," Kyle said, walking toward her. "you look beautiful." "Oh, thank you, Kyle." She said, hugging him. "I love you all so much," she said, looking around at everyone. "I promise, you'll all be invited over to the house just as soon as everything's all set up. "Which shouldn't be too long," Ned said, walking in the already opened front door. "you two don't have much stuff." "Yeah," Alexis added, walking in behind him. "the cottage has pretty much everything already." "Thank you both so much for helping them out," Mac said. "Oh, it's no problem really," Ned told him. "I'd rather someone live there then have it completely abandoned." "So, you two ready to go?" Alexis asked. "The vans all packed up." "Air conditioning on full force." Ned added, looking at Georgie. "Thank you," she said laughing. "I'll see you guys soon," she said, hugging everyone one last time. "I'll call tonight." "I love you," Mac, Felicia and Maxie said, once she started walking out of the door, Dillon right behind her. "Hey!" Kyle yelled after her. "I love you, too!" He said, trying not to laugh. Georgie smiled. "Yeah, I love you, too, Kyle." He smiled, blowing her a kiss. "Bye," she said, looking at everyone again and turning to leave.
Dillon and Ned finally carried in the last thing, Georgie's dresser. She planned to use if for the baby's room. Kristina sat and played on a blanket with Georgie in the living room while Alexis kept the guys on their toes, keeping them rejuvenated with plenty to drink. Alexis went out to help Ned close up the van. Dillon felt hot, his shirt was off and he was drinking some water. Georgie went up behind him, wrapping her arms around his bare waist. "Hey, sexy babe. Tired yourself out, huh?" "Ahh, I can take it" he covered. She smiled, kissing the back of his shoulders. Dillon about moaned. Alexis cleared her throat. "Oh, sorry guys", Georgie said, trying toward them. "It's all right. We understand. We just wanted to know if you and Georgie would like to go out to lunch in celebration of your new home." "Oh, that would be great!" Alexis went to pick up Kristina. "Oh, can I take her, Alexis? Please?" "Georgie, you shouldn't be lifting." "It's only out to the car. Please?" She smiled. Alexis knew that Georgie was now even closer with Kristina now that she was expecting a baby of her own. "Hey, hey hey. What are you doing? You're not supposed to lift!" Dillon told her. "Hey, Kristina weighs like 25 pounds. It's fine." "No it's not. Here." Dillon took Georgie around the waist and held Kristina on his hip. Georgie liked this better. She felt like they were a family. This would be them in just a few months. As they went down the walkway, and Dillon put her in her car seat. Kristina laughed and bounced around. Dillon climbed in beside Georgie.
They had ordered the buffet. And Georgie couldn't have been happier. She could eat as many plates as she wanted, and no one would care. Georgie sat next to Kristina who was in her high chair. She constantly looked over and watched the little fill herself with her food, smiling away. She wanted to rush forward in time to where she would hold her and Dillon's baby in her arms when she saw Kristina pick a noodle from her spaghetti and shove it in her mouth. And then she felt like crying when Ned asked baby Kristina what that was. "What is that, huh? What is that you're eating?" "P-a-sghetti" "What do you know, her very first word is spaghetti", said Ned. "Yeah, last week when she said it, I was so mad that I didn't record it. We were so excited", added Alexis. "Can Daddy have a bite?" he asked, leaning towards her. Kristina smiled and watched Ned's face light up when she poked a noodle in his mouth. He swooped it into his mouth and she laughed. "Daddy funny!" Both Ned and Alexis' mouths dropped open when they heard their daughter's words. Ned immediately picked her up from her seat and swung her about. He was so excited! And then when Alexis lightly said his name, he looked around and saw everyone looking at him. "Hey, my daughter just called me daddy for the first time!" And suddenly, everyone started clapping. Ned sat her back down and Alexis buried her face in his shoulder, embarrassed but so happy at the same time. Dillon watched the whole scene play out. He looked down at Georgie's tummy where her hand rested. He smiled, he couldn't wait.

