Chapter 40
Georgie stood there staring at Dillon with a smile on her face, happy with the reaction she got. “I take it from your silence, that you like?” Georgie asked. “Uh…yeah,” Dillon said. “Wow…baby you look amazing!” “So amazing, that you’ll forget about this paper thing and come home with me now?” Georgie asked as she sauntered to his desk. Dillon couldn’t help but feel a wave of excitement flow through him when she drew closer. “Uh…home, right…uh…I’d love to but…” Dillon stumbled, distracted by the sight of Georgie walking toward him. “But nothing,” Georgie said as she walked behind Dillon’s chair and started to massage his shoulders. Dillon’s eyes drifted closed when he felt Georgie massage his tense muscles. “Oh wow, you are tense,” Georgie said, continuing to massage his shoulders. Leaning down by his ear, she whispered, “how about I loosen you up a little?” She started nibbling on his earlobe. “Oh good God,” Dillon moaned, knowing very well that it was going to be nearly impossible to stop Georgie. “Dillon,” Georgie breathed in his ear, “I want you.” “Jesus,” Dillon breathed. He felt his sense of control slowly slip out of his grasp. He was hers. There was nothing he could do to stop her, his body wouldn’t let him. Now instead of thinking about some work paper, all he could think about was making love to Georgie all night long, and hearing her call out his name. “Dillon, please…” Georgie breathed against his neck, as her hands ran down his dress shirt and landed on his belt buckle. Her lips started to kiss his neck, while her hands started to undo his buckle, followed by his pants. Georgie felt Dillon’s body relax beneath her hands, and she knew he was just about to crack at any second. She maneuvered herself to the side of Dillon’s chair and placed her lips onto of his, kissing them softly. Her tongue snaked out between her lips and ran across his. Dillon groaned with pleasure and happily opened his mouth, letting her in. While her mouth was massaging with his, and her tongue was danced with his, she ran her hands back up his dress shirt as she sat down on his lap. Dillon cupped her face in his hands, continuing to get lost in her kisses. Georgie’s hands started unbuttoning his dress shirt one button at a time, running her hands down his bare chest before pulling the remainder of his shirt out of his pants. Her lips moved down to his throat, before kissing her way down to his bare chest. Her hands returned to his pants again as she began to pull the zipper down. “God, Georgie…” Dillon moaned. Georgie heard this and pulled back, looking into his eyes and smiled. “Yeah?” Georgie smiled. “You are making it really hard for me to concentrate on my work,” Dillon said. “Good,” Georgie said, smiling. “Because Dillon…I need you so much…right now,” she said as she leaned forward and rested her forehead against his, her breath quickened, when she felt his breath on her lips. “Here?” Dillon asked. “Yes,” Georgie breathed, “please…” she said, before moving against him, as he lips found his. Georgie’s body was sending vibrations throughout Dillon’s body. “Georgie, oh my God,” Dillon moaned from the sensation Georgie’s body was giving him. “Dillon, I want to feel your body against mine,” Georgie said in between kisses as she continued to drive Dillon crazy. Dillon couldn’t take it anymore. He had to have her. He wrapped one of his arms around her back, while the other went under the crease at her knee. He carefully stood up and headed for the couch a couple feet away. Gently he placed her down, his lips leaving hers momentarily while he adjusted his body, so that he lay to the side of her but still hovered over her. Georgie’s hand cupped Dillon’s face, bringing his lips down to meet hers again. Instantly, their tongues brushed against each other driving both of them crazy with want. Dillon’s lips went from hers, over to her cheek before kissing down her jawline and landing on her neck, gently sucking on her soft skin. He noticed she smelled of lilacs, which drove him even more wild. Georgie arched her back exposing more of her neck while her hands played with the hair at the nape of Dillon’s neck. Dillon’s hands ran up her sides as his lips moved down to her barely covered chest. He kissed her through the thin material that separated her skin from touching his. “Mmm…” Georgie moaned with pleasure when she felt Dillon kissing her chest. Dillon’s hands went beneath her, Georgie lifting up a little to give his hands a little more room to undo her shirt. Dillon untied her shirt, loosening the material from her. Slowly he pushed the material down, revealing her bare chest. His hands went and cupped her breast causing Georgie to moan with pleasure. “God Dillon…” Georgie moaned. “I want to feel your mouth on me.” Dillon happily obliged before bringing his mouth to one of her breasts and kissing it. “Mmm…” Georgie moaned when she felt Dillon’s lips on her. Her hands found their way into his hair as she pressed him closer to her, wanting him to taste all of her. After completely lavishing one, he moved to the other and gave it just the same amount of attention, which drove Georgie absolutely crazy. While Dillon’s lips continued to drive Georgie crazy, his hand found its way to her jeans, starting to push them down. Georgie whimpered from the loss of Dillon’s mouth, when he pulled back momentarily to get her jeans off. Once they were off, he smiled down at her before bracing himself with both hands on the sides of her as he kissed his way up her legs, as his hands started to pull down her panties, dropping them to the floor. Staring down at a naked Georgie, Dillon couldn’t help but smile. He absolutely loved her body even her pregnant body drove him crazy. He smiled down at her before lowering his lips down to her pregnant belly and kissing it. While his lips kissed all over her stomach, his hands made their way up her legs and across the curve of her hips, traveling upward. Georgie’s hands gripped Dillon’s hair while she laid there with her eyes closed, enjoying the attention Dillon was giving to her body. His hands driving her crazy. “Mmm Dillon…” Georgie moaned. She grabbed his face in her hands and pulled him back up to meet her lips. They kissed passionately as Georgie’s hands went down his washboard stomach and under the cotton of his pants, pushing them down. Dillon pulled back, getting the hint and discarded the pants, throwing them on the ground. Dillon looked at her and smiled as she smiled back, her face flushed red and her lips swollen from all his kisses. “Those too,” Georgie breathed, pointing to his boxers. Dillon glanced down at his boxers and then back up at Georgie with a smile on his face. Slowly he pushed down the boxers, his eyes trained on hers as he did so. Dillon threw them on the ground and now nothing was between them. “God, I love you.” Georgie sighed, sitting up on her elbows. “You are too perfect for words,” she said as she ran her hands down his bare chest and around to his back. “And you are simply the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen in my life,” Dillon breathed. Georgie smiled up at him before cupping his face in her hands before she pulled his lips down to meet hers once again. “I need you,” Georgie groaned as Dillon moved his body against hers. “Now.”
