Prologue
“What the hell is this?” Jason flashed a piece of paper in front of his eighteen year old brother, Dillon Chase. It wasn’t long after him and Elizabeth broke up three years ago that his brother came to leave with them. It was then that him and Elizabeth decided that they needed to stay together. So Dillon moved in and took over. He fought with him. Not Elizabeth or Josh, or even Lena. It was just him that he had a problem with.
Dillon looked up from playing with Josh and Elizabeth on the floor to the piece of paper in Jason’s hand. “It’s my report card.”
“I know that. Why are there three F’s on it?”
“Because I don’t like the classes.”
Jason sighed and looked down at the report card. “English, Math, and Business. Two of those classes you need to graduate.”
Dillon stood up. “I know.” He went to walk away but he felt Jason’s arm on his pulling him back.
Elizabeth stood up but left Josh on the floor to play with his blocks. “Jason, Dillon..”
They both ignored her. “You not walking away from me?”
“Yeah, I forgot that’s your job.”
“What?” Jason had no idea where the hell that comment came from. Since when did his brother know jack shit about his life.
“You walked away from mom.”
“I had a family to take care of.” Jason yelled. “I had a pregnant girlfriend. I got her pregnant when she was seventeen. I had my problems to deal with, I couldn’t help mom with hers. She wasn’t willing to help me so why should I have helped her?” Jason quitted down when he heard Josh fuse. He looked to his son before speaking again. “Do you know what it cost to take care of a wife and a child? Not only that but I was shot and in another country. I couldn’t even take care of myself. Let alone mother.”
Elizabeth looked to Josh then back up to Dillon and Jason. This wasn’t going to get any better. Jason and Dillon were going to constantly fight until that one thing that’s holding them back comes out in the open. She only wish she knew what that was so she could stop this and not hear them fight any more.
“You don’t know what its like to have to paid bills, school, clothing, work, you had everything handed to you. Well, that ends now. If you want money, get a job. You want the car, no more. Until you start paying for things. Then maybe you’ll know what its like to have to take care of things. Maybe you’ll know what I’ve been through.” Jason walked over to his son, Josh, and scoped him up into his arms. Putting an end of this around of fighting. Swinging him before locked an arm around his waist. He wasn’t in the mood to fucking fight any more. He hated it. That’s all they every did. Dillon picked a fight with him on everything and he had a fucking enough of it. If he wanted to ruin his life and not go to school, then fine let him. He’s eighteen.
Elizabeth watched his husband picked up Josh and leave the room. Trying to forget about his latest fight with his brother. He wasn’t eating, wasn’t sleeping. Between Lena and Dillon, Jason was losing control. It didn’t help that they still hadn’t gotten their marriage on track. A few weeks after they separated, his mother died. Jason needed some one and Elizabeth was there for him. Then they took in Dillon. Lena still wasn’t happy with her father and that was never solved between them. She sighed and turned back to Dillon.
“That is it.” Elizabeth shook her head. “I want you out.”
“What?” Dillon faced his sister in law with great shook. She was always the one that cut in their fights and stopped them. She never seemed like the one to take action.
“You heard me. Between you and Lena, he’s losing it. The only thing keeping him together is his son.” Elizabeth yelled. “I’m done with this. The fights. The yelling. Everything.”
“But Elizabeth I have no where else to go.”
“You should have thought of that before hand. You out to know that you were going to get kicked out sooner or later.” Elizabeth sighed.
Dillon sighed along with her. There was no way he could leave. Georgie would be so pissed at him. But it didn’t help her father was the Police Commissioner and his brother was the head of the Port Charles Mob. “Elizabeth, please?”
But that wasn’t going to work on her any more. She was done with it all. “I love my family. And Jason. He is my husband. And there is no way I’m going to seat here and listen to you over him. I wont.” She rubbed her hands over he face. “I have enough problems with my daughter, my son, and marriage to be putting up with you. Shape up or ship out. Your choice. I want your answer by tomorrow morning.” She gave him one more glance, letting him know she meant business, and then left the room. She wanted to be with her family.
~*~*~
The brunette looked at the city limit sign as she drove by. It had been years before she was back in the city. And boy did she miss it. The sounds, the feeling, the rush of city life. After moving to the country and marring. Things seemed to quite down. Until they were too quite. She needed a change. And Port Charles was just the place she needed to be. Elizabeth and Jason would just have to deal with her being back.
The City of Port Charles Welcomes You!
The sign was everything she needed to make her smile.
Emily Bowen-Spencer was back.
~*~*~
Lena placed her son, Ethan, down on the couch, next to her husband’s leg. She smiled at him. “My mom called me a few minutes ago.”
“And?” Michael picked up his son, brought him to stand on his legs, and held him the arms. He smiled back at his son with he laughed, gurgled at him.
“Dad… he’s having some problems with Dillon. She’s pissed at me for adding to it.” Lena sighed and took the seat next to her husband.
“Are you?” He never looked at her just kept playing with his son.
“Yeah… I mean I guess. Mom says he’s not eating or sleeping. He’s either working or playing with Josh. He doesn’t talk to mom any more. She’s worried.”
“Maybe it’s time for you end this stupid fight you have going on with him. He’s going through a bad time right now and he could use some support.” Michael looked at her then. “He is your father.”
“Michael, he hurt my mom.”
“Your right. He hurt your MOM. Not you. If she got over shouldn’t you?” Michael hugged Ethan to him. “If end for that. Then I want you to end for us.” Michael turned his son to look at his mother. “Isn’t reason enough?”
Lena smiled and nodded. “Yeah, I’ll talk to him tomorrow, okay?”

Chapter 1
Dillon got up early the next morning. However still not enough early. Elizabeth was cooking breakfast for Josh and his brother was on his way out the door. To the warehouse where he would be working all day until about five. Then he would be home in time for dinner. And the evenings varied. But since it was November that wasn’t much to do around good old Port Charles. So they stayed in much.
The stairs spit and came out in two places in the house. One by the front Breeze way, living room area and the other came out into the kitchen.
Dillon stood at the bottom of the stairs watching Jason, walk to Josh, give him a kiss on the forehead before moving to Elizabeth to give her a quite kiss on the lips, and then he was gone. But never after saying I love you to either one. If it weren’t the whole Mob thing you would think you where in a Norman Rockwell painting. A loving family who had no problems with each other. And everyone loved everyone.
After Jason was gone, Dillon finished walking down the stairs. “Morning.”
“Good morning,” Elizabeth smiled to Dillon. She was glad when there were no bags by his side. There was no place for him to go. That’s how he got there in the first place. She didn’t want to have to worry about him. She was glad he was staying. One less thing to worry about. “I see no bags. So I’ll take that as your answer.”
“Look, Liz, I don’t mean to be difficult. It’s just my dad was always cheating my mom and beating her around. She’s the only person I had to count on and now… I don’t even have her. I don’t know what to do some times.” He walked closer into the room but didn’t seat down.
Elizabeth raised her hand to cut him off. “Dillon, I understand. Me and my father were very close. And when Jason got me pregnant my dad refused to talk to me. That hurt. But it hurt worst after he died. He died not speaking to me and that is something that I will always have to live. It didn’t help that Jason almost proved my dad right about how Jason would never be good enough for me. I found out a secret about Jason. That ruined our marriage. And that was 18 years ago. It hurt when I lost everything. But I got over that. It took me a while but I did. And you have to too.”
“How long did it take you?”
Elizabeth shook her head. “You should never put a time limit on yourself. Different things around us will change that time. Just heal. And if that takes you a few years that’s fine. But you need to tell Jason. That way he won’t be so hard you, got it?”
Dillon nodded and sat down at the table next to Josh. “I’ll talk to him.”
“Good. Would you watch Josh while I get cleaned up, please?”
“Yeah.” Dillon knew it didn’t sound like a question but it was. He looked over just in time to see Elizabeth going up the stairs. He watched for a minute before turning to Josh. “You wouldn’t happen to know if your father would be alright with me thinking his wife is hot, would you?” Josh reached out with his little hand to Dillon. He picked it up in time to let his cereal drop in his hand. Dillon took that for a no. “Yeah me either, buddy, me either.” He loved his girl friend but Elizabeth was… older and… so much hotter.
~*~*~
“That’s it baby. Come to mommy.” Elizabeth giggled and watched her son take the few steps that where needed to get to her. “Daddy’s going to be mad that he missed this, again.” Elizabeth picked her year and a half old son up into her arms as the doorbell sounded throughout the house. Elizabeth smiled as her son rewarded her with a bright smile and a giggle of his own. She kept her son in her arms as she opened the door. “Can I help you?” The man in the door looked familial to her, but she couldn’t place him. His eyes. She looked into his eyes again. They where so close to… Jason’s. She suppressed a sigh. There was no way it could be.
“Yes, I’m looking for my son, Jason Morgan. I’m his father, Dr. Alan Morgan.”
“Father?” Elizabeth’s face flashed with anger at the man that caused Jason so much pain within his life. There was no way in hell she was going let him back in Jason’s life with out a fight. “And what do you want with Jason.”
“He’s my son. I would like to see him. I take it you are his lovely wife.”
“Yes, I am. He’s not here.”
“Well, do you know when I can get a hold of him?” Alan asked. He wasn’t so sure why Elizabeth was lovely one minute then cold the next. Jason must have told her things about him. That could be the only reasoning.
Elizabeth looked the man up and down before pressing her son closer to her body. He giggled and hid in his mother’s shoulder and hair from the strange man at the door. “That’s hard to say.”
“He still lives here doesn’t here. I mean you two are still married, right?” Alan wasn’t sure what brought on that questioning. But he didn’t know what to expect when coming to this sleepy little town.
“Yes, because… un like his father, he knows not to leave his wife and children.” Elizabeth bit the words out. They where suppose to hurt him and from the look on Alan’s face they did. “Now, if your excuse me I have to go.” She turned to shut the door in his face, but sighed when he put his foot in the door to stop her. She stepped back a ways from him, ready to run if he tired anything.
“Look, I see my son has told you everything.”
“I am his wife of 19 years. I think I should have the right to know everything. What man wouldn’t tell his wife everything?” She didn’t look down from the man but now saw that as a mistake because she felt her son move in her arms. She should have tried to run. Who knows what this nut would do to her.
“True. I understand. I’ll be back later.”
“Don’t bother. Jason would just kick you out.”
“Now I-”
“He hates you and nothing will ever change that. Nothing you could say or do could every change that.” Elizabeth cut him off. This time really shutting the door in his face. She knew he wouldn’t listen and he would just come back. That was the Morgan way, or just Jason’s way. It was only a matter of time before he showed up again.
~*~*~
Jason’s smile faltered at his daughter’s face. Yep, she was still pissed as hell at him. He wasn’t sure if he could take this much longer. It had taken months for her to talk to him again. He needed her to be his baby girl again. He needed his daughter back in his life. She was talking to Elizabeth why not him. Then again Elizabeth didn’t break up her family either. That was all him. “Sweetheart, what do you want from me. I have done everything I could to get back in your good graces. Tell me what I need to do.”
“Kill Courtney.” Lena smirked and walked out. She knew her father wouldn’t do it but she had to try.
Michael was about to walk in Jason’s office he heard his wife in there then saw her walking out. He couldn’t let her walk out like this. She was suppose to end it not add to it. So as she walked out he grabbed her around the waist and pulled her back into the office. Jason looked but didn’t say a word. Michael pushed Lena back into a chair. “I’m sick of this. You told me last night that you wanted to end this with your father. So end it.”
“Micha-”
“No, I don’t want to hear it. I’m done with the fighting. Jason has enough problems with Dillon then to add you to it. You are married woman and have a child of your own. So act like it and stop acting like your sixteen years old fighting over the car who still lives home.” Michael didn’t want to sound so mean but he had no choice. Lena wasn’t going to listen either way. The fighting between her and her father had to fucking stop. This was long enough. It’s been buried for years. Then for Lena to get pissed over it again. That wasn’t right. “Now, shut up and do what we talked about last night.”
Jason stepped around his desk with a sigh. “Michael, get out.”
“I’m sorry for getting involved, but I think we have all had enough of this shit.” He looked from Jason to Lena then shook his head. And that was all as he walked out of Jason’s office to go back to his own. Jason was his boss; he wasn’t going to get fired for that little outburst, was he?
Lena watched her husband leave. He was right. Completely right. And she had ruined that. She came here to finish this and she couldn’t even do that right. What the hell was wrong with her? Was she really that mad over something that happen 18 years ago? No, she wasn’t. Cause the fact still remains… it happen 18 years ago. If her parents could move on and make a life for themselves why couldn’t she?
Jason knew that look on Lena’s face. She was thinking about something. And he was just going to let her think until she knew what she was going to say. Michael was most likely going to be sleeping on the couch tonight. He sighed and went back to seat on his couch to give Lena her time.
“He’s right. I did come here to give up and say I want to end this between us. But I just didn’t go about it the right way. I even asked you to kill her. What was I thinking?”
Jason smiled. “I couldn’t if I tried.”