Chapter 7
Georgie was curled up on their sofa, snuggled close to Dillon as they watched To Have and to Have Not when she suddenly had her craving. "Um, Dillon. We don't happen to have any Oreo Cookies or those big ole Dill Pickles, do we?" Dillon looked at her cross eyed, smiling at her. "Huh? You mean like, together?" She blushed into his shirt, hiding her face in his collar. "Yes", she mumbled. His fingers went through her hair, finding it so adorable that she was hiding in his shirt. "But we ate like 2 hours ago. And you had like 4 plates. Very, very full plates." "Yeah, I know", she mumbled. "But I'm hungry again. Actually", she said sitting up next to him again, her hair a static mess. Dillon smiled, pursing his lips together to keep from laughing. "I'm not exactly hungry. I just have this incredibly powerful craving." "I understand. I'll go to the store and pick you up some pickles and Oreo Ice Cream." He kissed her forehead and stood. She took his hand. "Thank you, Dillon." He blushed. "No problem, my love."
Within a half an hour, Dillon pulled into their driveway. Georgie was at the window and seized him when he walked through the door. "Whoa, babe. Knock me over." "Ohh, sorry. Let's eat", she told him, taking the bags and setting them on the small coffee table, not even letting them get the chance to make it to the kitchen. Dillon's jaw dropped as Georgie dug out the carton of ice cream and her pickle from the huge jar that sit in front of her. "Hey, I never said that I was going to get in on this weird craving thing." "Fine, be a butt", she teased. He watched her eat her ice cream and pickle with a smile on his face. Shaking his head, he just sat back, admiring her.
Georgie's back hurt very badly after they finished their movie. Although she had only gained about 4 pounds, she found herself in pain a lot. "Baby, I'm going to go lay down for a bit. My back is killing me." Dillon watched her head into their room, her head down. He hated seeing her like this. So he went to the closet and found the bag of things he'd bought from the store earlier that she didn't know about, and he followed her in. Georgie was lying on her stomach with the lights down low when Dillon came in with the lotion and things from the bag. He sat down gently, quietly, on the bed. His hand rested on the small of her back. She turned her head over to look at him in the dimness. "Hey, you." "Hey. I think I have something that might help you with the pain." "Oh, Dillon. You take such good care of me." He leaned over her and whispered in her ear. "Is it all right if I take this off you?" "Mmm", she moaned. "Go ahead." He did so and instructed her to unbutton her jeans so he could go down to her lower back. Rubbing some oil on his hands, he straddled her on the bed, careful not to put his weight on her. He rubbed the oil on her lower back, pressing a little bit to try and relieve the pain. Continuously rubbing circles all over, Georgie felt as though she were in Heaven. "How's that feel? Am I hurting you?" He asked, a little concerned. "No," she said, quietly "not at all." He continued pressing on her back, rubbing the oil on her. "God, Dillon," she moaned, turning her head to try and look at him. He scooted up a little bit so that he could see her face, leaning down just a bit. "What is it, baby?" he whispered. "I just...I just love you." She managed to say. He smiled at how cute she looked, laying on her stomach, her hair spread out across the pale-flower colored pillow cases. "I love you, too." "You know what else you can do to help me?" "You just name it," he told her, waiting to hear her request. "You can kiss me," she said, looking over at him. He scooted off her back, laying down next to her. He gently kissed her lips and then pulled away. Georgie scooted closer to his body, wrapping her arms around his neck. She crashed her lips onto his, plunging her tongue into his mouth. He groaned at her aggressiveness. He wrapped his arms around her waist, rolling her body on top of his. She was kissing him in a way she never had before. Dillon felt as though he were drowning in his want for her. Her fingers went to the buttons on his flannel. Her lips never leaving his, she unbuttoned his shirt and her arms embraced him beneath the fabric. She didn't have time to finish taking it off his body. She just wanted to cuddle with him, and feel close to him. He rolled her over on her back gently and then he hovered above her. "Is this okay? Your back? Is it okay now? I don't want to hurt you" Her fingers went to his lips to hush him. "This won't hurt me, Dillon. I want to make love. It's been so long" "I know, I know", he smiled. "I know all too well it's been too long." She watched him as he kissed her forehead and then moved down her body, kissing down her tummy and pulling off her already unbuttoned jeans, kissing her everywhere as he pulled them off. Immediately, he returned his lips and body to Georgie, lying gently against her. She pulled off his shirt inch by inch, kissing his shoulders as she did so. And then her hands reached between them and unbuttoned his jeans. Dillon slid off of her so that he could get them off. And Georgie quickly helped him. When he returned to her, and his tongue coaxed her mouth open once again, she felt dizzy. Dillon reached around her back and unsnapped her bra. His hands went beneath her and pulled her toward him, rubbing where the bra had been. Before completely taking it off her, he heard the doorbell. Dillon tore his lips away from hers. And he groaned. Collapsing against her, his chin nudged her cheek. "Get rid of whoever it is", she told him. "I'll be right back", he told her.