“Georgie?” Dillon asked, breaking the silence. “Hmm?” Georgie responded, her head lying on his chest. “How are you?” Dillon asked. “Perfect.” Georgie said, before she turned her head and looked up at him. “Simply perfect.” Dillon smiled down at her. “Love you.” “Love you more,” Georgie smiled. “Nu-uh, I don’t think that’s possible.” Dillon said. Georgie smiled before moving up just a little, hinting to Dillon that she wanted to kiss him. Dillon got the hint and met her halfway, kissing her softly. Georgie pulled back and they gazed into each other’s eyes. Dillon brought a hand up to Georgie’s face, “God, you are gorgeous! How did I manage to get so lucky?” “Oh please, I’m huge and ugly,” Georgie said, turning her head and attempting to sit up. “Nu-uh,” Dillon said, stopping her. “Don’t you dare,” he said, before he pulled her back to him, kissing her with a little more passion than the previous one. Georgie pulled back and continued to stare up at Dillon. “You are so perfect. I love you and everything about you.” Dillon said, smiling at her "Dillon, come on. I'm huge," Georgie said. "I can't even sit up by myself, I need someone to help me." "Hey, huge can be good," Dillon countered. "Very good." His eyes traveled downward. He wet his lips, leering. "Very...sexy..." Georgie looked at his expression and then down at her noticeably bigger chest and back up at him. "Dillon!" Georgie exclaimed. "What?" Dillon asked, feigning shock. "Man and I thought guys were supposed to be all size doesn't matter," Georgie quipped. Dillon stroked the curve of her swollen breast. "Only the guys who need to be insecure about their size," he replied, pressing his body against hers. Georgie moaned at the contact. "And you...definitely do not," she complimented, running her hand down his body. "God, the things you do to me." "You too," Dillon murmured, leaning down to kiss her breasts. "Oh, you're so gorgeous..." He sucked greedily on them, making her moan. Georgie watched Dillon, almost laughing at how eagerly he attended to her body. "Someone owes a debt of gratitude to the hooter fairy," she joked. "Maybe you should write a letter of thanks." "Oh believe me," Dillon murmured, his lips and tongue moving over her skin, "I fully intend to."

Chapter 41
Dillon walked through the front door of the penthouse and smiled when he saw Georgie sleeping peacefully on the couch. He quietly closed the door and set his briefcase on the desk and coat over the chair before walking toward her. He sat down on the coffee table in front of the couch and continued to stare at Georgie. She was lying on her back and her hands rested on top of her round belly. He reached a hand forward and placed it on top of hers, which caused Georgie to stir awake. “Dillon?” Georgie asked. “It’s me,” Dillon smiled. “What time is it?” She asked, trying to sit up a little. “About 3:00,” Dillon responded. “Whoa, I must’ve dosed off,” Georgie said. “One minute I was watching ‘Trading Spaces’, and the next thing I know you wake me up.” She said as she sat up straight on the couch. “Maybe you should go back to sleep. You really haven’t gotten a lot of sleep lately,” Dillon suggested. “I’d much rather sit here with you,” Georgie smiled as she reached for Dillon’s hand and pulled him forward. Dillon sat back on the couch, inviting Georgie to lean against him. He draped his arm around her shoulders as she cuddled next to him. “So how was work today?” Georgie asked, making conversation. “Same as usual,” Dillon said. “How about you? What did you do today?” “Well after my daily prenatal yoga session, Brenda came over with Caleb for a little while. Oh by the way, they have invited us for dinner at their place tonight, is that ok?” “Yeah that’s fine with me.” Dillon said. “What time are we supposed to be there?” “Brenda said 7.” “All right, that works.” Dillon said, resting his head on top of hers and closing his eyes. They sat there, enjoying being alone when Georgie let out a groan. “What’s the matter?” Dillon immediately asked. “I have to pee,” Georgie said, trying to sit up. “Here let me help you,” Dillon said as he helped her up. “I’ll be right back,” Georgie said, heading for the stairs. Dillon sat back down on the couch and grabbed the remote and flipped through the stations. He stopped when he came to a movie on the American Classic Movie Channel. He propped his feet up on the coffee table and crossed his arms across his chest. A few minutes later Georgie came back down the stairs. “What are you watching?” “Citizen Kane” Dillon responded as he watched her walk around the couch. She stood across from him glancing at the TV. “Oh ok.” “You want to watch something else?” Dillon asked. “Nah its ok, I think I’m going to take a nap,” She said, sitting down next to him on the couch. “That’s probably a good idea. You want me to walk you upstairs?” Dillon asked. “No, it’s ok. I’d much rather lay here in your arms,” She said, leaning forward and resting her head against his chest. Dillon smiled, “Fine by me.” He draped his arms around her shoulders and pulled her close to him. Slowly her eyes drifted shut.