“I know Sonny’s sister.” Lena nodded from her place in the chair.
“No, she’s already dead.”
“What?” Lena didn’t see that coming a mile away. She knew she had never since the blonde that was Michael’s aunt, thank god for that, but he never once thought the reason was because she was already dead. That just didn’t click in her mind.
Jason shook his head. He didn’t mean to tell her but it looked like it was the only way to get his daughter back. “You can’t tell your mother but when you where in Middle School, she started coming around. Calling my cell, sitting outside our house, coming by here.” Lena sat up higher in her seat just to listen to her father. “She was doing the same thing to Sonny. Begging Carly, talking about how Elizabeth and Carly weren’t he right woman for this business. Finally we tried sleeping around with Sonny’s guards. She was completely out of control. So I ended it.”
“Oh my god, you killed her.” Lena sat up completely. She knew her father was in the Mob and have killed people before. But she always heard Sonny, her father and now Michael telling her that woman aren’t in the business. That they are not to hurt or killed. It was just the way.
“Yeah, I had never hurt a woman so much before that day. The worst I ever did to a woman, was I threw your mother against a wall in High School. But it wasn’t hard, just to scare her. It didn’t even hurt her because my hand was behind her head. I hated myself for it but I did what needed to be done with Courtney. And Sonny was done with her also. So I did as I was ordered too.”
“I wont tell mom. She flip.” Lena stood up and walked to her father. “I was never really that mad at you. I just got scared. How was me and Michael suppose to be prefect if my parents weren’t.” The tears came then. First one then more. She couldn’t stop them. Lena reached up to wipe some away both only smeared her makeup. “You guys where so prefect and great. It just hit hard when I found out you weren’t.”
“Oh honey. I was never prefect. Look at my job, I am differently far from being prefect.”
“I know now. But when you’re a kid, your parents are your heroes. And nothing they do could be bad.”
Jason reached up and pulled his daughter into a hug. After a minute he pulled away. “I think we have said everything we could say. So go see your husband and tell him you love him. Then go see your mother. She needs… I don’t even know any more.”
Lena looked at her father like he had two heads. He was really doing badly. “Dad, are you and mom okay?”
“Yeah, we just. Things haven’t been the same in a while.”
“Dillon?”
“And by god he’s not helping.” Jason walked away from his daughter and around his desk to try and get back to work, “I have to get back to work.” He couldn’t seem to talk about this with his daughter. It just didn’t seem right to put his problems about their marriage out in the open like that.
“Fine but if you need something, you let me know.”
“I will, bye, Lena. I love you.”
“Love you too daddy.” She whispered before leaving his office. She turned around once to see him from the door and he was already fast at work. Or so it seemed. She closed his office door and looked up to see Michael, standing across the hall, leaning against his door, waiting for her. She just stared at him for a while before launching herself in his already open arms. “Oh, Michael…”
“I know, sweetheart.”
Sonny stood at the end of the hall, just watching his son and daughter in law. His eyes traveled to Jason’s door but it was closed with the blinds down. He knew things were going bad but never knew how bad. And from what he knew was going on in that room, things where worst then he thought. Jason seemed to dealing with everything okay on the outside. But something told him on the inside was a whole different story. Sonny watched Michael take his wife into his office. Then there was nothing. Jason was in his office working and Lena was crying of his son’s shoulder. He sighed and walked away then. He had to fund some way to make this better.
~*~*~
Carly sat in the doctor’s office all alone. She wanted Elizabeth to come with her but she had Josh today and everyone knew how babies got when they where around doctor’s offices. It was like it was in the genes to goof off in doctor’s offices. She sighed. That’s it she just needed to think about other things. Her mind was repeating itself over and over again.
“Carly, I said no.”
“But, Sonny-”
“I know you want another baby honey, but now… now is not a good time.” Sonny shook his head and left the room, ending the dissuasion.
“Too bad, I’m already a mouth late.” Carly whispered to the empty room.
She sighed and turned in her seat again. She turned her watched and sighed again. Late. Doctor’s where always late. What the hell was that all about? You come in on time and even early but why, they make you wait for while. Then tell you their running behind and make you wait even longer.
She hated this.
“Caroline Corinthos.”
Carly looked up and stood up. This was it. They where about to tell her something she already knew. “Hi,”
“Hi, right this way.” The nurse pointed to a room with a smile. Then handed her a cup. “Fill this then give it back to the desk and I’ll give you a call within the week.”
Carly nodded and took the cup from the nurse.

Chapter 2
Jason waited about ten minutes after his daughter left before giving up and shutting off his laptop computer, packing it up to take his work home. He had sat there since she left and just stared at the screen. He couldn’t work, not today. He just wanted to go home to his family and be with them. Maybe they should invite Lena and Michael over to dinner tonight. A nice big family dinner.
He got off his bike and looked at the house he has been living in for the past 18 years; most of the time any way. There was those few times he had been kicked out or left on his own accord. It wasn’t far from their old houses from their college years. Elizabeth didn’t want to leave the hill. She settled for a small college and stayed at home with Lena. After a while she started working at Lena’s school but nothing more then that. She liked staying at home being a mother. So he never once bugged her to work.
Jason walked up the long walk way to his house. Once he got to the door he turned and looked out at their big yard, a few of Josh’s toys were around, from earlier use of playing outside. He was so lost in thought he didn’t hear the front door open, or Elizabeth step out side.
“Jason?”
He shook his head and turned back around to face his wife. “I didn’t hear you come out.”
“I heard the car, but you never came in.” She didn’t say much, something told her not too. “Are you okay? Your home early.”
“Yeah, I just wanted to be home with my family.” Jason waited a second before holding his hand out to his wife. “Come here,”
Elizabeth just smiled and went to him. Something seemed so off with him today. He couldn’t still be mad at Dillon, could he? All thought of Dillon left her the second his arms wrapped around her waist. She locked her arms around his neck, letting Jason bury his head in her shoulder.
“Where’s Josh?”
“Taking his nap.”
Jason smirked and started to trail kisses up her neck. Elizabeth bent her head back to give him more access. “How long?”
“He’s been done for 45 minutes. He should be any minute.” She couldn’t hid at smile at Jason’s groan. “Sorry babe.”
“God, I want you so bad right now. Can’t you have Dillon take him out?”
“He’s out with his girlfriend.” Elizabeth bent her body back to get a greater look at Jason. “Why don’t you come inside and wake your son up? We can all play a game or something. Josh has missed you during the day.”
Jason nodded. “Yeah.”
“Oh, I guess this is a bad time to say this but Josh… he walked again.”
“Damn it.” Jason sighed. “I’m never around for anything any more. I know your not happy and I don’t know what to do about it. I can see it in your eyes. I work non-stop.”
“Jase-” Elizabeth tired to cut in
“No, I’m not. I’m either at the warehouse or fighting with Dillon and Lena.” Jason stepped away from Elizabeth. Moving backwards. “When was the last time we made love? Huh, try a few months. I’m going crazy. I don’t know what to do any more. I don’t want the fighting or the work. I want you.”
Elizabeth felt so bad for Jason. These last for months have not been the best. When ever they where alone, she wasn’t in the mood or Jason was too tired from work. It was always more of Jason’s work then her not being in the mood. “Jase…”
“Daddy!” Elizabeth and Jason both looked to the door where their son was standing holding onto the doorframe.
“Was he upstairs?” Jason asked on his way to pick him up.
“No, he was on the floor in the living room.” Elizabeth sighed. “He fell asleep playing so I left him there.” She was hoping that Josh would stay asleep for just a little while longer so her and Jason could finish this talk of theirs. But that wasn’t going to happen because it never worked that way for her.
He didn’t wait for an answering knowing it would be no. After all how would he have gotten down all the stairs they have in the house. He picked up his son and brought him close for a hug. “Hey, buddy.” Jason shut his eyes and hugged his son then reopened them and looked straight into Elizabeth’s.
“Daddy!” Josh wrapped his arms around his father’s neck in a tight hug then let go and just stared at him.
Elizabeth watched Jason, his eyes shut then reopened. Their eyes locked. Everything she was feeling just went into her eyes. She couldn’t help but think that Jason knew how hurt she really was over everything. She didn’t mean to but Jason was right. The fighting, his job, all of it was taking its toll on their life, their marriage. Slowly ever so slowly she felt herself pull away every time Jason did. She didn’t like but there was nothing she could do about it.
Jason looked into Elizabeth’s eyes. There was something there that he couldn’t place it. But it was there.
“Pay wit me?” Josh’s little voice broke Jason’s eyes away from Elizabeth’s. He looked down to his son to see him looking between himself and his mother. The question in his eyes.
Jason wanted to laugh at the way his son sounded but he smiled at him. “Yeah, buddy, I’ll play with you.” Jason turn Josh in his arms so he was looking at Elizabeth. “Mommy?” Jason asked for his son.
Elizabeth looked from Josh to Jason. “Sorry honey.” Elizabeth leaned in and kissed Josh. “I have to some laundry then make dinner.” With out another word from her or any one else Elizabeth walked in the house, left the door open, and went down stairs to the basement. She hated disappointing her son but she just didn’t feel like acting like nothing happen. Her and Jason needed to talk. And that was the end of it.
~*~*~
Dillon watched Georgie pace her room. They were both quietly thinking about how he should go about talking to Jason. Dillon wasn’t the best talker in the world. And he wanted to talk to his brother that wasn’t any better then him. This was turning out to be harder then he had planned on. “So you got any ideals on what I should do to talk to Jason.”
“For one, you need to go home before dinner.” Georgie smiled. “Make it look good for you, you know getting home early.”
Dillon knew she was right but he didn’t want to leave just yet. They never got to see each other any more. And now with Jason wanting him to get a job wasn’t going to help with any of it. “I know your right. It’s just we don’t see each other any more. I just want to hang with you for a while.”
“I know.” Georgie stopped pacing her room and went a few steps closer to her boy friend. “What about this weekend? You’re supposed to baby-sit Josh. Maybe I can come over and have a movie day.” She was sure this would solve at least some of the problems that her and Dillon were having. Just having a nice normal day of movies and watching Jay. This was going to be everything he needed.
“Yeah, I’ll like that.” Dillon moved to the edge of Georgie’s bed where she was seating. He wrapped his arms around her waist, pulling her slightly. Georgie went back with Dillon so they were both laying on the bed, Dillon just holding her. “I don’t want to fight with Jason any more.”
“I know. But you just need to relax. You can’t talk to Jason like this. When you go home just be level headed and take what he says to heart. Then talk. But most of all don’t lose you’re temper or you’re control.”
“Yeah, yeah, I know.”
“Yes, I know you know. But knowing and doing re two different things.” Georgie sat up on her bed and just stared down at Dillon. She smiled at him to let him know she was just trying to help and to not get on his case.
He smirked up to her. His hands went up to her hair, pulling down, he brought Georgie down for a kiss. “Have I told you I love you today?”
“Yeah, but I can hear it again.” Georgie answered with an edge to her voice. She knew what she was doing to him. Now was time to see what he was going to do with what he knew to be her wanting him.
Dillon groaned at that. The edge was something he was well aware of. The need. Now was not the time for her to horny. “I love you, honey, but I can’t.” He sat up then. “I need to get home before Jason kills me.”
“I know.”
“You’re a brat.” Dillon moved back around, quickly moving Georgie all the way underneath him. “You are just asking for it, aren’t you?”
“Yes, I am. I want you so bad.” Georgie smirked up at her boyfriend. Even if they have never made love she still knew which buttons to push to piss him off or just plain make him horny. And that was something she would never forget.
Dillon was standing up then. He couldn’t let her do this to him now. He had to stay level headed. It was then when it hit him, she was testing him to see what he would do if it came up that he had to lose his control. “I see what your doing. And you can’t do it any more because I’m going home.” He leaded forward and gave Georgie a quick kiss. “I love you.”
“I love you too. I’ll call you later.” She stayed seating in her bed. But once her door shut behind Dillon she laid back on the bed. Looking up to her ceiling. She couldn’t believe how lucky she was to have a boy friend that was as good to her as Dillon was. Nothing would ever stop her from being with Dillon, not her father and differently not his brother.
~*~*~
Dillon walked in the back door which came into the kitchen. Elizabeth was chopping up some onions. Jason was setting the table. While Josh was in his high chair, playing with some of his toys. “I’m home.”
“Go wash up. Dinner should be ready any minute.”
“Sure thing.” Dillon watch his brother stand up straight and just nod at him. That seemed to be the only thing he got from his brother… ever. “Uhm… Jason?”
“Yeah.” Jason bent to get Josh the toy he dropped on the floor then stood straight up and looked to his brother.
“Can we talk later? There are some things I need to talk to you about.” Dillon was glad he went to see Georgie first. He felt so much better talking to Jason now.
“Yeah, sure. Go wash up.”
“K.” Dillon didn’t waste any more time, he just quietly went up stairs to get washed up for dinner.