Chapter 8
Dillon hurried out into the hallway, quickly buttoning up his shirt. He turned the corner and entered the living room. The doorbell rang again. "Coming!" He yelled, sounding the slightest bit annoyed. He hurried to the front door, opening it. "Hi Dillon," Ned said, looking at his younger brother. Alexis stood behind him, Kristina propped up on her hip. "Hi," Dillon said, running his hand through his hair. "Uhh, did we wake you or something." Alexis asked, feeling a bit guilty. "It's fine," he told them. "come in." He said, stepping aside and letting them entire the house. "Dillon," Ned said, standing in the middle of the living room. "we really hate to ask you this, considering it's your first night in your own house and everything.." Dillon sighed. "What is it?" "We were wondering if you could watch Kristina for the night?" He asked, looking over at Alexis, who had Kristina on the couch. "We're really sorry, but it's a last minute dinner date with a few friends who flew in from California." Alexis told him, giving Kristina her pacifier. "Honey," Georgie said, coming into the living room. She was now dressed in her maternity pajamas, her hair up in a messy ponytail. "Oh, hi guys." She said, smiling slightly. Dillon could see the glimmer of disappointment in her eyes. He walked over to her, guiding her to the couch next to Kristina. "Hi baby girl," she said, playing with her light brown hair. "Baby," Dillon said, kneeling infront of Georgie. "Ned and Alexis were wondering if we could watch the baby for the night. They have a last minute dinner date with a few friends from California." He explained to her. Ned and Alexis looked at each other, they both felt bad about having to ask them this, but there wasn't anyone else to ask. "It's okay with me," Georgie said, looking at them both. "as long as it's okay with you." He nodded his head, smiling slightly. "It's fine."
"Thank you both so much," Alexis said, grabbing Kristina and standing up. "I have her things in the back of the van," Ned said, walking toward the front door. "I'll be right back." He said, walking out of the house, leaving the door open a little bit. "Are you sure you're both okay with this?" Alexis asked, switching Kristina to her other hip. "It kind of seemed like we were interrupting something." Georgie smiled at Dillon as he wrapped his arms around her waist, kissing her cheek. "No, it's really okay. My back was hurting, so Dillon gave me a massage, and then we were just resting." She said, lying a bit. As much as she wanted to spend the night with Dillon, she honestly didn't mind watching Kristina. "Okay," Alexis said, nodding her head. "just making sure." Ned pushed open the front door, his arms filled. "Oh, let me help you." Dillon said, quickly walking over to his brother. He took a few bags from his hands and set them on the floor next to the table. Ned set down the pack-n-play, and a few more bags. "I'll set this up before we leave," he said, pointing the pack-n-play. Dillon nodded his head, walking back over to Georgie. Kristina stretched out her hands, looking at Dillon. "Aww, honey," Georgie said, looking at the baby with a big smile on her face. "I think she wants you to hold her." Alexis smiled, looking at her daughter. "You want your Uncle Dillon?" Kristina nodded her head excitedly. "Want to hold her?" She asked. "Sure," he said, taking her from Alexis' arms. "Hi there, baby girl." Georgie looked at him, smiling as she rubbed her belly.
Dillon and Georgie had been having fun with Kristina for the passed two hours when they got a call from Ned and Alexis. "Hello", Dillon answered, he sounded happy and full of life, watching Georgie playing patty cake with the baby on the couch. "Hey. It's me", said Ned. Dillon could hear laughter in the background. He knew his brother was having a great time. "I just wanted to let you know that we'll be there in about 20 minutes." Dillon turned to Georgie. "Hey, they're on their way. About 20 minutes." He saw her face fall. "No, we can keep her if they want. Really, I don't mind. Unless of course you do, that is." "Hey, Ned? It sounds like you're having fun anyway and we would love it if Kristina could just stay with us for tonight." When Alexis heard, she took the phone and asked to speak with Georgie. "Hello?" she answered. "Georgie, I really appreciate the offer. But I really don't think that you're up to this. You need to rest." "Alexis, it's no problem. Really! We'd love to do it." "Georgie." "Please?" "I don't think this is a good idea. I don't want to put you out." Kristina wanted Georgie's attention back and her hand flew to Georgie's face, resting it against it. Georgie smiled, taking her hand and giving the phone back to Dillon. He stepped into the kitchen so that Georgie wouldn't hear. "Okay, guys. This is something that Georgie really wants. So please let us keep Kristina through the night. I promise, she'll get nasty if you don't let her stay with us", he teased. Alexis laughed. "Okay, if that's what you really want. Give her our love. And we'll pick her up in the morning."