~*~2 ½ HOURS LATER~*~ Georgie stirred awake and saw an infomercial on the tv. She looked up and saw Dillon sleeping with his head rested against the back of the couch. Carefully, she pulled back, making sure not to wake him, and glanced at her watch. “Oh crap!” She exclaimed. “What, what is it?” Dillon asked, snapping awake. Georgie stood up. “Dillon its 5:30! We are going to be so late.” “Ok, just slow down,” Dillon said, standing up as well. “Dillon you don’t understand we have to be over at Brenda and Jax’s in an hour and a half. And I still have to jump in the shower and get dressed and…” Georgie rambled. “Hey, hey, slow down.” Dillon said, wrapping his arms around her waits and bringing his lips down to hers to shut her up. “We will make it on time. And you want to know how I know?” “How,” Georgie asked. “Because we’re going to cut our time in half and I’m going to assist you in the shower.” Dillon replied with a sly smile on his face. “Ooh I like that idea,” Georgie smiled. “Me too,” Dillon smiled. Georgie reached up and kissed Dillon on the lips before backing away and turning around. She took his hands in hers and started to walk toward the stairs, pulling Dillon with her.
Georgie sat in front of her vanity mirror and put the finishing touches on her makeup. “I think I’m just about done.” Georgie said, standing up and turning to face Dillon. “What do you think?” Dillon turned around and looked at Georgie. “You look absolutely stunning as usual.” “As do you,” Georgie smiled as she walked up to him. “Thank you, but I can’t get this damn thing tied,” He said, referring to the tie around his neck. “Here let me.” She said, as she tied his tie. “There you go.” “Thanks,” Dillon smiled. “You’re welcome.” Georgie smiled. “We better get going.” “All right go ahead and head down, I’ll be right down.” “All right, but hurry we’re pressed on time,” Georgie said. “Gotcha,” Dillon said as he walked back into the bathroom.
“Dillon hurry up we’re going to be late,” Georgie called from downstairs as she put on her coat. “I’m coming, I’m coming,” Dillon said as he ran down the stairs and headed over to Georgie. “Brenda said 7:00, and its a quarter til.” Georgie said as she grabbed her purse. “Ok, ok I’m ready, let’s go.” Dillon said after he put his wallet in his pants. “Ok,” Georgie said before she nodded her head and turned to the door, opening it and heading out with Dillon right behind her.
After about 15 minutes, they arrived at Jax and Brenda’s place. “How’s that for timing?” Dillon said as he put the car in park. “We’re not inside yet, come on,” Georgie said unbuckling her seat belt. “Right,” Dillon said, getting out of the car and walking over to Georgie’s side. Georgie pushed the door opened, and Dillon offered her his hand and carefully helped her out of the car. Hand in hand they headed up the front porch. Georgie knocked on the door and minutes later, Jax and Brenda’s maid, Sarah, answered the door. “Ah Mr. Quartermaine and Miss Jones, Mr. and Mrs. Jacks have been expecting you. Come in.” Georgie and Dillon moved through the threshold and waited for Sarah to direct them to where Jax and Brenda were. “Right this way,” Sarah said, heading toward the living room. She opened the double doors. “SURPRISE!!!” Jax and Brenda yelled. The living room was all decorated with streamers and balloons for a surprise baby shower. “Oh my God,” Georgie exclaimed, surprised. Brenda and Jax headed toward Georgie and Dillon with smiles on their faces. “When did you guys do all this?” Georgie asked as she hugged Brenda. “We have our ways,” Brenda smiled. “I knew you were up to something,” Dillon said as he shook Jax’s hand and hugged him, patting him on the back of the shoulder. “Yeah sure you did,” Jax said. “I did,” Dillon insisted. “Mmm-hmm,” Brenda said, giving Dillon a hug. “We got you and you know it.” “Hey there, Georgie” Jax said, giving Georgie a hug. “Hi Jax,” Georgie said, hugging him back. “This was very sweet of you guys to do this.” She said as Jax pulled back. “Well we thought you guys deserved to have a baby shower.” Jax said. “And I know the perfect way to get start this party.” Brenda said with a smile. Both Dillon and Georgie looked at each other and then back at Jax and Brenda confused. “Let’s just say it’s the first surprise of many,” Brenda said. “Ok, you can come out,” She called out into the air. Within seconds, Maxie emerged from another room. “OH MY GOD, MAXIE!!!!” Georgie cried, as her sister ran up to her and hugged her. “Wow, look at you,” Maxie said, pulling back. Georgie smiled at her sister, ecstatic that she was actually standing in front of her. Maxie smiled at both Dillon and Georgie. “Hey Max,” Dillon said, giving Maxie a hug. “Hi Dillon,” Maxie said, hugging Dillon back. “I see you kept your promise to me.” “What promise was that?” Dillon asked, not remembering. “You promised to keep Georgie safe, and I see that you have.” Maxie said. Dillon smiled as he looked at Georgie and then back at Maxie, nodding his head. “Well you know what, we’re going to let you guys get reacquainted, Jax and I have to set up a few more things,” Brenda said, taking Jax’s hand before heading out of the room. “Here let’s go sit down,” Dillon suggested. They all walked to the couch and sat down. “So how is everything back in Port Charles?” Georgie asked, afraid to ask the inevitable question. “Everything is fine,” Maxie said. “And…dad…how’s dad doing?” Georgie asked. Maxie paused for a moment before continuing on. “Well when he first found out that you had run off with Dillon he was furious and was about to do anything to find you and drag you back to Port Charles. And he was ready to arrest Dillon for kidnapping.” “I had a feeling this was going to happen.” Georgie said. “But…” Maxie continued. “I managed to talk him out of it. I told him that I truly believed that Dillon would keep you safe and not let anything happen to you.” “And he actually went with you on that?” Georgie asked, surprised. “Well not at first, no but he eventually came around and realized that if he tried to get in between you and Dillon and tried to break you guys up, especially since you’re pregnant with Dillon’s baby, that you guys would just find a way to be together anyway. And he knew that if he continued to try to force you to do as he wanted, he might never see you again. So he stopped trying to find a way to find you and just trusted that you were safe.” “Wow, that’s a big step for Mac,” Dillon said. “I thought for sure that he would’ve stopped at nothing to hunt me down and throw me in jail for life for taking Georgie out of Port Charles.” “Believe me it took him a long time to get past that point,” Maxie told Dillon. “So what you’re telling me is that Mac is fine with everything now?” Georgie asked, still not convinced. “Well he still doesn’t like the fact that you’re not living at home when