Elizabeth waited until she was sure Dillon was out of hearing. “Jason, listen to me.” She waited until she knew that Jason was listening to her before going on. “Tonight, I want you to listen to Dillon and go easy on him. He’s had a hard past few months. Just be a brother not a father.”
Jason listened to Elizabeth and nodded. He knew she was completely right. He needed to listen to Dillon and be a brother. “I will. Then when I’m done talking to him. We are. Maybe he’ll watch Josh for a while.”
“When?” Dillon knew they were talking about him.
Jason turned to his brother. “After you and I are done talking Elizabeth and I need you to watch Josh. That is if you don’t have anything else planned?” He was sure this was a big step for him usually he didn’t ask much of Dillon.
“Sure, I’ll watch him. I mean I haven’t taught him to play Uncle yet.” Dillon smirked at Elizabeth knowing that would make her at least smile.
She did more then smile, she full out laughed. “Don’t you dare!” Elizabeth pointed her finger at him. “He was way to young for that type of playing. You got me?”
“Sure.” Dillon was going to go on but stopped when the doorbell rang out. “I’ll get it.” He knew that Elizabeth and Jason were getting dinner ready besides he wanted it to be Georgie. More then once he had gotten a surprise with Georgie just showing up out of nowhere to see him. He opened the door to see a woman about Elizabeth’s age with short brown hair. “Can I help you?”
“Yeah, I’m looking for Jason and Elizabeth Morgan.” Emily looked around the front entrance to the house. She wasn’t sure why but her stomach was in knots. Was she really scared and nervous to see her friend after so long. “Do they live here?”
“Yeah, you wanna give me a name so I can tell them whose here to see them.” Dillon knew he was sounding kind of mean but he wasn’t getting good vibes from this woman.
“Emily Bowen-Spencer.” She smiled. “Are you their son?”
“No, I’m Jason’s brother. Come with me.” Dillon walked through the hallway into the kitchen. “Elizabeth, Jason, some one named Emily is here to see you.” He called out and went around the table to stand near Josh. Something told him that this was going to be a great thing to watch.
Elizabeth looked up at Emily Bowen. Her old best friend was back in town. After all the mess with AJ, Jason gave her a choice to leave town or die at his hands. So she left town. Elizabeth was hurt for a while when Jason told her but when she thought about what Emily had done to her then she didn’t miss her all that much. “Emily?”
“Hi.” She whispered into the room.
Jason looked to her and shook his head. “Get the hell out of my house.” There was no way in hell Emily Bowen was just going to march in his house and do anything to his family. He has worked to damn hard to let anything happen now.
Dillon’s eyes flew up to meet Jason’s. He had never really heard his brother talk like that to any one before. This was his stone cold businessman. He knew that but he had never seen it before tonight. This Emily must have done something really bad to get his brother that pissed at him. “Wow, what the hell did you do to get him pissed at you?”
“Dillon, would you please take Josh up stairs?” Elizabeth broke in before Emily could answer. She really didn’t want a fight tonight. And by the looks of it, that wasn’t going to happen any time soon.
“Yeah, sure. Come on, Jay.” Dillon picked up his nephew and quickly passed by everyone to go up stairs.
Elizabeth waited just long enough to hear the door to Josh’s door shut before taking a step forward. “What are you doing here?” She didn’t want this to last any longer. She had already had a visit from Jason’s father, Alan, and now from her old best friend. Were they up to something or was it just her that had that feeling.
“I came back to town when my husband died. I just wanted to see you. See how things have changed. I want to be you’re friend again.”
“No, I’m not listening to this.” Elizabeth threw her hands up in the air and turned away. She then turned back around as quickly as she had the first time. She pointed her finger at her. “You hurt me.”
“Yeah, that’s why I’m here. To say I’m sorry. I never got a chance before.” Emily looked to Jason then. Glaring at him for taking everything she had away from her. She could have had a great life with AJ but all that changed the day Jason Morgan met Sonny Corinthos. “I want to be in your life. I want to know your kids. Everything.”
“No, I’m sorry, but I can’t be your friend any more.” Elizabeth just shook her head. “I want you out of my house right this minute or I will have Jason throw you out.” Elizabeth couldn’t believe how much like her mother she sounded right then. Her life flashed back to her mother throwing AJ out for swearing at Steven. They were all really little but she still remembers back to that day.
“Fine, I’ll leave now. But I will be back.” Emily turned then, left the room and the house. She knew had to pick her battles carefully and this was not one she needed to last on. She had to slow down and think smart about this. She could just rush into Elizabeth and Jason’s life and take root. She needed to really think about how to become part of their lives. She had no one else to be friends with then him or her. They were the only thing that came close to being her family.
Elizabeth turned to her husband. She just looked up at him then sighed. “Today is just not my day.” She couldn’t believe what a day it turned out to be and after this morning she thought it was going to turn out all right but looks like that wasn’t going to happen after all.
Jason wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled his wife close to him. He had no ideal that Emily Bowen was in town. He never had anyone watching her and that was not going to be a mistake that he was willing to make again. After dinner he was going to have to put a guard on Emily. See what brought her back to town after all these years.

Chapter 3
“Dillon, is everything alright?” Elizabeth asked from across the dinning room table. He was doing fine all day until dinner came. Then he started looking kind of down. She meant to bring it up early but after Emily stopped by she didn’t feel like talking much. And Jason was with Josh all night so he wouldn’t have noticed Dillon acting any different.
“Yeah,” he closed one of his schoolbooks and looked up to meet her eyes. He really wanted to know whom that woman was from early. It killed him to know that he let some one in this house that had made Elizabeth and Jason mad. That just gave them both another reason to kick him out. “Who was that girl from early?”
She looked away for a second then back to Dillon. There was no use in hiding it from him. He would understand. He was old enough. “She was a friend of mine in High School. A good friend before she decided she didn’t like me with Jason. He tired sleeping with him when he was drunk one night. Just to show me what Jason was like. But I saw right through her. We haven’t been friends since.”
“I’m sorry I let her in.” He let his eyes fall to the floor.
Elizabeth laughed then. Dillon looked up to meet her eyes again. “Don’t be. She was just going to come by another time. But it better that you did.”
“Yeah?”
“Yeah, because now I got it over if and I don’t have to see her again.” Elizabeth wiped the counter down once more before walking over and throwing the towel down the stairs to the basement to be washed the next morning. She was just ready to go to bed in Jason’s arms. “I’m going to bed, don’t stay up to late.”
“My dad had an affair before he died. I saw him.” Dillon didn’t know why he said that. But he did. He finally felt the need to tell some one.
“What?” Elizabeth turned back towards Dillon. He was looking down at the kitchen table, just staring at his closed math book.
“I saw him with her. Emily. The woman from early.” He looked up with a sad sigh. “I went to tell my mom and he told me not too. But I couldn’t and he told me that if I told a soul he would send me away. I never knew who the woman was before now. But I know it was Emily. I saw her face clearly tonight.”
“Oh my god, Dillon.”
“It was right after then that they got into the crash and died.” His eyes never left Elizabeth’s. “I never told any one but my mom was having an affair too. She was always screwing around and my dad was never home.” He didn’t want the pity that he saw in Elizabeth’s eyes. But he wanted something. He just wasn’t sure yet. “Don’t tell Jason. He still has this idea that our mother had at least some good in her.”
Elizabeth knew she couldn’t promise anything. She had to tell Jason, he had the right to know what his mother was into. Even if she was already dead now. Jason had that right. “I can’t promise that.”
“I know.”
“Why are you telling me this now?”
“I don’t know maybe Emily brought back some bad memories but it just all popped into my head and I had to get it out.”
“I understand.” She walked over to him. His head down, staring at his math book once again. She bent and kissed the top of his head. “Get some sleep. We can talk more once you have some sleep. Okay?”
“Okay,” Dillon heard her footsteps going to the stairs but he couldn’t help but stop her again. “Elizabeth?”
She turned to him. “Yeah.”
“Thanks.”
~*~*~
“Lena asked something of me today.”
Elizabeth looked up from her nightstand were she just placed her book. Jason took Josh to bed tonight while she was finishing up down stairs. He told her to hurry up they had some things to talk about. She also made sure Dillon was in his room for the night before coming to their room to get ready for bed. “Yeah, what’s that?”
“She asked me to kill Courtney.” Jason wasn’t sure why he was bringing this up now. Except something told him too. So here he was standing in the doorway to their bedroom, bearing all to his wife.
Elizabeth’s eyes flew to Jason’s with a smirk on her face. She couldn’t have said it better herself. She wanted the little bitch dead more then any way. And that would be why women are not allowed in the business. “And what did you say?”
“Told I her I couldn’t because she’s already dead.” Jason knew this was going to be a complete shock to Elizabeth. He never told her anything about his business and that included Courtney’s death. Although he wanted too. At the time they were not on the best terms. So he just left it alone.
“What?” Elizabeth’s mouth fell open. There was no way Jason said what she just thought he did. That would never happen. Courtney was Sonny’s sister and a woman. Women weren’t in the business. For anything.
“She died along time ago.” He informed her. “I wanted to tell you but we weren’t on the best terms. So I just didn’t bother. But she is dead.”
Elizabeth sighed and looked away from her husband. She never thought she would be really happy about some one’s death. Then there was Courtney’s and she was. She wasn’t going to lie about it. She hated the woman and wished her died. And now she was. “I see.”
Jason sat on the edge of the bed and bent down to take his boots off. He had wanted to put Josh to bed then hurry up and come to his wife. To make sweet love to her. And he still planned on it. He just needed to stop thinking about Courtney first. He hadn’t told her yet but he called Sonny and took tomorrow off work. He wanted to spend some time with his family. Like he needed too. Now was as good as any time to tell her. “You don’t have any plans for tomorrow, do you?”
“No, why?”
“I’m taking the day off and I want to spend it with you, Josh, and Dillon.”
“Oh Jason…” Elizabeth got up and walked over to Jason. She wrapped her arms around his neck and pushed him back on the bed, their lip connecting at the same time his back hit the sheets. He quickly wrapped his arms around his wife’s waist and held her close to him. Tonight he didn’t plan on letting go.
~*~*~
There wasn’t a damned thing anyone could do about him now. He had made up his mind to go. He wasn’t wanted in this house. He had to get out and go somewhere that he was wanted. Nothing seemed more real then the need to leave this place. No job. No car. No parents. Just Elizabeth, Jason, and Josh. But they weren’t his family. Not really. Yeah Jason was his brother. But in all reality when was the last time they really acted like brothers. Never, Jason was more like a father then anything. And that hurt. Since he really wanted his brother back. Once and only once in his life had Jason really been a brother to him. When his dad hit him for the first time when he was ten, Jason came to him. Took him out of town for the weekend and was just a brother. But those days were over. Jason was going through hell so that meant that he had to go through his own hell alone. He couldn’t bother Jason with his problems. Jason had enough of his own.
Why add more?
Dillon waited until everyone was asleep before he gathered some of his cloths and money to leave. He grabbed the keys to Elizabeth’s Saturn and left. They didn’t have room in their lives for him. So he would go to the only person that did.
Georgie.
~*~*~
Elizabeth sighed and took a seat on the couch. Jason was mad. No he was pissed as fuck. Yeah, that would be a better way to place his mood. Her car was gone and Dillon was missing. Along with Georgie. When one put all that together. They only came up with bad news. Dillon was calling out for help. She looked up to see Jason pacing the living room. He called in Johnny to track Dillon down. Today was supposed to be his day off to have with her and Josh and now that was ruined. Elizabeth was sure that once Dillon was found Jason was going to be off to work. Like normal. He never stayed around for long.
That was how it had always been for the last three months. Or when company was around. Jason was never around. Not even for Sonny or Carly. They were the only ones that came around any more.
She looked up to the door when it opened. Dillon walked in with Johnny in tow. He wasn’t more then a foot behind him. Dillon wasn’t going to be getting away on his watch. Georgie walked in behind Johnny and that didn’t at all surprise her. Dillon and Georgie were never that far away from each other, more so when one was in trouble.
Elizabeth was up and out of her seat first. Quickly pulling Dillon into a hug. She prayed that if Jason saw her not mad about this then he wouldn’t be so hard on the boy. But she knew that wasn’t going to happen. Jason was pissed and so Dillon was in deep shit with or with out Elizabeth’s help. “Dillon, I’m so glad your safe.” She pulled away and gave him a quick kiss before moving onto Georgie. She gave the young woman a hung before looking to Johnny then back to Georgie. “Mac’s worried. He called us.” She looked up to Dillon then back again. “Johnny’s going to be taking you home. Hug Dillon then go home, okay?”
Georgie nodded and turned to Dillon. She gave him a quick hug and a kiss before smiling at Johnny as he led her out to his car. She didn’t want to leave Dillon but she had to fight with her own father now. They were both on their own.
This wasn’t looking very good.
Dillon turned back to face the room. He looked to Elizabeth with a sad sigh then face Jason once again. He was pissed. “Jason, I know you’re pissed. So just yell at me to get this over with. I’m tired.” He wasn’t in the mood to be fighting with his brother this morning.