About an hour or so later, Georgie saw that Kristina was getting sleepy. Dillon held Georgie against him on the couch and Georgie held the baby protectively against her chest. Kristina's eyelids fluttered and in less than a minute, she was out. "Oh, Dillon. Look, she's sleeping." "Yeah, babe. You must have worn her out." "Aw, let's lay her down." Dillon stood and took Kristina in his arms, going to lay her down. He lay her down in the pack-n-play. She settled into a comfortable position as Dillon watched, smiling. He rubbed her tummy and kissed her hand before heading out to Georgie. When he saw her, she was rushing about the kitchen. "Grrr! I can't find the stupid jar of peanut butter!" Dillon chuckled to himself as he went to the other cabinet and handed it to her. She tried to give him an evil look. "I knew that", she covered. "Now do you know where the bananas are, smartass?" "Bananas? What do you need those for?" "Peanut butter and jelly and banana sandwich." She smiled. The phone rang and Georgie rushed to beat Dillon to it. "Ha!" Dillon shook his head, smiling to himself. "Hello?" she answered. "Hello, we are from a non profit agency. We'd like to ask you a few" "Hey, do not call us again. We do not talk with solicitors. Because they suck! Now if you do call again..." Dillon took the phone. "Hey, it's just like the girl said. We don't put up with solicitors. Thank you." He hung up and he just looked at her. "Girl, you are so crazy." "I'm sorry", she said. "I'm just so cranky at times. One second, I feel so great and amazing. The next, I am like yelling at everyone." "It's okay babe", he comforted, pulling her toward him. Dillon honestly found Georgie's crankiness sexy. She just got so infuriated that she went off on anyone or anything. He was actually quite turned on. "Okay, let's go eat that sandwich."
Dillon pulled his white t-shirt over his head and sat down on the bed, watching as Georgie brushed her hair infront of the full length mirror. She set the brush down on the dresser and walked over to the bed, sitting down next to Dillon. "Hey you," she said, looking over at him. "Hi," he said, leaning over to kiss her. "Hmm," she sighed, leaning back against the headboard. "Are you alright?" Dillon asked, a bit concerned. "Yeah," she said, nodding her head. "I'm fine, just a little tired." "That's perfectly understandable, babe." He said, as she closed her eyes. He gently pulled up her pajama top, exposing her slightly expanded belly. She opened her eyes and looked at him, not saying a word. He rubbed her stomach, making small circular movements. "Honey," she said, finally speaking up. Dillon looked up at her, he stopped rubbing her belly. "I'm sorry, am I bothering you?" She smiled. "Not at all, it's really comforting." "Okay," he said, leaning up to kiss her lips again. "I love you." "I love you, too." She said, leaning her head back against the headboard as he continued rubbing her belly. "Hey little one," he said, talking to the baby. "how are you doing in there?" Georgie laughed slightly. "You just hang in there, alright? You stay strong. We love you so much and we can't wait to meet you. Your our own little miracle." With that, he kissed her pregnant belly and rested his cheek against it, looking up at her. "Dillon, you have to stop being so unbelievably amazing." Then she started crying. He scooted up toward her. Dillon pulled Georgie closer to him, caressing her hair. "I'm so lucky to have you. I am so overwhelmed with my love for you that sometimes I just lose my train of thought. And I want this baby so much. I want to hold it, feed it, and cuddle it. I want to see you be a father, because I know you'll make a wonderful one." "I understand, baby. I feel the same way. I mean, I don't have to deal with all the cravings, morning sickness, and all that. But I still feel the same way you do about this whole thing. I wish I could go through all of that with you. Just know that I am here for you no matter what. We'll do this together." "Just having you here with me and close to me is enough, Dillon", she told him, pulling him down toward her and bringing her lips to his.

Chapter 9
Georgie headed downstairs to check on the laundry. She walked uncomfortably now, for she was now 3 months along in her pregnancy. She went to the dryer and pulled out the clothes, putting them in the basket. And then her eyebrows bunched up as she saw what she was putting in the basket. "Oh my..." This load had been full of Dillon's dress shirts for work. Those shirts had been blues and whites before she put them in the laundry. And now those same shirts were partially blue and white. And other shirts were pink. She pulled out the rest of the clothes and realized that there had been a pink towel and a pair of blue jeans washed with his dress shirts. She cracked down right there. Dillon was at work now at ELQ with Ned. And when he came home, she'd have to tell him about the shirts. She collapsed on the floor against the dryer. The concrete was cold on her legs, but she didn't care. She started crying and she couldn't stop it.