you’re pregnant, but he’s decided to trust that you know what you’re doing. Those letters that you wrote to him, kinda helped too. Receiving those letters from you let him know that you were safe.” “I never meant to run out like I did, but I wasn’t about to let him force me and Dillon to stay apart. I mean without Dillon to help me through this I don’t think I would’ve been able to make it this far.” Georgie said, smiling at Dillon. “Sure you would’ve,” Dillon said, smiling. “You’re the one of the strongest people I know.” Georgie smiled at Dillon. “Well I’m glad that you’re happy and I’m glad to see that you’re taking good care of yourself.” Maxie smiled. “Thank you again, Dillon. I mean it.” “You’re welcome Max. There’s nothing I wouldn’t do for Georgie. I love her with all my heart and I always will.” “I know you do.” Maxie smiled. “Is everything ok in here?” Brenda asked as her and Jax walked back into the room. “Everything is great,” Georgie smiled. “Thank you guys so much for inviting Maxie here. I’ve missed her for the longest time.” “We kinda figured that,” Jax said. Georgie just smiled at them before turning to hug Maxie again. “I’m so glad you’re here. Thank you so much for coming!” “It’s my pleasure.” Maxie said. “I don’t think I’ve ever been more proud of my little sis than I am right now.” Georgie just smiled as she leaned back against Dillon. “And you look really happy,” Maxie pointed out. “I am so happy, Max” Georgie smiled “I’m glad,” Maxie said. “Ok, well I think its present time, yeah?” Brenda asked. “Ooh I love presents,” Georgie said, sitting up. Georgie, with the help of Dillon, started to open the presents that sat on a nearby table.
About an hour and a ton of presents later, Georgie was on the last box. She opened it to reveal a cute little pink dress that had the word “Angel” embroidered on the front of it. “Oh Dillon look at this,” Georgie said. “This is so adorable! Thank you guys so much.” “I’m glad you like it.” Brenda said. “We thought it would be perfect.” “It so is,” Georgie agreed. “Well I think that is it,” Georgie said, after she noticed that there were no more unopened boxes. “No, I think you forgot a couple,” Maxie said, reaching for two boxes she had put next to the couch. “This one is from me,” Maxie said, handing her a box. Georgie smiled at Maxie before turning her attention back to the beautifully wrapped box. Inside was a baby blanket. “Max, is this what I think it is,” Georgie asked, surprised. “Yes,” Maxie said as she nodded her head. “That was your baby blanket. I figured you might want your baby girl to have it.” “Oh Max, thank you, this is so thoughtful of you.” Georgie said, hugging her. “You’re welcome.” Maxie said. “And this one is from Mac and mom” Georgie, shocked, took the box from Maxie and slowly opened it. Inside was a quilt made out of all her old baby clothes. “Oh wow, this is beautiful,” Georgie said in awe. “Are all these your baby clothes,” Dillon asked. “Yeah,” Georgie said. “Oh my god, she’s got my cupcake dress on here.” Maxie laughed. “I love it,” Georgie said, smiling. “Tell Mac and mom I said thank you.” “Will do,” Maxie said. “Well I think that’s it now.” Georgie said. “Thank you guys this was awesome.” “Oh wait we’re not even close to done yet,” Brenda said. Georgie and Dillon looked at each other and then back at Brenda and Jax. “Are you serious?” Georgie asked. “Yeah I mean you guys all these presents are more than enough.” Dillon said. “Not quite,” Jax said. “Ok there is something else,” Brenda said, standing up and motioning for Georgie and Dillon to do the same. Georgie and Dillon both followed Jax and Brenda to an adjoining room. “Go ahead and look,” Brenda said, motioning for Georgie to open the double doors. Georgie gasped when she saw the most beautiful crib inside the room. “Oh my God, it’s beautiful,” Georgie said as she walked up to the crib. “Wow,” Dillon said. “You like it?” Brenda asked. “Do I like it?” Georgie echoed. “I love it! It’s gorgeous!” “Good,” Brenda smiled. “We thought it would look perfect in your new nursery.” Jax said. Georgie looked at Dillon shocked. “What do you mean new nursery?” Dillon questioned. “The nursery that is being decorated for you as we speak,” Jax said. “Oh my God, no way,” Georgie exclaimed. “Yes way, I have hired some guys to go over to your place and decorate it just the way you guys have pictured it. And it just so happens that this crib will fit in nicely.” “Oh wow, you guys this is too much,” Georgie said. “Nah, it’s nothing. We’re happy to do it for you guys” Jax said. “Wow Georgie, talk about having great friends that look out for you,” Maxie said. “You guys this has been the best baby shower ever!” Georgie said. “I mean everything about it has been perfect. Maxie being here, this crib, celebrating with you guys. We are really grateful to have you guys in our life. Thank you so much.” Georgie said. “Ditto,” Dillon said. “We really appreciate everything you guys have done for us.” “You guys are making it sound like the party is over.” Brenda said. “But it’s not.” “You mean there’s more?” Georgie asked, shocked. “Yep,” Jax smiled. “You guys really this party has been…” Dillon started. “Nu-uh stop right there,” Jax said. Dillon shut up. “Dillon, why don’t you go over to that table over there, and pick up that small box.” Jax said, pointing to a nearby table. Dillon did so. He opened the box to find a key inside. “It’s a key,” Dillon said, holding the key up. “I think that’s very obvious,” Georgie said. “What does it go to?” She asked Jax and Brenda. “That key right there will open the doors to your brand new Mercedes,” Jax said. “Are you serious???” Dillon questioned, not believing he just heard what he did. “I sure am,” Jax said. “Take a look out that window.” Both Georgie and Dillon headed to the window and they looked out and saw a black Mercedes sitting in the driveway. “Oh no way,” Dillon said as his eyes grew wide and his mouth fell open when he saw the car. “Oh wow. Maxie come and check this out,” Georgie said. Maxie walked to the window and saw the car and her eyes grew wide. “Oh that is so sweet!” “Now this way you guys don’t need to have a driver drive you everywhere, you can drive yourself,” Brenda said. “We love it,” Georgie smiled hugging Brenda then Jax. “We thought you would.” Brenda said. “Yeah, thank you so much, Brenda” Dillon said, hugging her. “And thank you Jax for this for everything. I can’t thank you enough.” He said, hugging Jax. “It’s my pleasure.” Jax said. “Baby can you believe we have our own car?” Dillon asked, turning to face Georgie and taking her into his arms. “I know!” Georgie said, excited. It’s so amazing!” “We can drive anywhere! We can take family road trips to wherever.” Dillon said, excited. “I’d love that.” Georgie said, smiling as well. Jax and Brenda watched the young couple, smiling at their excitement.