“Shut up and sit down.” Jason walked up next to Elizabeth and stared at Dillon. He wasn’t going to be getting off so easy today. He ruined his morning. Now Dillon was going to have to pay for it. “We’re not done that fucking easy. The shit just hit the fan.”
Dillon sat down on the couch where Elizabeth was just seating. He didn’t like Jason’s words or the look in his eyes. He had never talked to him that way before. Something told him Jason wasn’t kidding around this time. “Jason?”
“I mean it Dillon. I’m done with this.” He stepped forward. “What is your problem, Dillon? I have tired everything I can with you and nothing works. So you tell me. What do you want to stop acting out?”
“I don’t know…” Dillon stood up from the couch, making him and Jason toe to toe.
“Well, you have to know Dillon!” Jason yelled to him. Today was the day. He wasn’t going to be putting up with his immature ways any more. He was done and it was time Dillon finally knew that.
“I want my brother back!” Dillon stepped forward. Once the words were out of his mouth, Dillon looked away from his brother catching Elizabeth’s eye he sighed and looked back up at Jason. It was time that this all finally came out and they worked it out. “I don’t need a father, I already had one of those and he wasn’t even good at the job. But I do a brother. We used to be brothers. When I was younger. Then Lena needed more of your time and I just got shipped aside.”
“Dillon…”
“No, Jason, it’s true.” He sighed. “I need a brother and I need you to be my brother.”
Elizabeth sighed and looked from both men. Jason wasn’t pissed any more just mellow. The dark glare was replaced with his stone cold face. Dillon wasn’t much different. He went from mellow to mad. Now he was glaring at Jason. She knew that this could possible be the worst time in the world to interfere but she had to do something. Jason wasn’t a talker and there was no way Jason would tell Dillon how he felt. So this was the only time for her to step in. “Dillon, would you go get Josh from his room and bring him down?”
Dillon looked to Elizabeth and nodded. He knew he wasn’t going to get anywhere with Jason so maybe Elizabeth could. “Sure.” He walked past her without so much as a glance in his brother’s direction.
“Thanks,” She whispered to him on the way by. Her eyes never left Jason’s back. He had turned away from then during her words to Dillon. She waited a minute then sighed, “Jason?”
~*~*~
Lena stepped out of her car and stared at the man that was standing on her parent’s pouch. She had never seen the man before in her life and she was worried about who this man was. “Excuse me, who are you?” She didn’t want to be ruin but she wanted to know who this man was.
He turned to her. “And who are you?”
“That doesn’t matter. What matters is you?” Lena looked at the man with a closer eye. There was something about his eyes. They were close to her dad’s. But he couldn’t be, could he?
“I thought I told you never to come back here.” The female voice boomed over both Lena and Alan. This was not the time to be messing with her.
Lena looked up at her mother. She didn’t look too happy.

Chapter 4
Dillon looked to Elizabeth and nodded. He knew he wasn’t going to get anywhere with Jason so maybe Elizabeth could. “Sure.” He walked past her without so much as a glance in his brother’s direction.
“Thanks,” She whispered to him on the way by. Her eyes never left Jason’s back. He had turned away from then during her words to Dillon. She waited a minute then sighed, “Jason?”
“Don’t Elizabeth. I just don’t want to hear it.” Couldn’t she see what a train wreck he was going threw right now? He needed a person there for him and he was hoping that would be Elizabeth.
“Well, that’s just to damn bad.” Now she was starting to get pissed. She knew this was going to happen. Their marriage was falling apart and this was there reason. They didn’t talk to each other any more. Hell, they didn’t do anything any more but play with Josh. He was the only one not affected by this whole thing.
“Elizabeth, not now…” Jason turned to face her. He wasn’t in the mood for another one of their fights. He needed to deal with Dillon right now. He had to think about him now.
“This is way our marriage is falling apart.” Elizabeth hissed to him. “We don’t talk. We don’t do anything any more, Jason.” She wanted to desperately to stop the tears from coming but she couldn’t. They slowly ran down her face. “If this keeps up we wont have a marriage any more.” She turned on her heels to leave but Jason was faster. He grabbed her waist and pulled to her to him. Bringing her back to his chest.
He leaned into her ear and whispered her name. “Elizabeth…”
Elizabeth quickly pulled out of his grip. She couldn’t let him talk to her that close. Then she would just give in and go with whatever he said. Expect that wasn’t going to happen this time. Not any more. “No, no more. Jason, I can’t do this any more.”
“What are you saying?”
“I think you should leave.” Elizabeth whispered. She couldn’t bare herself to say it any louder then that. The words were not ones she wanted to ever say again in her life. Once was enough. But now here she was saying them once again to the man she was in love with.
“No,” Dillon came into the room with Josh in his arms. “Don’t tell me I did this.”
Elizabeth looked away to quickly wipe her face. She didn’t want her son to see her cry. That was something he should never have to see. “No Dillon this isn’t your fault.” Her insides were screaming at her to get them out of here. She needed to finish talking to Jason now or they would never finish this conversation. “Take Josh outside to play. Me and Jason need to talk.”
“Only if you promise me you won’t spilt.”
“Dillon, go.” Jason ordered from the other side of the room. This was not a conversation to having in front of his brother and son. They had to leave or he would leave and that never solved anything. And this needed to be solved. Now.
Dillon went on ignoring Jason and stared at Elizabeth. He had to have his answer or he wasn’t leaving any way. There was no way he was going to let Elizabeth and Jason break up over him. And he knew no matter how much they denied it he was part of their problems. He knew it. That’s why he left early. That was just something he wasn’t going to be telling them. When Elizabeth didn’t answer him just stared at him. He went on. “I’ll act better, I promise. Just stay together. I don’t want to leave with Jason alone.”
Elizabeth sighed. “Dillon, go.” She wasn’t going to promise him something that she wasn’t sure she could keep. Her and Jason have been on the rocks for a while now and it was time they got over it. Whether it is together or apart. It didn’t matter. But it was time their lives moved forward instead of stuck where they were. In the same ravine they called life. The same movements day in, day out. It wasn’t healthy for them. Or Dillon and Josh.
Dillon sighed. This was a losing battle. “Fine, I’ll go but take me words to heart.” He couldn’t let them spilt. Elizabeth was the only female, motherly role model he had left in his life. It didn’t matter that they were more of friends then mother/son. He turned with Josh in his arms and went outside to play with him. His body may have been outside with Josh but his mind wasn’t. That was for damn sure.
Elizabeth waited a minute before looking back to Jason. His eyes were on the door Dillon and Josh just went out of. She felt like shit for doing this to him. But it was time this all came out in the open. She needed this just like he did if not more. “Jason?”
“Elizabeth?” Jason said her name the same time she said his. He shut his mouth then spoke again. “Please, let me go first.”
Elizabeth nodded and moved to the other side of the room to sit on the arm of the couch facing Jason. She had set herself to not let herself be fooling by him any more. She was going to listen and not get carried away. She had to stand strong.
“I… I love you.” He looked her in the eyes and walked to her. “I love you, Lena, Josh, Dillon. You guys are my family. And I know I haven’t been around lately but I can’t leave. I won’t leave again. I’m going to make this work. I promise you.” With the end of his speech Jason was standing straight in front of her.
Elizabeth stood up and shook her head. “Sorry, Jason but that isn’t going to work this time.” She moved away from to keep him from touching her. If he touched her then she was a goner and she had to stay strong. For her and for her son.
“Elizabeth…”
“No, Jason, I can’t take words any more. I need actions. I know you love me and Josh and Dillon. But you don’t show it and that hurts.” She whispered to him. It hurt her so much just to say the words. “I know how Dillon feels. How we all feel. Jason, I know things aren’t the best are work and here. But you need to do something to change things. If you need me to do something just tell me. I will anything to keep my family together. But if you’re not trying why should I?”
Jason stood there listening to his wife becoming closer and closer to tears with each passing word. She was speaking the truth and for once he had to listen to all the pain she was in because of him. This was his entire fault and he knew it.
When Jason just stood there not saying anything, Elizabeth shook her head, and stepped back farer from him. “Jason?”
“I know you’re in pain Elizabeth. I haven’t been helping that. But I don’t know what to do. Things have been so out of hand ever since Lena got pregnant. I just… I’m lost.” Jason knew this was the only way of saving his marriage. His life. Because without Elizabeth he was nothing. His life meant nothing without her in it.
She sighed and nodded. “You need to find you’re way and I need to find mine. I’m just not sure that’s the same path anymore. I need some air.” Standing here in their living room like this was doing no one any good. They had both said what they needed to say now the only thing left was time. “I’ll be back in a few hours.” She didn’t bother to look back as she grabbed her purse and headed for the door.
“Elizabeth?” Jason yelled after her. This was his last chance he had to make it count.
She didn’t turn to see him just stood there facing the door waiting for him to go on with what he wanted to say to her. “What?”
“I’ll be here when you get back so we can finish working everything out.” He whispered to her. Hoping she got the message that no matter what she thought he should do he wasn’t leaving. He couldn’t leave. Not again. That mistake was learned the last time he left town.
“Jason, you may want to get back to town.” Sonny sighed into the phone. He didn’t want to be the one to tell his best friend that his wife went into early labor and their child may not make it. Nevertheless Elizabeth couldn’t. And Carly was in with her. So that only left him.
“Sonny, what’s going on?”
Sonny heard the fear in his voice. Jason was on his way home he didn’t have to tell him anything and he would be back for Elizabeth. He really loved his wife. That would never change. “There have been some problems with Elizabeth and the baby. You just need to get back here Jason.”
That was all it took for Jason to be on the first flight home to his wife and child. Luckily Josh had been completely healthy along with Elizabeth. But that’s all it took. He hadn’t been out of town since. He wasn’t moving out and leaving his family. The fight was on and there was no way he was losing.
Elizabeth nodded and walked out. The house was getting to hot she needed a way out. That’s when the voices came to her then.
~*~*~
Lena stepped out of her car and stared at the man that was standing on her parent’s pouch. She had never seen the man before in her life and she was worried about who this man was. “Excuse me, who are you?” Having her whole male family members being in the Mob Business has forced her to question everyone. And this man was no different.
He turned to her. “And who are you?”
“That doesn’t matter. What matters is you?” Lena looked at the man with a closer eye. There was something about his eyes. They were close to her dad’s. But he couldn’t be, could he? She never once met her dad’s father. Her mother or father never even spoke of the man. Expect this man looked so much like her father. It was scary.
“I thought I told you never to come back here.” The female voice boomed over both Lena and Alan. This was not the time to be messing with her.
Lena looked up at her mother. She didn’t look too happy. “Mom, who is this man?”
Elizabeth looked down to her daughter then back to the man that she never wanted to see again. But this wasn’t up to her although she wished it were. “You’re a lucky man my husband’s inside. You can knock on the door if you want to talk to him. But I doubt he will want to talk to you.” Elizabeth turned back to her daughter with a smile. “Lena lets go for a walk.” She didn’t bother to wait for an answer; she just started walking down the sidewalk.
Lena had no choice but to follow her mother. She wanted to know who the man was but from the looks of it her mother need her so much more right now. She watched the man knock on the door before turning and running to catch up to her mother. “Mom, what’s going on?”
Elizabeth turned to look at her daughter; it was then that the tears wouldn’t stop. She had controlled herself so well in front of Jason and now that he wasn’t around she couldn’t stop herself from crying. “I don’t know what to do any more.”
“What are you talking about?”
“I’ve tried so hard. But I don’t think I can do this any more.” Elizabeth knew she wasn’t making much sense to her daughter but she needed to talk and Lena just happen to be there at the right time. “I’m so confused.”
Lena sighed and pulled her mother into a hug. She needed some comfort. That much she knew. “What happen?”
“You’re father. He’s having such a hard time right now. And I’m trying to stay with it and help him as much as I can. But… I don’t think I can do it any more.” She stopped from walking and just stared at Lena. She really needed some one to tell her what to do. To help her. Carly was with Sonny today or she would have gone to her.
“Of course you can.” Lena stepped back and smiled to her mother. She knew what her mother was looking for but she wasn’t going to give her the answer she really wanted. “If you didn’t think you could do then you wouldn’t have married daddy in the first place.”
“Your father has changed a great deal since when we first met.”
“Yeah, so. Every one changes. You have too. Mom, just finish your walk, clear your head, then go back to daddy. Because he needs you right now.” She went to turn away when a thought came to her. “Who has Josh?”
“Dillon.”
“Okay, I’m going to take both Josh and Dillon to my place for the night. Give you and daddy some time off to just relax.” She didn’t bother to wait for an answer because she knew her mother would want Josh to be near that way she wouldn’t have to deal with Jason. But she wasn’t getting that option tonight. Her mother was going to have to face her father tonight. “I’ll bring them back tomorrow morning.”
Elizabeth watched her daughter go.
~*~*~
Jason went to the door, opening it hoping, Elizabeth locked herself out. But that was hoping for too much. If that happen she would just walk around to the back. No he knew some one was here to see him and he wasn’t up for any visitors. “What?” He answered looking up for the first time. A man stood in front of him.