She was at the sink, washing dishes when he came home from work. Sneaking up behind her, her grabbed her around the waist. Georgie immediately jumped and then relaxed, coming to rest against him. He nibbled on her neck. And then she tightened up again. "Are you all right, baby?" "Um," she said turning around to look him in the eyes. "I um..." "What is it, baby?" "Just, just take a look over there in that basket." Dillon did, he went to the basket, lifting his shirts. "This is what has you so upset? Georgie, these are the latest style, don't you know that?" he asked, holding one against his chest, modeling it for her. She laughed. "Dillon, don't make me laugh. I messed up your clothes. We don't have extra money to go out and buy things that I screw up." "Georgie" he said, putting the shirt down and going to her. "You did not screw anything up at all. Really. I promise. Come on, don't you think I would look sexy in pink?" he teased. She laughed, hugging him close. "Thank you, Dillon. I needed that."
Georgie was standing in the kitchen cooking dinner for she and Dillon. He had told her that they could just go out to eat at a diner, but she had insisted on cooking for him. He was sitting in the living room, watching a movie, the volume turned down low so that he could hear her in the next room. The timer started to ring, as walked toward the oven and bent over a bit, pulling the roasted chicken out. "Oh crap," she said, looking at the chicken, which had burnt. "Oh, mommy's sorry baby." She said, looking down at her stomach once she realized what she had said. She set the chicken down on the counter. "Umm, Dillon.." she called out, leaning against the counter. Dillon came walking into the kitchen. "What's wrong babe?" He asked, noticing the tears in her eyes. "I, umm.." she burst out in tears, not being able to finish her sentence. "Oh no," he said, walking over to her. "don't cry." He said, wrapping his arms around her waist, she buried her head in his chest. "What's wrong? What happened?" She turned around, still leaning against his chest, and pointed at the chicken, still unable to talk. He looked at the burnt chicken and couldn't help but laugh. "What's so funny?" She said, stepping away from him. "I'm sorry," he said, shaking his head. "I didn't mean to laugh." "Yeah," she said, nodding her head. "I'm sorry, maybe we should just go out to a diner like you had wanted to." Dillon felt bad as he looked at her. She had been working so hard, trying to cook a good meal for him. "Sweetie," he said, taking a few steps toward her. "the dinner is going to be fine. I promise." "You still want to eat it?" She asked, looking at him. "Of course I do," he said, wrapping his arms around her waist again. "it looks great." "Really?" "Yes, really." He said, leaning in to kiss her.
Later that night, as Dillon and Georgie headed for bed, Georgie stand at their full-length mirror with her shirt up, looking at her stomach. Her hands run across her belly. She'd gained 2 more pounds. Normally, she felt excited about her weight, for it meant that the baby was growing healthy inside of her. But today was different. Today she felt bloated and icky. Dillon walked in their room and saw her, wearing her adorable pajamas for bed, and looking in the mirror at their baby and herself. He went to her, tightly wrapping her up in his embrace. "You're so beautiful, baby." "I am not, Dillon", she told him, pulling away and sitting on their bed. "I am fat." "Georgie, you are not fat okay. You're pregnant, sweetie", he said, crouching down in front of her. "So, I just feel so bloated and ugly." "Georgie, you are anything but that. You are gorgeous. You and your pregnant belly are just about the most beautiful thing I have ever seen." She blushed. "Don't lie, Dillon." "I'm not", he said, tilting her chin with his fingertips. And then he kissed her deeply. Georgie pulled him up on the bed with her and lay herself back, pulling Dillon along with her.
The next morning, Dillon woke with a sleeping Georgie in his embrace. Her legs entwined with his and her arm draped across his chest. He watched her sleep with a smile on his face. And then she stirred. She moved a bit before finally opening her eyes. She was smiling even before her eyes completely opened. And when they did, she whispered, "Hey you." "Hey, babe. How are you doing?" Georgie glanced down Dillon's bare chest, blushing just a little about last night. "Never been better", she simply said. "Yeah, same here", he said, feeling the heat raise to his cheeks as he fought off the blushing. Finally, last night Dillon and Georgie could finally be together again. "Okay, well" she said, biting her lip trying to push away the scenes between her and Dillon last night. "Just..." she kissed him once more, her hands all over his face and coaxing his mouth open first to bring him closer. And then she pulled away. "I am going to go make some breakfast." "Right", he said, breathing suddenly becoming a problem. "And I'll take a shower." Dillon forced himself to climb out of bed with her, grabbing his boxers and slipping them on. As he stood, Georgie watched him, a soft smile dancing on her lips. He went around to her side of the bed and kissed her forehead, forcing himself not to move to her lips. Georgie climbed out of bed and then went to the kitchen to make breakfast for herself and Dillon, which would for now just consist of oatmeal. But when she opened the refrigerator door to grab the milk, she felt sick and covered her mouth, running to the bathroom.