Chapter 42
Georgie lay asleep on the huge Queen size bed, surrounded by big pillows. The smell of bacon stirred her awake. She opened her eyes and saw Dillon standing with his back facing the bed. “Dillon?” She said, softly. Dillon jumped a little before turning around. “Hey there gorgeous,” he smiled, leaning down and giving her a kiss on the lips. “You hungry?” “Starved,” Georgie responded. “Good, because I got breakfast,” he smiled at her. Georgie smiled as she watched him reach for a tray full of food and watched him as he set it in front of her. “Ooh pancakes,” Georgie said as he set the tray in front of her. “I wasn’t sure what you wanted on it so I thought I’d let you take care of that.” Georgie smiled. “So what toppings would you like?” Dillon said motioning to the cart where he had a huge variety of possible toppings she could pick. Georgie looked at the items on the cart and said, “Um…some peanut butter, butter, a hint of sugar with a little side of ketchup.” Dillon’s face crinkled at the idea of all those toppings. “Oh my God, are you serious?” Dillon asked “Oh yeah totally,” Georgie said. Dillon reached for the items she asked for and handed them to her. He watched as she loaded the toppings on top of the stack of pancakes on her plate. “Oh whoa,” he replied as he watched her put a huge bite into her mouth. “What, it’s good.” Georgie said with her mouth full. “You should try it.” “Uh, no thanks” Dillon said. “I think I’ll pass.” “You’re missing out,” She said as she continued to eat. “That’s ok, you enjoy it,” Dillon said. Sitting there, he watched her devour the remainder of her food, wondering the whole time how she could swallow it down.
“So what do you want to do now?” Dillon asked as she sat between Dillon’s legs with her back pressed against his chest. Her head fell back against his shoulder, while he rested his chin on her shoulder. Their hands interlaced and rested on top of Georgie’s belly. “I’d like to stay like this forever if that’s ok with you,” Georgie said, her eyes closed and her whole body, relaxed. “You’ll get no argument from me,” Dillon said resting his head against hers. “Hey Dillon?” Georgie asked. “Hmm?” Dillon responded. “Have you thought about what’s gonna happen after the baby is born?” “Well sure.” Dillon said. Georgie moved forward and carefully turned her body to face Dillon. “When you think about it….does it include going back to Port Charles?” Georgie asked. Dillon looked at Georgie. “Actually I thought we could start our life here. I mean we have everything we could possibly want.” “Yeah we do, only…” Georgie started “Only what?” Dillon asked. “Georgie, what’s on your mind?” “Dillon, our families are in Port Charles. And we have basically ignored them for the past 7 months. We can’t stay away from there forever. We are gonna have to eventually deal with what we left behind.” “Well Maxie’s in the room right next door…” “Dillon, you know what I’m talking about. I’m talking about…” “Mac,” Dillon finished. “Yeah, and your family,” Georgie said. “Screw my family. They could care less.” Dillon pointed out. “Dillon, they are our daughter’s family too, crazy or not. What are we gonna do just cut her off from her family.” “She has a family…us.” Dillon said. “Dillon…” “Ok, fine.” Dillon gave in. “So what are you saying? You want to move back to Port Charles? I mean, Georgie we have made a life for ourselves here. Jax and Brenda have helped us get everything we’ve ever wished for.” “Dillon, I’m not saying that I want to move back to Port Charles, I like my life here with you. All I’m saying is that I think we should patch things up with our families, because I don’t want our daughter growing up not knowing her grandparents or any of her other family members.” “Ok, you’re right.” Dillon nodded. “We’ll figure something out.” “You promise? Because I know you and your family…” “Georgie…” Dillon cut in. “I would do anything for you, you know that. I would even make amends with my crazy family for you.” He said with a smile. “You’re the best,” Georgie smiled as she hugged Dillon. “I love you.” “I love you, too” Dillon said as he returned the hug.