“Jason?”
“Yea, who are you?”
“It’s me Alan. You’re father.” Alan was a little taken back by Jason’s tone. But after seeing the look on Elizabeth’s face it wasn’t hard to piece together that Jason and his wife had a fight right before he got there. Maybe now wasn’t the best time for him to see his son.
“Oh god, not now.” Jason shook his head and stepped back from the door. This wasn’t something he wanted to deal with right now. He had so much on his plate as it was. Why now?
Alan stepped into the house without so much as a word from Jason. “I came by yesterday but you weren’t home. So I thought I would come back today.”
“Really?”
“Yeah, Elizabeth told me not too but I decided I would come any way. I mean I’m sure you told her a lot about me. But I’ve changed. So that’s why I’m here.” Alan knew that if he didn’t get all this out now, Jason was going to kick him out and there went any chance he had of getting his son back. Although the odds still weren’t in his favor he needed to try.
“Look, Elizabeth’s right. I don’t want you here.” He moved a few steps back to get a better look at the man that left him so long ago. “You should have listened to her.”
“Jas-”
“No, Alan.” He wasn’t going to listen to him. Not today. He had other things to think about and Alan didn’t even make the top ten. Let alone the top hundred. “You haven’t been around in years what makes you think I want you around now.” Jason yelled. “I’m grown up I have my own family to take care of. I can’t be thinking about you right now.”
Dillon walked in with Josh in his arms and just listened to Jason rant and rave about the man standing in the house. He was more then sure that he should have taken Josh back outside but something was making him stay and listen.
“You left us when we needed you the most.” Jason was down playing nice. If his life was going to be crap then so should others. “My mother needed you and you took off. You know she lost it after that. Married some drugged up fucker and put her new son through hell. All because you left her.”
“Jason, me and your mother had some problems but don’t try and blame me for the problems she had.”
He couldn’t believe the words Alan was saying to him. Did he really think he could come in here and justify his actions with just a few simple words and have everything turn out all right? “You were her husband, they were you’re problems too. And me being a husband myself I know that better then most.” Jason sighed and backed away from his father.
“Daddy!” Josh worked his way out of Dillon’s arms and took off in a full run to his father. He wanted his mother but she wasn’t around so he would have to deal with his dad instead.
Jason turned just in time to pick up his son. He looked to Dillon then pressed his son into his side. Some how he knew Dillon had heard way too much. “Alan, get out of my house. And listen to Elizabeth when she tells you not to come back. You’re not wanted here.”
“From the look on Elizabeth’s face when she walked out tells me your mad now. So I’ll be back later when you clear headed.” With that said Alan walked out the still open door.
Dillon looked up to Jason with a sad sigh. “Elizabeth left.” He wasn’t much of a question more of a statement of fact. Elizabeth left. But she would be back. Dillon knew that for sure. She would never leave him or Josh. Never.
Jason switched Josh to his other arm and looked to Dillon. “She just went for a walk. We aren’t breaking up and I’m staying around.”
“So you guys worked everything out?” Dillon wasn’t sure why he was asking all these questions. But he wanted to know and for once he would deal with Jason to get the answers.
“I didn’t say that.” Jason sighed. This wasn’t turning out to be the day he had planned for his family. “Listen I have to run to office for a while. So can you watch Josh for the day because I don’t know when Elizabeth is getting back.”
“Yeah, sure.” Dillon took Josh back from Jason. Some how he knew Jason wasn’t going to be staying for long. He never did. Now more then ever. “Are you going to be home later?” Sure he knew the answer to that question before he asked. Jason would come back whether it was before everyone was in bed or not was another story.
“Yeah, I will.” Jason stared at Dillon then switched over to look at his son. “Josh, I’ll be back later. I promise I’ll take you to park later. Bye.” He leaned in to give Josh a quick kiss on the cheek before grabbing his keys off the table before walking out the still open door. Closing it on his way out. There was no way he could just seat around and wait for Elizabeth to come back. That would be asking to go crazy. So he did the only he could to get his mind off of Elizabeth. He went to work.

Chapter 5
“Oh, come on dad!” Morgan wined to his father. It had been almost two weeks since he had seen his brother. He wanted to see Michael. But his mother told him to ask his father. And his father was to busy making dinner to pay attention to what he wanted.
“Morgan, not now.” Sonny placed the plates on the table tog et ready for dinner. Morgan was always bugging him to see his brother. “Michael will be by later tonight. You can see him then. Now go wash up for dinner.”
Morgan groaned but did what his father said. Both his parents where on the edge. He didn’t know why just that they were acting very funny around everyone. That was normal must of the time but there was just something different about right now. His mom was working a lot and his father wasn’t taking that to well. He knew Chris’ mom from school worked a lot and then she came out saying she was having an affair but that wouldn’t be his mom. She loved his father too much. Or so he hoped.
Morgan watched his dad for a moment and decided not to press his luck. If Michael was going to be by later then that was the best he could hope for. He hoped his mother would come home soon. He didn’t want to have another dinner without her. Something was differently going on with his parents or at least his mother. He just wished it wasn’t anything bad. He loved his parents together. And not fighting all the time like Elizabeth and Jason seemed to be. No one had to tell him they where fighting. What was going on with everyone.
He just groaned and went up stairs to wash his hands. There was nothing he could do about it tonight.
Sonny grabbed the latest Invoice and just sat on the couch to go over it when the door opened to reveal his wife. Then the phone rang. But she got to it first. He just smiled and went back to his Invoice. Although it was odd she went racing for the phone. Like she knew it was going to ring.
Carly walked in the door to the penthouse and raced for the phone when she heard it ring. Sonny was seating on the couch reading an Invoice from the warehouse. He looked at her oddly when she raced for the phone. She just smiled, “Hello.”
“Mrs. Corinthos?” The female voice asked.
“Yes this is.” She looked away from Sonny and sighed into the phone. This was the call she had been waiting for. As much as she wanted another child Sonny didn’t and she was so scared of what he would think if she did come to be pregnant. It’s not like she had planned this. Her heart was racing and she was just praying the answer was no.
“This is Dr. Rimes from the Clinic. I’m happy to tell your test results came back positive. You’re pregnant.”
“Thank you.” Carly clicked the phone back in place. This was not going to be good. She turned back to Sonny when her heart was back to normal or as normal as it was going to get. He was back to reading his Invoice and not paying her any attention.
He looked back to her when he felt her eyes on him. “Who was on the phone?”
“No one. Just something I order had come in.” Carly smiled. “When’s dinner going to be ready?” This was harder for her then she thought. What was she waiting for? Why didn’t she just get it over with and tell him now? Her mind was screaming at her and all she could do was nod with a smile.
“Any minute now. You want to get Morgan.” Sonny stood up and walked over to Carly. He gave her a quick kiss before walking into the kitchen to finish his cooking. There was something odd about the way she was acting he would have to talk to her later about it.
Carly watched her husband leave and let the tears fall then. There was no way she was going to be able to tell him without talking to Elizabeth first. She needed some one to be on her side before Sonny took her head off. She was sure Morgan was love having a little brother or sister around. And she always wanted to have a little girl. This was her chance. She just prayed that Sonny wouldn’t mess it up. She wiped the tears out of her eyes without messing up her make up and went up the stairs to get her son ready for dinner.
God, why did life have to be so hard?
~*~*~
“You know, I don’t understand you any more.” Elizabeth slammed the door to Jason’s office. She didn’t care who knew she was here. “When we started out in this relationship I didn’t understand you either. But then I did. I knew everything about you. Everything you needed. And now I’m back in that same place from when we started. Can you explain that to me because I love you? I have been head over heels in love with you since we meet. I don’t want this marriage to end. That would be like ending my life.” She just looked in him the eye from her place by the door. “So tell me, Jason. Tell me what we need to do to fix this because I’m so out of ideas.”
Jason stood up from his desk and went around to the front. He sat on the edge of his desk and just watched Elizabeth. He was all out of ideas too. Not that he ever tired in the first place. Ever since last year when he left for the island for a while. That’s when everything changed. But then ever since he got back Elizabeth had never once come to him like this. Telling him that she was still in love with him. “Elizabeth,” he held out his hand to her, praying that she would take it and come to him.
She didn’t know what else to do so she took his hand and walked into his open embrace. She let it out then. The tears finally came then. Rushing. There was no way to stop them.
Elizabeth finally pulled back from Jason after the tears slowed down. They would never fully stop until they were back to being them. “No body knows about that power you have over me. I'd do whatever you asked of me with out so much as a glance. How does it feel to know you can me weak? But then you don't even know the power you hold.”
“Elizabeth-”
“I know, Jason, you didn’t ask for it. But you have it. You also have the power to hurt me. And that scares me.” She looked up to him. Eyeing him. “That’s why I said the things I did. I’m scared. And I don’t want to be.”
Jason hugged his wife to him. He didn’t know what else to do. God, what else could he do but hug his wife. Elizabeth needed him right now. And he needed her. “Shhh,” Jason rubbed his hand up and down her back. Letting her knew he was here and he understood. God there was nothing he hated more then seeing Elizabeth cry. That meant she was in pain. And that’s something he couldn’t deal with.
Elizabeth stepped fully back from her husband and just looked Jason in the eyes. Her vision was blurred but she could still make out all the pain in his eyes. “My God Jason, look at us.” She wiped the tears from her eyes and stepped back farther. Throwing her hands in the air and turning around. After only a few seconds her hands went back to her sides and she faced him. “We were so happy. In love. Even after everything that happen with Courtney. We were so in love. Nothing would tear us apart. And now look at us. We fight. We don’t take. We haven’t made love in ages, Jason. What has happens to us?”
Jason listened to his wife and just watched her. After everything she just said he had no answers. Nothing to give her. “I…” Everything she said was right. What had happen to them?
Elizabeth waited then stepped closer. “I love you.” She looked down then back up to meet his eyes. “That’s our problem. I don’t remember the last time I told you, hell, the last time I showed you that I love you.”
Jason stood up then and put his hands on each side of Elizabeth’s head. Pulling her closer to him. He bent down but his lips never touched hers. “I love you. I don’t want you to ever forget that. Whatever happens.” He looked her in the eyes. “I love you and I never stopped. We will work this out. I promise.” He then pulled her closer and into the kiss.
Elizabeth brought her hands up and wrapped them around Jason’s head. Holding him tight to her. She never wanted him to let go. Jason brought his hands down and grabbed her ass. Picking her up. Bringing her to him. He walked backwards to the desk. Pushing everything off of it. He laid Elizabeth down and stood up slightly. Working on her shirt. Pushing it up, revealing her stomach to him. He bent down and kissed her stomach.
Elizabeth sat up on pulled Jason’s shirt up over his head and sent it flying to the floor. She then pulled her own shirt off. He looked her in the eye and bent back down her another kiss. She ran her hands down Jason’s bare chest. Using her nails to leave red trails down his stomach to his waist.
Jason un hocked her bra and pushed it off her shoulders. The need he felt inside of himself for her was just too much. He couldn’t take it any more. He needed her now. Jason brought his hands down to her pants and undid the button and zipper with such need he almost ripped her jeans. She lifted up her hips and helped Jason pull her jeans down.
Elizabeth undid Jason’s pants and pushed them down his hips. She looked up to his face and watched his eyes roll back in his head while she ran her hand up and down his member. God she knew this wasn’t going to solve anything but she wanted him. Like never before.
It was only a matter of seconds before Jason was in her moving with her. Jason bent forward over her and kissed her. He wanted his lips to her when they came. She moaned in his mouth and threw her head back on the desk. His lips went to her neck only long enough for a quick kiss before he moved one of his hands to the back of her neck to make her mouth come to his. It was over before it started. Jason called her name into her mouth and released himself into his wife. Elizabeth just kissed Jason and went with him. Over the edge to their place.
“I love you, Jason Morgan.” Elizabeth whispered into the quite office.
Jason sat up and waited for Elizabeth to look at him. “I love you, Elizabeth Morgan.” He knew that just added another thing they needed to talk about but he needed her. He needed that. Just as much as she needed it. So the consequences will be dealt with later.

Chapter 6
“Dillon, you can call Georgie over to help you or whatever.” Jason held his son and smiled at the boy. He had the whole even planned out for him and Elizabeth and take didn’t mean having the kids around. He was going to take Elizabeth out. For a great night out on the town. Another thing they hadn’t done since before Josh was born. He was hoping this would help them get back to being them again.
“Don’t worry Jason I will.” Dillon smiled.
“Good, but you better be watching Josh not the way Georgie moves you to got that.” He wasn’t stupid. Hell he had been young once. Him and Elizabeth had been their same age when they meet. Slept together. And got married. He wasn’t on planning to have his brother go down that same path. “Are you two sleeping together?”
“What? No!” Dillon whipped his head up from where he was working on schoolwork. He couldn’t believe his brother was asking this. Jason just gave Dillon that look that told him to talk now. There was something different with Jason ever since he came back from the Office. He was actually being the good brother. He sighed it was now or never. “Once okay. We only had sex once.”