He heard the bathroom door swing open as he stood there with a single towel wrapped around his waist, his water running. "Baby" he immediately went to her, holding her hair out of her way. "It's okay, baby" he told her, his hand on her shoulder, gently rubbing it, trying his best to do whatever he could to help her though it. Finally, Georgie's body came to rest as she collapsed back against the wall. Dillon collapsed next to her as he held her in his arms. "That was worse than other mornings. Really, it's not usually that bad. I'm just getting further along I guess." Dillon nodded and let her rest a minute. "You ready? You okay?" he asked her. "Yes." "Okay", he stood and helped her up. When she was up off the floor, they found themselves staring at each other. The connection was so there and so real. "So um " Georgie stuttered. "Do you want to join me?" he asked. Georgie smiled, nodding her head. "Yeah," she said, quietly. "Okay," he said, loving the idea, but also just wanting her to feel better then she was at the moment. He grabbed another towel from the shelf, as she began to discard her pajamas. "Ready?" He asked, once she was finished. "Uh huh," she said, nodding her head again. He dropped the towel from around his waist, pulling the shower curtain back and carefully helping her in. He was right behind her, making sure she didn't slip. "You alright?" He asked, once he had pulled the shower curtain back into it's position. "I'm fine," she said, smiling. "thank you." "You don't need to thank me, I just want you to feel better." He told her, running his hands through her now wet hair. He grabbed the shampoo bottle, squirting a little bit in his hand and then rubbing it into her hair. "Turn around," he told her, carefully helping her do so. Once he rinsed it all out, he did the same thing with conditioner. "Thank you," she told him, wrapping her arms around his neck, once he had finished. He smiled, kissing the spot where her shoulder met her neck, and then quickly pulling away. He grabbed the bar of soap, and began to wash her back. Her back had been hurting a bit this morning, but not enough to where she felt the need to say anything. And when he ran the washcloth down her back, combined with the warm water and his gentle touch, it was exactly what she needed. She felt so good. And then Dillon gently pulled her to him, her back against his body. His hand moved around from her back to her front, his hand following around her belly. And after running the washcloth down her front, he had her turn around once more, facing him. He got down on one knee and began to kiss her slightly expanded belly. After that, he brought the washcloth up and began to wash her belly. Georgie felt dizzy and leaned up against the wall. Dillon looked up at her. And then he stood, he braced his arm against the wall, trying to stay a couple inches away. "Are you all right?" he whispered to her. He let the water wash down and rinse her belly. "Yes, I'm not that kind of dizzy", she told him, smiling. And then she pulled him toward her, crashing her lips down on his. Dillon caved, his arms encircled her tightly around her waist, pressing his body against hers. He coaxed her mouth open and Georgie eagerly obliged. Dillon tasted more of her. He was drowning. "God, Georgie," he groaned, pressing his body as close to hers as her belly would let him. She continued to move her lips over his, their tongues swirling around in each others mouths, the warm water running over both of their bodies. They both felt like they were in heaven, this is exactly what they wanted for so long; privacy, to just be alone together; alone to do whatever they wanted. Georgie ran her fingers through his wet hair, pushing his head closer to hers, wanting to taste more of him. Dillon wanted nothing more than to give Georgie what he had given to her last night. Right there, with no shame at all. But he forced himself to pull back just a little. Georgie understood, but never left his lips. She reached behind her and grabbed the shampoo. Pulling away just for a minute, she rubbed some on her hands and then through Dillon's hair, bringing her lips back to his as she massaged his head, rubbing in the shampoo. She turned Dillon toward the running water, letting it rinse his hair. He smiled, going after her once more, gently guiding her against the wall. As his tongue found hers, Dillon's hands went down and grabbed onto Georgie's. And then he pushed them up the back of the wall until they were above her head. When he let them come down again, he kissed the inside of her arms. And then they encircled his waist.