“Wow it’s so beautiful out,” Georgie said as she looked up at the clear blue sky as her and Dillon walked hand in hand through a nearby park. “Yeah it is,” Dillon said. “So have you had any more thoughts about names or anything?” “Well actually I have been thinking about some. What do you think about like Mackenzie or Brianna or…” “Grace,” Dillon said. Georgie looked at Dillon and smiled. “You really like that name, don’t you?” “Well it’s a classic name, after one of the greatest actresses ever. Why, don’t you like it?” “No, I do. I was just trying to think of other possibilities you know just in case.” “Well you know sometimes it takes seeing the new baby lying in your arms to think of a name. Just the sight of that precious life in your arms could stir something that fits just perfectly.” “Yeah I’ve seen that happen before.” Dillon nodded, “Yeah it happens in the movies all the time.” Georgie looked at Dillon, “There you go again, movie boy.” “What?” Dillon asked. “I love listening to you talk about movies. You talk about them with such passion. It’s one of the many things that I love about you.” “One of many huh,” Dillon asked. “Mmm-hmm,” Georgie replied. “Well I love everything about you. You are everything I have ever wanted and I couldn’t be happier,” Dillon smiled. “Nice sweet talk, Quartermaine.” Georgie smiled. “What, it’s the truth.” Dillon said as he stopped and turned Georgie to face him. His hand went to cup her cheek. “I love you more than anything in this world.” Georgie smiled, “Ditto.” Dillon smiled before he leaned in and gave her a soft kiss. “Hey can we sit?” Georgie asked, after they pulled apart. “My feet are starting to hurt.” “Sure we can,” Dillon said as he took her hand and started for the grass. Dillon helped Georgie sit down before sitting next to her on the green grass. Georgie maneuvered herself so that her head was resting on Dillon’s legs as she stared up at the summer sky. “You are so beautiful, you know that?” Dillon asked as he took her hand and laced his fingers with hers. Georgie looked up at him and smiled. “Thank you, even though I’m a huge balloon.” “Oh stop,” Dillon said. “You are carrying our baby, right here,” he said as he took their interlaced hands and placed it on top of her stomach. “You have no idea how much I want to start our life and family together.” “Same here,” Georgie smiled when she brought her free hand up to touch the side of Dillon’s face. “You are everything I’ve ever wanted since I was a little girl. I had fantasies about finding a guy that I could trust with my life and loved with everything inside of me. You did that for me and I love you every day and will do so until the day I die.” Dillon smiled down at Georgie. “I love you too” he replied before resting his hand on the side of her face, his thumb brushing across her cheek. “Dillon?” Georgie asked “Yeah?” “Will you do something for me?” “Anything in this world” “Kiss me” Dillon smiled before he carefully maneuvered himself so that he was lying next to her in the grass. He brought his lips to hers, kissing her softly.

Chapter 43
Georgie sat on the couch watching TV when Dillon walked in. “Hey baby,” Dillon said with a smile when he set his briefcase on the desk. Georgie turned at the sound of Dillon’s voice, her eyes red and her face wet from tears. “Hi,” she whimpered. “Hey, what’s wrong?” Dillon asked, immediately concerned moving next to her. “Oh it’s nothing,” Georgie said, wiping her nose with the tissue in her hand. “Well it clearly doesn’t look like nothing. Come on tell me what’s wrong.” Georgie looked at Dillon for a second before turning her attention back to her hands which rested on her lap. “It’s Maxie.” “Maxie?” Dillon asked, confused. “What about Maxie?” “She just left.” Georgie said, turning to look up at Dillon. “Oh that’s right she was leaving today,” Dillon said. “I miss her Dillon.” “I know you do, sweetheart.” Dillon said. “Come here.” He held his arm out and she leaned into him and rested her head on his chest. “We had a great day and it just like the old days, like nothing had changed. We went shopping at the mall, went to lunch, and just enjoyed hanging out together.” “Well it sounds like you two had a great time.” “Yeah it was fun. It’s just…Dillon now that she left, it’s making me miss home even more.” “Georgie what are you trying to say? You want to move back to Port Charles?” Georgie looked up at Dillon, who was looking for some kind of answer on her face. “Yes…no…I don’t know.” Georgie said as she sat up. “Georgie,” Dillon said as he turned to face Georgie more. “Just tell me what you’re thinking.” Georgie looked at Dillon. “Dillon I love you so much. If I didn’t’ have you in my life, I don’t know what I would do.” “You won’t have to worry about that because I’m not going anywhere.” “I know.” Georgie smiled. “I just…when I think about my family and how long I’ve been away from them, I can’t help but think of what they must be going through. I mean can you even imagine how worried they must be.” “Georgie, I can see where you’re coming from, I really can. But you heard what Maxie said. The letters you’ve sent to Mac has helped him learn to accept that you’re doing ok without him.” “I know, and part of knowing that makes me glad that he isn’t worried so much anymore. But there is a part of me that can’t help missing them.” “Well of course you miss them, they’re your family.” “Exactly,” Georgie said. “I mean don’t you miss your family?” “Are you kidding me? Not even a little.” “Dillon…come on.” Georgie said. “Ok, ok fine maybe I miss them a little but being with you is better than having to put up with all the craziness my family consists of.” Georgie smiled. “You’re sweet.” Dillon smiled. “I love you too.” “But Dillon…” “Ok, ok how bout this?” Dillon started. “How about we make a plan to, and I know I’m gonna regret saying this later, but how about we make a plan to make a trip back to Port Charles to see your parents before the baby is born. How’s that?” “You’d do that for me?” Georgie smiled. “Of course. I’d do anything for you.” Dillon said “I love you, too.” Georgie smiled before leaning in and kissing Dillon softly on the lips. Dillon smiled against her lips, kissing her back. “So how would you like to spend the day with me tomorrow? Just you and me.” “What about work?” Georgie asked. “I got the day off. I told Jax that I had something important to do and that it couldn’t wait.” “Oh yeah and what’s that?” Georgie asked “I told him that I wanted to spend the day with my beautiful girl.” “And he let you have the day off for that?” Georgie asked, surprised. “Hey well you know I have my ways,” Dillon winked. Georgie smiled. “Yeah you sure do.” “In fact I have another idea.” “Oh really, what’s that?” Georgie asked. Dillon stood up and held out his hand to her. “Come with me.” “Where are we going?” Georgie asked as she put her hand in his and stood up with his help. “To heaven” Dillon said as he started toward the stairs. Georgie smiled as she followed him up the stairs.