“Yeah, once with me and Elizabeth turned into marriage and a kid before she was 19.” Jason looked down at his brother. “Be careful.”
Elizabeth walked into the doorway and couldn’t help the smile on her face. After everything with Carly and now this. Life was starting to look up. She watched and listened to Jason and Dillon. They where actually being brothers. She was so happy. Her smile faded with Dillon’s next question.
“Do you regret it?”
Jason smiled. “No. There are days in which I think I would have waited to sleep with her. Since her best friend caught us and told her father.” He sighed. “And kids. I would have waited for kids. I mean don’t get me wrong I love my daughter and my son but look at us now. We can still have kids and our first one is married with her own child. I do think we could have waited on kids.”
“I would agree.” Elizabeth walked into the dinning room where to boys were. She went straight to Jason and took Josh from him. He smiled at her and giggled to his mother. Jason smiled and leaned in for a quick kiss. “What are we talking about?”
“Dillon and Georgie.” Jason answered.
Dillon looked at his brother with annoyance then turned to Elizabeth. “Jason wanted to know about me and Georgie. So I told me the truth.”
“Good.” Elizabeth stepped away from Jason with Josh in her arms. She sat down at the table and sat her son on the table to play with him.
“Wait. Are you saying you knew about them?”
Dillon smirked. “I’ll be upstairs. I’m going to call my girlfriend.” And walked out of the room. He wasn’t sure how Jason would take it him going to Elizabeth for advice over him. So he would rather leave in then stick around to find out.
Elizabeth nodded. “Yes, Dillon came to me. He needed advice and I gave it too him.” She sighed. “I told him I would like it for him to wait but if him and Georgie were ready then just be careful. Would you have told him any different?”
“No.” Jason took a seat at the table and held out his arms as Josh came to him. “But why didn’t he come to me? I’m his brother.”
“Cause at the time you were to business trying not to get close to any of us. Keeping yourself at arms length. Dillon needed to talk to some one and I was around. I think things will get better now that we’re getting back on track.” Elizabeth stood up and took her son back from Jason and kissed him on the cheek. “Bye, honey, mommy will be back soon.”
“Tell Carly I said hi. I have to finish up some invoices at the warehouse so that I can take tomorrow off.” Jason took Josh in his arms and kissed Elizabeth on the mouth. “I should be home by ten. I love you.”
“I love you too.” She kissed her son once more before smiling at Jason and leaving. Carly had called her earlier and asked her to come over as soon as possible and now was that time. She didn’t know why but she had the feeling like everything was about to change.
~*~*~
“Alright Carly what’s this all about? Why did we have to meet in the park?” Elizabeth asked walking up to Carly who was seating on a park bench. Just waiting for her. So she was a little late. Opps.
“I need to talk girl talk with all the boys around.” Carly smirked up to her friend who just sat down next to her. So telling Elizabeth was going to be a hell of a lot easier then telling her husband. But she would just cross that road when it came up. If ever. God she really didn’t want to thinking about telling Sonny. “You look really happy. What you do get laid today?” Carly laughed at her own joke but smirked when Elizabeth blushed. “Oh my god. So you and Jason getting it right now?”
“God, I hope so.” Elizabeth smirked. “I really want things to go back to what they use too. I know we can never have what he had in High School but I think we can make it work this time.”
Carly looked at her friend and really looked at her. She was smiling. And it wasn’t forced. It wasn’t like before. If things were really going right for Jason and Elizabeth then things would start to look up for her too. She would just have to tell Sonny the truth sooner or later. “That’s great honey.”
“I know.” Elizabeth sighed. “Alright now why are we really out here. Tell me what you wanted too on the phone you just didn’t have the nerve to say it in front of Sonny.”
“You know me too well don’t you?” Carly laughed and Elizabeth soon joined in. “Yeah so there is a little something I want to tell you before I tell Sonny.”
“And what is it?” Elizabeth giggled. She had to know. Patience was never one of her virtues. “I’m dying here. Carly tell me.”
Carly looked at her best friend and saw her smiled. She had to tell her. So it was now or never. She was going to say it aloud for the first time. “Alright, I’m pregnant again.”
Elizabeth lost her smile and just held her mouth open for a minute just looking at Carly. Trying to tell if she was joking around or not. The look in Carly’s eyes told her not. “Oh my god, That’s great.” Elizabeth pulled Carly into a tight hug. She released her after a second and saw the tears start then. “Sonny’s not going to be happy is he?”
“No, he doesn’t want any more kids. Michael and Morgan. That’s all he wants. And I don’t know how to tell him.” Carly just let the tears fall. There really wasn’t much she was willing to do about them. “Tonight was the first time I said it out loud. What am I going to tell him?”
Elizabeth sighed and then smiled. “The truth. You need to tell him soon Carly or he’s going to get more mad then if you just tell him.”
“I know and I will. I just need a few days to get my head on straight. Your not going to tell Jason or Lena are you?” Carly knew the answer before she asked the question. Elizabeth wasn’t going to tell a soul if she asked her not too.
Elizabeth shook her head. “Of course not. Not until after you tell Sonny.” She could sense that Carly didn’t want to talk about it any more so she tried her hardest to pick something else to talk about. Then it came to her. “Did I tell you that Jason’s dad is in town?”
Carly was happy her best friend seemed to know what she needed. She knew their conversation was far from over but for now she could just think about something else for a change. “Wait what?”
“Jason’s father showed up at our door step. I kicked him out but he came back later. I left so I don’t know what Jason said to him.” She smirked. “I wonder what he’s doing here. I know Jason moved here with his mother after his dad left them.”
“Wow, Jason must have been thrown for a loop.”
“Yeah, but we haven’t talked about it yet so I wouldn’t know.” Elizabeth sighed. “And oh my god, my old friend Emily showed up.”
“Who?”
Elizabeth smiled. “She’s the one I told you about. She told my dad about me and Jason. Then she slept with AJ Quatermaine to try and get us apart. She even made out with Jason. Jason was drunk but still.”
“Damn.” Carly shook her head. “What’s she doing back?”
“I don’t know. But she stopped by and I kicked her out. I hope I don’t have to see her for a while. I still want to kick her boney little ass.”
Carly laughed at her. “Yes Ms. Karate Kid. Remind me not to get on the wrong side of you. Or just not to make out with your husband.”
“I’m sure Sonny could keep that from happening.” Elizabeth laughed and leaned back into the bench. Looking up at the sky. It was so nice out here in the park she never wanted to leave. But she had to be getting home soon. She wanted to be home before Jason got there. “I need to be getting home.”
“Yeah I know me too.” Carly stood up. “I’ll call you later.”
“Yep, bye Carly.”
Carly looked back and wink. “Have a great night, Mrs. Morgan.”
Elizabeth laughed and looked at the sky again. Some times Carly could not just help herself and that was the best part about her. She was a great friend. Their age difference really wasn’t that big so they had no problems becoming fast friends. She sighed and finally stood, It was time to get home to her family.
~*~*~
Georgie groaned and pulled Dillon into another kiss. Josh was down for a while and there was nothing on TV. Besides this was better then TV any day. She was seating on his lap straddling his waist on the couch in the living room. Her hands moved their way down to his wais then up his shirt. His hands were in her hair. Pulling her head to him. Making her stay as close as possible.
“You me and Jason has made love on that couch.”
Dillon stood up and pushed Georgie to a standing position. He sighed and looked straight into Elizabeth’s eyes.
She smirked. “You know I defended you and Georgie sleeping together today. But on my couch. If Jason walked in he would have killed you.” She didn’t have to say anything else to get Dillon to sober up and pay attention to her and not the young girl in front of him. “Georgie, Johnny’s waiting outside to take you home. Dillon, once you walk her out come talk to me.”
Dillon nodded and put his hand on the small of Georgie’s back to guide her to the door. “I’m really sorry Georgie-”
Georgie put her hand to Dillon’s mouth to get him to shut up. “Don’t be. I’m not. I’m a little shocked to be caught by Mrs. Morgan. But I’m not sorry.” She smiled at him. She removed her hand from his mouth and leaned up to kiss him. “I’m going to see you tomorrow. Night Dillon.”
“Night.” Dillon smiled at her and shut the door behind her. Watching out the window next to the door to make sure Johnny got her in the car. He sighed when the car started to back up. Getting caught. Not one of his best moments. He walked into the kitchen and smiled at Elizabeth. “So…”
“No sex in this house.” Elizabeth smirked at him. “Jason doesn’t like it that you two are sleeping together so please don’t piss him off now. Things are just getting good between you two.”
“I know. It won’t happen again. I promise.”
“Good.” Elizabeth smirked. “Now you can go.” She heard the door opening in the living room and then closing. Jason was home. Now was the time to get her unanswered questions about his father. She really wanted to know what happen between the too. “Jason, honey, I’m in the kitchen.” Elizabeth answered when she heard Jason call out to her.
Dillon nodded at her and went up the stairs. Leaving the two of them alone.
Jason walked in the kitchen and went straight to Elizabeth for a kiss before taking off his coat and setting it on the back of one of the chairs at the table. He leaned on the table looking across the room at her. “How was Carly?”
“Good, we just talked in the park for while. I really just walked in the door. I thought you were going to be later?” Elizabeth questioned him.
“I was. But I’m home now.”
“Jason, can you tell me something?” She looked at him and when he nodded she went on. Looking him dead in the eye. “What happen here yesterday with your father?”
“Elizabeth,” Jason sighed and dropped his head to look at the ground for a few second before looking back up at her. This was not a subject he wanted to talk about right now. “I really don’t want to talk about this right now. In fact, I don’t ever want to talk about.”
“Jason?”
“Look,” He stood up and faced her. “My father doesn’t exist. He hasn’t been in my life in ages and he’s not going to be in it now. So just drop the subject. I really don’t want to talk about him.”
Elizabeth sighed. “You never do. Jason sooner or later you going to have to talk about him.”
“Not now Elizabeth.” Jason hissed at her.
“Why? What’s the big deal Jason?” Then it dawned on her. “What happened at the warehouse?” There had to be something that just happened to make him like this. She just had to found out what it is. So then they could talk about it. She missed the old days when she didn’t have to keep asking him to get him to talk. He just talked to her. Why couldn’t they be back in that time? Maybe they both changed to much over the years. Maybe they were both to different to stay in this marriage. That was there problem after all wasn’t it?

Chapter 7
Maybe they both changed too much over the years. Maybe they were both to different to stay in this marriage. That was there problem after all wasn’t it?
Jason looked at his wife. No matter what happen between them. No matter how much it hurt. She could always tell. Everything about him. Ever since their first night together. She knew everything. It was weird they way they worked. But it felt so right. His eyes closed at the memory of their first night together. The night that changed their lives.
“Stay.” Jason sat down next to Elizabeth and pulled her into his arms. She physically relaxed in his arms.
“Talk to me.”
“What do you want me to say?”
“Well, I don’t know a lot about you. Tell me.” Elizabeth started up into his big blue eyes. “I want to get to know you.” She didn’t know why she had just done a complete circle turn in her feelings towards him. She knew where this was had to be going. She wanted it so bad. To just be able to forget about life and just happy with some one. And she could do that with Jason.
Jason sighed and laid back. Elizabeth rested her head on his chest. “Well, this is the only house I have known. My whole life my mom and me only lived in apartments. But this place was our first house. That’s why I have to do so much work on it. We have never had the money for more.”
Elizabeth brought her hand up and started tracing circles on Jason’s chest. He closed his eyes and continued on. “But my mom thought we should have a house now. And we did.”
Elizabeth lifted her head and stared at Jason’s face. His eyes where closed and his face was void of any emotion. She knew in that moment that something happen in Jason’s past to hurt him. “Jason…” Jason opened his eyes when she called his name. “You got hurt when you where younger, didn’t you?”
“Yeah, but I got over it… I’m getting over it.”
“I can see that.” Elizabeth knew in that minute Jason let her in. That was the minute he changed. It was as if it was written on his face. “I want to help.”
Jason smiled, he’s eyes still closed. “You are… right now. You are.”
Elizabeth rested her head in her hand and just peered down at Jason. His smiled had to be the sexiest thing she had ever seen in her life. There was just nothing else like it. She just smiled back at him before bending her head down for a kiss. Jason put both of his hands on Elizabeth’s hips, to hold her in place, and keep her from falling over.
Jason wanted this, god, did he ever. Although he also wanted her to make the first move. He wanted her, but he wanted to know that she wanted him as well. Like she needed to know that he wanted her there. He needed to know the same thing.
Elizabeth moved both her hands to Jason’s waist, and pulled his shirt of his pants, then ran her hands up his bare chest. She thought she was in heaven. Sure she had made out with a guy before, gotten underneath the cloths, but never with intent of sleeping with the guy. Until now. That all changed now. He felt so damn good. They where going all the way tonight and by god she wouldn’t wait.
Jason couldn’t take it. He moved his hands up Elizabeth’s back then all the way up to the back of her head and pulled her down for another kiss. He couldn’t get enough of her mouth. There were so many things he wanted to do. To just lay her back and sink deep into her. But that wasn’t going to happen. He had to take it slow and steady. He wasn’t going to scare her away. Elizabeth opened her mouth under the pressure Jason was causing with his mouth and his hands.
Jason began to sit up. Elizabeth saw this movement and sat up with him, her hands still on his bare chest. They slide with the up ward movement. But she kept them on his hot skin. Jason stopped kissing Elizabeth long enough to pull his shirt up over his head. Elizabeth stared at Jason’s chest then racked her eyes up to meet his. Jason stared down at her before asking. “You sure you want this? Say something now, or I don’t know it ‘ll be able to stop later.”
Elizabeth staved into his eyes and answered without hesitation. “I want this…I want you.”
Jason didn’t need the words, it all showed in her eyes. The need…the want…the desire…that same feeling that sired in him as well. He knew just how she felt and what she wanted at this very moment. He wanted the something…he felt the same way. This was going to happen tonight. There was no fact about that. It was tomorrow that has him worried. All his worries went out the window with Elizabeth’s next move.
Elizabeth placed both her knees on either side of Jason’s hips, her move had her rubbing her center against his hard member. She felt Jason harden under her. Jason brought his hands up to Elizabeth’s hips to steady her. “Jason, have you…uhm… you know… have you?”
Jason knew what she was going to ask. “Have I had sex before?” At Elizabeth’s nod, he cupped her chin and brought her face up to meet his in a slow kiss. “Yes, I have had sex before. You haven’t, have you?”
“N-no. I don’t know what to do.”
“Do what you feel.” Jason ran his hands up Elizabeth’s sides, and back down, again. “That’s the only thing can do when you make love.” Elizabeth watched her hands as she roamed Jason’s chest with them. Her eyes meant Jason’s as they went to his waist. Jason lifted his hands up higher on Elizabeth’s sides. Jason pushed his hips up and smiled at he moan of his name that came from Elizabeth’s hips. “Jason.”
Jason ran his hands up and down Elizabeth’s arms to her waist. Jason pulled Elizabeth’s shirt up then over her head, and threw it to the floor next to his. “You’re so god damn beautiful.” Jason moved his mouth closer to Elizabeth’s chest. She closed her eyes to feeling of Jason’s hot breath on her breast. Elizabeth pushed herself up on her knees to get Jason closer. Her hands left his chest and went to the back of his head to hold him where he was.
Jason brought his hands to the clasp on the back of her bra and undid it. He pulled the bra off of Elizabeth’s shoulders and threw it to the floor along with their shirts.
Elizabeth opened her eyes and looked down at him. Jason looked Elizabeth in the eye before bring his mouth to her chest. Jason kissed the valley between Elizabeth’s breasts, before moving on. He couldn’t stop himself. He didn’t know how much more of this he could take before he stripped her naked and branded her, his. Pound her senseless. To just stay there and glorify that he had her and that she had given him everything she had.
Elizabeth dropped her head forward, onto his bare shoulder. She licked his ear and moaned low into his ear. “Jason, take me.”
Her voice brought him back to reality. This was her first time. He had to slow down and stop acting like a High School banging for first time. He had to make this right for her. Elizabeth looked down at Jason and meet his eyes.
“Are you sure?” Jason voice floated up to her ear.
Elizabeth smiled; she knew that he wanted this to be right with her. It was in his eyes, everything was there in his beautiful baby blues. “More than anything.” In that moment something changed for her and Jason.
Jason motioned for Elizabeth to stand up. Once Elizabeth stood up, Jason stood up with her. She leaned into him, not knowing what else to do. Jason’s words from early kept replaying in her mind ‘Do what you feel.’
Elizabeth roamed her hands down his chest to his waist. Elizabeth hocked her figures around the hops of Jason’s jeans and tugged him closer. Jason just went with what Elizabeth wanted him too.
He wanted to melt into her. Her smile was the sexiest thing he had ever seen. The deil had come out to play and decided to use Elizabeth has his play tool.
Elizabeth stood there just staring at Jason. She wasn’t sure what to do next but she had a pretty good idea of what she wanted to do. With out taking her eyes off his; she moved her hands from the side hops of his jeans, slowly, to the center. Her smirk grew when the feel of him became crystal.
Jason leaned back with a smile. “Feel something you like?”
“Hell yeah.” Elizabeth laughed and threw her head back. She looked to him and leaned in for a kiss. The kiss heated up the second Elizabeth pressed her lips to his. Jason brought his hands around Elizabeth’s waist and pressed them into her ass. Pulling her closer to his groin. He rocked his hips, causing a moan to escape from her lips, that where still pressed to his mouth. “Oh, Jason.”
Elizabeth let the kiss last a minute longer before pulling back. It was then that finally gave in. her hand reached for the button first then the zipper of his jeans. She had enough playing around. It was time to end that need that was burning in between her legs.
Elizabeth pushed his pants and boxers down at the same time. Jason kicked his shoes off, and help Elizabeth get his pants off. He just stood there naked, “You, my sir, are Greek god.” Elizabeth said with a hazy voice, that Jason knew only came from sex. The lust was written everywhere. Emily seemed to be right. They were about to set a fire to this place.
Jason smiled and laughed at her. Nevertheless he didn’t spend time waiting. His hands went to her pants. Elizabeth rested her hands on Jason’s chest, coving his nipples, before she kicked her shoes to the side.
Jason slowly side her pants down to her ankles. Elizabeth kicked her pants off. Jason took greater time kissing her as he slides his hands into the sides of her panties. “Beautiful.” Jason murmured into her hot lips, pulling her panties down as far as he could without his lips leaving her mouth. He didn’t want to spend another second with touching her. He had to have her, now.
“You think so, huh?” She knew the minute Jason put his hands on her black tong that he would like it. She finished pushing her tong down the rest of the way. She now knew the reason to acquired so many tongs.
“Hell yeah, your amazing.” Jason wrapped an arm around her waist before lowing her to the ground, using her same words she used on him. “You are so god damn sexy.” He wasn’t sure what was wrong with him. He just couldn’t get enough of her.
“Jason…wait.” Elizabeth pushed on Jason’s chest. He stopped and eyed her. She smirked at him then whispered in his ear. “Protection?”
“Wallet, back pocket.” Jason gave a sigh of relief before ordering her to his back pocket of his discarded jeans. Once she was on way to across the barn to grab Jason’s jeans that he kicked off, he rolled onto his back and watched her as she got the condom. He sure didn’t want to get her pregnant. It was bed enough she was under age but they didn’t even have a real relationship. This was just sex.
Elizabeth came back and straddled Jason’s waist then peered down at him. God, he was so fucking hard. Jason took the condom from her and put it on with care, he didn’t want to come so soon. This night had to last. Elizabeth ran her hand up his hard cock. Jason moaned her name. “Elizabeth,” Jason brought his hands to her thighs and trailed his figures until they meet with her center. Elizabeth stiffened the minute she felt his figures near her center. This was all so new to her, she wasn’t sure what the hell was suppose to do or what he was doing to her. “It’s okay. Just relax, beautiful.” He brought his hands close to her center.
Elizabeth bent over to lay on Jason. Then brought her mouth to meet his. Jason pushed one finger in her. She didn’t stiffen so much this time. Jason pulled his hand away and shifted it to her hips.
Jason rubbed his finger in between her lips. This was all to much to take. She was so wet. He didn’t need to do anything to get her ready for his member. She was already and waiting for him. He moved his hand away from her and let her moved forward just a touch.
Jason had to bite his lip to keep from moaning her name. She moved forward and he moved with her. Elizabeth froze when she felt the tip of him inside of her. Elizabeth meet Jason’s eyes, before pushing up with her hands, and impaling herself back on him. She didn’t want to wait any longer. She felt her barrier break and didn’t ever realized how bad that was going to hurt. The cry of pain came from her lips and she fell slightly forward to bow her head. Jason held her hips still by placing his hands on her hips. She just sat there for a minute then moving her head up to look into his eyes.
She bit her lip from the pain, trying not to cry out again from the pain. Jason knew it would hurt but for some reason he thought she would know too. He was wrong. He didn’t know what else to do; so he whispered to her. She barely heard Jason whispering to her over the roar of blood in her ears. “I’m sorry, baby. It will be okay I promise that to you, beautiful.”
Jason held her hips for a more seconds before he began to rock himself in and out of her a couple of times. Before Elizabeth knew it the pain was gone and she was rocking with him. Moving up and down, slowly on his cock. Elizabeth and Jason moved slowly for the longest time. Not to end it just yet.
Emily got closer to the small barn that was sitting on Jason Morgan’s back yard, where the light was coming from. At first she thought she heard voices, but then the voices died down and she heard moans. She moved closer and peered in the open door. She seemed to froze from shock. She would know that mess of curls anywhere. Her best friend, Elizabeth was having sex with Jason Morgan, a man she couldn’t stand over a week a go. They seemed to be moving slowly but it still was no be secret as to what they where doing. She bit her lip from saying anything. She slowly backed away from the small barn. This is what she couldn’t tell her. She was fucking some one she seemed to have hated for the longest time. Looks like she was just a fake.
Elizabeth moved her hands to the Jason’s chest. She could feel herself having the need to go faster. She was breathing so hard, they couldn’t kiss any longer. Although she wanted to keep her mouth glued to his. They just couldn’t breathe and kiss at the same time. They just seemed to be so damn good together.
Elizabeth moaned Jason’s name, loud. Jason wanted to leave the pace up to Elizabeth, after all this was her first time, but he couldn’t. Not any longer. He had to cum. And soon. Jason quicken his pace even more, thrusting his hips as hard as he could into her. The end was near. Elizabeth pushed herself down on Jason once more before it was all over. She felt her inner walls holding onto him. Jason groaned and held tight on to Elizabeth’s hips, holding her in place. She leaned forward and all but screamed his name for the world to ear.
“Jason!” Then she laid herself down on his chest. Jason moved in and out of her once more, before burring himself as deep as he could go. Milking himself dry into the condom.
Emily covered her ears, when she her heard them moan one finally time, before running back down the road to her house. She couldn’t stand there to hear this from Jason and her best friend.
Jason pulled his sleeping bag up over them, content to have Elizabeth in his arms. She didn’t wait long before falling asleep in Jason’s arms, still connected.
Jason opened his eyes. “We lost a shipment today.” That was the only answer he could give her. He didn’t want to talk about his father just yet and he was hoping Elizabeth could see that. But he knew she wouldn’t. Cause he needed to talk about it and she was the only person he trusted.
“Oh, Jason.”
“I don’t know about my father. I sent him away right after he got in. I told him to listen to you and to never come back.” He took a seat at the table. “I don’t know what else to say on the matter.”
“How did it make you feel to see your father again after all these years?” Elizabeth knew Jason wasn’t going to give her what she wanted so she would have to ask and hope he opened up to her.
“I don’t know. I was more shocked then anything. Can we drop this?” Jason was done asking. He stood up and walked to Elizabeth. Placing both hands on the each side of her face he leaned in close to her. “I love you and I will talk about this in good time just not now.”
“Why?” She whispered.
“Cause it hurts and I just want to take my wife up stairs and make love to her.” Jason whispered back.
“So I take it this is out it’s going to be huh. We fight. You say you love me. You fuck me. Then stop talking to me again.”
“Elizabeth, that’s not-”
“Isn’t it? That’s what happened Jason. Or did you forget about your office this morning. You know fucking on your desk.” Elizabeth didn’t want to yell at Jason. Their son was up stairs and she didn’t want him to hear any of this. She didn’t even want to be mad at Jason but never tells her anything. Expects her to guess at how he’s feeling and doing. And she hated it. “That’s what is happening now. We just fought you said you love me and now you want to go up stairs to make love. You don’t you see this pattern we’re in.”
“Yes, I see a pattern.” Jason yelled. He was done. She wanted to fight then they were going to fight. “You don’t trust me. Not since Lena got pregnant. I understand. I hurt you. But I have been trying for the last year and half to make you see I don’t want to be without you any more. I don’t want fight. I just want my wife back.”
“And I want my husband back.” Elizabeth let the tears fall. “So now you tell me. What is it going to take for you to stop working all the time and be with your family.”
“I’m trying Elizabeth.”
“And I’m trying too, Jason.”
“Then that’s all we can hope for. Just to keep trying and to help each other along the way.” Jason bent down and kissed Elizabeth. It was light and a barely there kiss. She stood up on her toes and completely kissing him. Turning her head to the side she added pressure by wrapping her arms around his neck. Jason let go of her face and wrapped his arms around her waist pulling her to him. He didn’t want any space between them. They were finally getting it right.
Elizabeth pulled back and stared at Jason. She missed this. Missed being this close. Missing kissing him just because she could. “I love you, Jason Morgan.”
“And I love you, Elizabeth Morgan.”