Georgie sat on the edge of the bed in a bathrobe waiting, just like Dillon told her to. He emerged from the bathroom minutes later with a smile on his face. He locked eyes with her as he walked up to her. “My lady,” Dillon said. “What’s going on?” Georgie asked “Will you stop asking all the questions and just trust me?” “I’m sorry, you know I am with surprises,” Georgie said as she rose off the bed. “Ok, come on.” Dillon said as he headed for the bathroom. He stood in front of the closed door. He turned his back to the door and faced her. “Close your eyes.” Dillon ordered. Georgie did so. “Ok, keep em closed,” He said as he opened the door. He took her hands in his and backed into the bathroom. Georgie walked forward into the bathroom. Dillon went behind her and wrapped his arms around her waist from behind. “Ok, open your eyes.” Dillon said. Georgie did and a gasp escaped her mouth. Dillon had lit a ton of candles around the bathroom and the room was lit by the candlelight as some soft music played. “I thought you might need to relax.” Dillon said into her ear. “Oh Dillon, this is exactly what I need.” Georgie said. “Thank you so much.” “You’re welcome baby.” Dillon said as they walked toward the hot bath. “Come on get in.” He said as he started kissing her neck as he untied her robe. “Mmm…” Georgie moaned her eyes closing. Dillon’s lips pulled back from her neck as he finished taking her robe off. He set her robe on the counter before taking her hand. After grabbing on to Dillon’s hand, Georgie lifted a foot and started to step in the tub. “How’s the water?” Dillon asked “It’s perfect.” Georgie said as she put the other foot in the bath. She stood there in the hot water, facing him. “Aren’t you gonna join me?” Georgie asked “No, you need to relax.” Dillon said. “I can relax better with you in here with me. Come on.” Georgie smiled. “Please?” Dillon looked at her and smiled. “All right.” He stripped his clothes off and stepped into the tub and stood behind Georgie. “Ok, now let’s sit.” Dillon said. He helped Georgie into the water carefully and when she was sitting down he sat down behind her. She scooted back between his legs and rested against his chest. His arms went around her waist and interlaced with hers as they rested on her stomach. "Feeling relaxed?" Dillon asked whispering in her ear. "Very" Georgie said as her eyes closed. "Good," Dillon said, as he started to kiss her neck. "Mmm," Georgie moaned when she felt Dillon's lips on her neck. Dillon smiled as he continued to kiss her neck. Georgie raised her hand and put it behind Dillon's neck pulling his lips closer to her neck.

Chapter 44
Dillon stood in front of the full length mirror staring at his reflection as he finished tying is tie. He reached into his pocket and pulled out two pieces of paper, smiling to himself when he pictured Georgie’s reaction when she saw them. He put them back in his pockets just as Georgie entered the room, dressed in a blue dress that came right below her knees with a strap going across her right shoulder while her other shoulder was bare. As she entered the room, Georgie's eyes were trained down at her wrist as she tried to fasten the bracelet around her wrist. Dillon's eyes grew wide when he saw Georgie enter the room. He walked over to her just as she finished fastening the bracelet. Georgie looked up at her reflection in the mirror. As soon as she saw herself, she jumped when she saw Dillon standing behind her. "Oh, you scared me," Georgie said, while she reached for her earrings, that were lying on the dresser. "I'm sorry," Dillon said, as he placed his hands on her hips. "I just couldn't help myself." "Oh really?" Georgie said as she finished putting the first earring on then started to put the second one on. "Yes, really," Dillon said, trying his best to patiently wait as she finished. Once they were both on, Georgie turned around and faced Dillon. “So how do I look?” “Amazing,” Dillon smiled. Georgie smiled up at him. “You’re just saying that.” "No way, I mean it." Dillon said as his arms went around her waist and rested on the small part of her lower back. "Every word." Georgie stared up at Dillon, and at that moment, she couldn’t think of anything else that could make it better. “I love you,” was all she said. “I love you too” Dillon said before he leaned down and kissed her softly on the lips. Once they pulled back, Georgie looked up at Dillon with a smile on her face. “So where are we going?” “Now what makes you think I’m gonna tell you that?” Dillon said as he stepped backward. “Because you love me,” Georgie said with a smile. “That I do, but this is too good of a surprise to spill the beans early.” “Spill the beans?” Georgie chuckled. “You know what I meant.” Dillon said. “You ready to go?” “Yeah I guess so,” Georgie said grabbing her purse off the dresser. “Let’s go.” Dillon held out his hand, which Georgie took and they headed down the stairs and out of the penthouse.
As they drove in the limo, Dillon reached into his pocket and pulled out a handkerchief and told Georgie to turn around. “What’s this?” Georgie asked, confused as she turned around. “So you can’t see where we’re going til I want you to,” Dillon said as he tied the handkerchief around her eyes. About 20 minutes later, the limo arrived at the Winter Garden Theatre entrance. The chauffer walked from the driver’s side over to the passengers side and opened the door. Dillon climbed out and then offered his hand to Georgie, helping her out of the limo. She linked her arm with his, still completely clueless as to where they were. Minutes later, they approached the door, leading into the huge auditorium. Dillon reached out and handed the guy the tickets from his pocket. The man tore off part of the ticket and then handed the remainder back to Dillon. Noticing Georgie blindfolded, the guy just nodded to Dillon, hinting that it was ok for him to go on in. Dillon just nodded back as he placed his hand on Georgie’s back and escorted her through the doors. “Dillon, can I take this thing off yet?” Georgie asked. “No, not yet,” Dillon said. “Just a little bit further.” An usher walked up to them and before the guy could speak, Dillon handed the tickets to him. The guy took their tickets, and then grabbed two playbills and then started down the aisle heading to Georgie and Dillon’s seats. “14 K and 14 L right here,” the man pointed to two empty seats. “Thank you,” Dillon told the guy as he took the two playbills from him and then moved aside helped Georgie in, sitting her down. “You’re welcome.” the guy said before he left. “Ok, so I know we’re in a theater of some sort.” Georgie guessed. “What makes you say that?” Dillon asked “Well because of the noises and the fact that the guy said those two seat assignments. That hinted me off the most.” “Well you’re right we’re at a theater.” “Well can you take this blindfold off me so that I know what we’re seeing?” “You really that curious?” Dillon asked “Yes!” Georgie said. “Oh all right fine, you’ll find out in a few seconds anyway when the show starts.” He said, as took the blindfold off and waited for her eyes to readjust to the light. He handed her the playbill and her eyes went wide. “Oh my God, Dillon…Moulin Rouge??” Dillon just smiled. “I loved this movie!” “I know,” Dillon said Georgie looked from the ticket up to Dillon who looked at her with a smile on his face. “You are too much do you know that?” Georgie asked, bringing a hand to his face and leaning in to kiss his cheek. “I thought you might like it.” “This is perfect,” Georgie said. “I remember you saying you wanted to see the live Broadway version of it. So I arranged for it.” “Wow, thank you so much for this Dillon,” Georgie said. “I love it.” “You’re very welcome,” Dillon said as he took her hand in his just as the lights started to dim and the curtain slowly started to rise up.
After about 2 hours the curtain lowered, signaling the end of the show. The crowd was on their feet cheering. Once the cheers subsided, Georgie and Dillon held hands and headed out of the huge auditorium. “Wow Dillon, that was amazing! Seeing it live was just…wow.” “I’m glad you had a good time,” Dillon smiled. “Good time? This night has been just…amazing. And what makes it even better is that I’m here with you. You make me so happy, you know that?” Dillon nodded. “I do, because you do the same for me.” Georgie just smiled as she wrapped her arms around his neck and gave him a hug, which Dillon happily returned. Dillon and Georgie broke apart when the limo drove up. The chauffer got out of the car to open the door for them. He walked to the door and opened it. Dillon helped Georgie inside and then before he got in he told the driver there had been a change in plans and told him where to take them instead. The chauffer nodded and then Dillon climbed into the limo. The chauffer shut the door and headed back around to the driver’s side; got inside and drove off.
About 15 minutes later, they arrived back at their penthouse. They headed inside and Georgie set her purse on the desk, turning back to face Dillon. “Tonight has been the best,” Georgie breathed. “It’s not over yet,” Dillon said, taking her hand and starting towards the balcony. They stepped out into the moonlit night. “Wow, it’s beautiful out here.” Georgie said walking to the railing and leaning on it as she stared out into the star-filled sky. “Yes it is.” Dillon said as he went to the stereo just inside the penthouse and turned played a CD. “The Way You Look Tonight” filled the air. Georgie heard this and then turned around and smiled at Dillon who stood in the door way, looking back at her. “Dance with me?” Dillon asked, holding out a hand to her. “Here?” Georgie asked. “Here.” Dillon said. Georgie smiled as she put her hand in his. He pulled her to him as they started to sway with the music which softly filled the air. Georgie rested her head against Dillon’s chest as they continued to sway to the music. Dillon’s chin rested on top of Georgie’s head. They continued to sway in each other’s arms underneath the moonlight.
Georgie and Dillon walked into the penthouse from the balcony, laughing. “Dillon today has been the best day ever!” Georgie smiled. “I mean, the walk in the park earlier, lying in your arms in the grass,” she smiled. “And then the bath, followed by the amazing broadway show of Moulin Rouge!! And then to top it off dancing with the man I love underneath the moonlight. I don’t think anything you do could top this day.” “Just watch me” Dillon said, taking a step toward her, as he wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled her to him. “Come here.” Georgie smiled as she wrapped her arms around Dillon’s neck, as his lips met hers in a sweet kiss. They stood there kissing, when the phone started to ring. “Aah,” Georgie said, pulling back. “I’m sorry.” Dillon said, touching the receiver of the phone. “We almost got through an entire day without that stupid thing going off.” Georgie said. “Don’t answer it.” “I have to take this. It could be work related.” “All right fine,” Georgie said. “I’m going to go fix myself an ice cream sundae with croutons.” She said, heading toward the kitchen. “Hey, no sweets!” Dillon yelled after her. “Croutons?” Dillon said to himself with a grossed out look on his face. He picked up the phone. “Hello?” “Hey Dillon, its Jax.” “Yeah, what’s up?” Dillon asked. “Well, you know how that we had issues with that one corporation last week?” Jax asked. “Yeah” Dillon nodded. “Well they have decided to play dirty, and I need you to go there and try to persuade them to change their minds, while I get a back up plan ready unless it doesn’t work.” Jax explained. “All right,” Dillon said. “When?” “Tonight,” Jax asked. Dillon closed his eyes, remembering back to the plans he and Georgie made to cuddle on the couch and watch movies. “Is there anyway we could push it back til tomorrow?” Dillon asked. “We really should get this started as soon as possible, before they get to a point where there’s no changing their minds.” Jax said. “Ok, all right” Dillon reluctantly agreed. “Ok, thanks Dillon” Jax said. “Just tell Max to drive you to the airport; there will be a private jet there for you.” “Ok.” Dillon said. “How long do I have to get there?” “About 2 hours” Jax said. Dillon glanced at his watch and saw that it read 9:00. “All right, then.” “Thank you, Dillon” Jax said “No problem.” Dillon said, hanging up the phone. “Mmm…this is good,” Georgie said, walking back into the room with a hot fudge sundae with crouton’s sprinkled about. Dillon didn’t even hear her enter the room again, because his mind was elsewhere. Like on how he was going to tell her that he was leaving. “Dillon?” Georgie asked, snapping Dillon out of his trance. “Who was on the phone?” She asked, putting a spoonful of ice cream in her mouth. “Oh…um…it was Jax.” Dillon said. “Is everything ok?” Georgie questioned not picking up on the nervousness in Dillon’s voice. Dillon looked up from the phone to her. “Dillon?” Georgie questioned, now getting a little nervous. “Um…I have to…I have to leave town for a few days” Dillon said.