Chapter 8
Two days later… Warehouse…
Jason walked into the warehouse for the first time in two days. He has spent these last two days with his family. A much needed break from work. During the day they went to the park or just went walking. And when Dillon came home they would all do something together. Georgie even spent the day with them yesterday. It was refreshing to see Dillon and Georgie playing with Josh while him and Elizabeth sat on the couch. Cuddled up. The only thing missing was Lena.
Sonny came out of his office the same time Jason was walking by. “Hey, Morgan, you got a minute.”
He looked at the clock. “Yeah, what’s up?”
“Come into my office.” Sonny held the door open for his friend before shutting it behind them. Jason took a seat in front of his desk. “This isn’t about business so you can relax.”
Jason looked at him. “I am relaxed. What’s going on?”
“Nothing. I just wanted to talk to you. We haven’t really talked in about a month.” Sonny grinned at his partner. “You took two days off. Anything wrong or just wanting to be with Elizabeth.”
“Things have been bad for me and Elizabeth this past year or so. And I just wanted a break to spend with my wife and our son.”
“Understandable.”
Jason leaned back in the chair just looking at Sonny. “We’re finally getting back to what he had.” The last month has been a roller coaster for business and both men worked a lot trying to fix it. Jason more so but Sonny had been here more then usually as well. Taking time off now was not the smart thing to do. But he wanted to have a family again. It was worth it. “My father came back to town.”
“Yeah I heard. Carly told me two days ago.” Sonny sat back in his chair just looking at the younger man. “That had to be hard. I mean after all these years. Damn if my dad came back I would probably hurt him.”
“I was thinking about it.” Jason grinned. “Elizabeth kicked him out the first time but he just came back again. This time he caught me when I was home. And in the middle of another fight with my wife.”
Sonny winced at that. “Damn.”
“Yeah.”
“Is he sticking around?”
“That’s what he said. But he also said that when he married my mother and left her ten years later.” Jason took a deep breath. He didn’t have a great relationship with either his mother or his father. He hated that his mother died thinking he hated her. Cause he didn’t. He just didn’t like her. His father on the other hand. He could careless what he died thinking about him. “I think he’ll stick around for a while but not for long.”
“So you and Elizabeth are getting better.”
“Yeah, we’re trying. It only took two major fights for use to get our ass’ in gear.” Jason moved in his seat slightly. Talking wasn’t his strong suit and talking to Elizabeth was harder then talking to Sonny. He thought it was supposed to be the other way around. But it wasn’t. He would have to remind himself to really talk to Elizabeth about that.
The door to the office was thrown up then. Sonny stood up and Jason did also turning towards the door. Michael walked in the office with Dillon right in front of him. “I swear to god Jason I find him around here again I will shot him myself.”
Jason stood up and glared at Dillon. “What are you doing here? It’s Monday, shouldn’t you be in school?” Just when things were getting back to being good. Watching Michael leave, he looked to Sonny. “You might want to check up on him.” Looking back to Dillon. “My office now.” The order was clear. Dillon walked with Jason right behind him to his office. Okay this wasn’t the best time in the world to be at the warehouse.
Jason shut the door on his way in. Why couldn’t Elizabeth be here for this? He hated yelling at Dillon, he always went a little over board. Elizabeth was so much better at this then him. But Elizabeth wasn’t around and this couldn’t wait until later. “Dillon, what are you doing here?”
“My afternoon class was a study hall that you don’t have to go. So I came here.” Dillon explained.
“What were you doing to make Michael so pissed?” Jason knew there had to be more to the story then Dillon was willing to share. It would be so much easier if Dillon would just come clean. But that was never how it works.
“I wasn’t doing anything. I was working around. He never liked me.” Dillon took a seat in one of the chairs in front of Jason’s desk.
Jason walked around his desk and took a seat in his chair. The look on Dillon’s face told him he was telling him to truth. “Look, Dillon, I know Michael doesn’t like you that much but you should have just come to my office first.”
“I did. You weren’t here. So I went looking for you.” Dillon leaned back in his chair. His eyes never leaving Jason’s. There was no way he planned on lying to him now. Things were just getting back to what they should have started off as. There was no way he was going to ruin things for Elizabeth and Josh. “I know I should have gone to Sonny’s office next. But I didn’t. I wanted to look around.”
Jason sighed, leaning back in his chair. “What are you doing here? Why didn’t you go home?”
“Elizabeth isn’t home on Mondays, you know the whole Carly thing every week. And Georgie has an afternoon class. So I came here.” Dillon knew he was going to have to come clean sooner or later. This was good for now.
Jason nodded.
~*~*~
Sonny went into his son’s office without knocking. Just walking in. “You know you could be a little nicer to boy. You have been riding his ass since he moved in with Jason and Elizabeth.” Sonny had a seat in one of the black chairs in front of his son’s desk. He sat there waiting for his son to answer him.
Michael looked up at his father and groaned. “Dad, the kid is a jerk.” That was his only answer.
“Why is he a jerk? He hasn’t done shit to you.” Sonny was completely lost when it came to why Michael didn’t like Dillon. It was a well-known fact by anyone who saw them around each other. And it wasn’t for Dillon’s lack of trying. Hell, he did everything he could to be nice to anyone when he moved in with Jason and Elizabeth.
“Kid needs to be in school not around a warehouse. Lena doesn’t like him that much either. I’m not the only one.”
“But you’re the only one who makes a show about it.” Sonny sat his chair and stared at his son. “What the hell is wrong with you?” There was differently something wrong. “He hasn’t does shit. His step-dad was an asshole and his mother wasn’t much better. He had nowhere to go but here. So what the hell did he do to you cause from where I’m looking the kid hasn’t done anything.”
“What?” Michael looked up from some invoices he was looking over. Staring at his father, he sat the file on his desk. “There’s nothing wrong with me.”
Sonny stood up, “Michael, I swear to god you stop riding that kid. That’s an order. If you don’t you’ll be spending the next six months in Porte Rico without Lena. You got that.” Giving his son one last look he walked out of his office. His son could be so pigheaded at times. Just like his father Carly would say to him. Walking past Jason’s office he saw Dillon in there with Jason. At least they were talking and not trying to kill each other like normal. Closing the door to his office.
Picking up the picture on his desk, Sonny stared at his wife. Carly. There was something so wrong with her lately. But she wouldn’t talk about it. And kept saying it was nothing. She was such a bad liar. Not giving it another thought he sat the picture back on his desk and picked up the phone. “Carly.”
“Sonny, I was just talking with Elizabeth.”
“And how is she?”
“What do I owe the pleasure of this call?”
Sonny stared at the picture of him, Carly, Morgan, and Michael. It was taken when Morgan was only two weeks old. “Nothing. I just wanted to talk to my wife.”
“Well, I have to take Morgan into school now. So I’ll talk to you later.”
“Carly?”
“Yeah?”
“I love you.” Sonny whispered to her. There was something differently wrong with his wife. And by god he was going to find out what so he could fix it.
“I love you too, Sonny. See ya tonight for dinner.” With that Carly hung up the phone.
Sonny waited for the dial tone before hanging up the phone. Yes, there was differently something wrong with his wife. And Elizabeth probably new more about it then he did. Maybe it was time to get Jason’s help with this.

Chapter 9
Working around him, Elizabeth began cleaning up the living room. Her son laid on the couch sound asleep. He was just like Lena when she was little, getting harder and harder to put down for his afternoon nap. It must have been a Morgan thing cause Carly never had this problem with her children. She heard the front door slam and Dillon start to yell at Jason before cursing under her breath and running to the couch to pick up her son who she knew would wake up. Not only did he hate sleeping but he was a light sleeper. Right on cue, Joshua opened his eyes and started crying at the loud voices. Picking him up, Elizabeth walked to where Jason and Dillon where.
“What is going on out here?” She demanded while trying to get her son back under control. To her surprise Dillon had already taken off for his room.
Without a word Jason reached over and took their crying son into his arms. Rocking him back and forth, he answered his wife, “Dillon cut school and came to the warehouse. Michael found him first and you know how those two fight.” Jason stopped rubbing Josh’s back and moved to his to Elizabeth’s cheek. “Can you check on Dillon he wont listen to me right now?”
Elizabeth nodded. “Don’t go back to work we need to talk.” She smile and walked away.
Jason watched her go. Waiting for her to get out of range before he took a seat on the couch, holding his son, “Usually when you mother says we have to talk it’s not a good thing. What do you think, buddy? Is it good or bad?”
Josh whipped his fist against his cheek just looking up at his father. Not making a sound besides a giggle of having his father around.
“Yeah, I didn’t think you would know.” Leaning back on the couch, Jason went to playing with his son.
Elizabeth knocked on Dillon’s door, Lena’s old room, before walking in. She smiled at his back. He was sitting at his desk, leaning over it, writing. She walked up behind him. “School work?” She asked.
“Nope.”
“I’ll call your school and tell them you sick. Cause I know you skipped out today. No more going to the warehouse unless your told you can.” Elizabeth took a step back and just stared at him. Waiting for him to turn around and face her like she knew he would.
Dillon turned to face her, like she knew. “What?”
“You and Michael don’t get along and he has to be there everyday.” Elizabeth leaned down and placed a kiss on his forehead. “And I will talk to Jason into getting you a job there since I know that’s what you want so bad.” She rubbed his shoulder and walked out. Missing the smile she put on his face.
Walking down the stairs she smiled on her way down. She didn’t know why but all the boys wanted to work for Jason and Sonny. Morgan loved being there when his father would allow him to be there. Smiling, she knew Josh would also want to work there when he got older. Her smile brighten when she walked in the living room, Jason was walking around the living room with Josh in his arms, sleeping. Jason always had that power to put their children to sleep by just holding them. Where as, she had to work at it.
Jason laid Josh on the couch with a pillow on the floor and another one along his side so he wouldn’t get hurt if he fell. Making sure his son was set, Jason held out his hand to his wife. When she grabbed his hand, he led her over to the large, chair and half. Sitting down, Jason pulled Elizabeth onto his lap, pulling the lever. Elizabeth smiled, placing her hands over Jason’s, whose went to her stomach when she laid back on his chest.
“Comfy?”
“Very.” She giggled.
“I’m glad.” Jason smiled. Things were really good right now. “All right, now what is it that you wanted to talk to me about.” Without thinking, Jason began moving his fingers in circles on her bare stomach, where he moved her shirt up so he could reach her stomach.
“Carly’s pregnant but she hasn’t told Sonny yet.” Elizabeth decided on the way down the stairs that she needed to tell Jason. There was no way she would keep this from Jason.
Jason’s hand stopped moving for a second then started moving again. It was in that second, Elizabeth knew Jason had let what she said hit him. He was never very open to shock but there were a few times when she had the chance of actual seeing him in shock. “Carly just told me today. She’s telling Sonny soon but I’m not sure when.”
“Sonny doesn’t want another child but he would be happy about it.”
“I know but she’s scared.” Elizabeth relaxed farer into her husband, turning her face to plant a small, wet kiss on the inside of his neck.
“Elizabeth,” he warned. “Any more of that and I’m sending Dillon out with Josh for a while.” He closed his eyes and relaxed, loving the feel of his wife in his arms. It has been way to fucking long since they just let go and made love all afternoon.
Elizabeth placed her hands on the arm of the chair, standing up. She smiled at Jason’s shocked face. “I feel like taking a shower.” She smiled, walking away. Stopping before she took the first step up, turning back to Jason. “Hurry.” She whispered taking off up the stairs.
It took Jason ten seconds before he went running up the stairs after his wife. Making one stop at Dillon’s room.
~*~*~
Sonny walked in the penthouse with a slam of the door. This was going way to far. He wanted his family back. And he wanted them back now. Things were way too out of control for his liking. It was time to find out the problem and fix it.
Morgan looked up from where he sat at the dinning room table. His schools book setting all around him, all closed. He pushed his notebook away and stood up. The big talk was coming and he did not want to be anywhere near his parents when it came. Piling up all his stuff, he faced his father. “Mom’s in the kitchen. I’ll be up stairs.”
Sonny sighed. Hell, even Morgan know what was going on around here. Now he really felt like shit. This was just another reason he wasn’t letting his wife out of the penthouse until she told him what the hell was going on around here.
Taking his coat off he thought it over the back of his chair. Once doing the same with his suit jacket, he undid his cuffs and rolled his sleeves up. He had a feeling this was going to take a told on him. Undoing the top two buttons of his dress shirt, Sonny, took a deep breath. He made his way into the kitchen now. He was ready.
Carly smiled when he walked in. She heard the front door open and slam shut. This was coming and she had been talking to herself all afternoon. It was now or never. And she really didn’t want to lose her husband so it was most definitely now. Taking a deep breath, she closed her eyes and spoke. “I’m pregnant again.” Opening her eyes, she waited a heart beat before speaking again. “Are you mad at me?”
“What?” Sonny just stopped. He wanted to laugh. That’s what this was all about. A baby. Sure he wasn’t pleased. However he wasn’t going to go nuts over a baby.
“You heard me.” Carly just stared at her husband. She couldn’t really read what he was thinking or feeling. Besides the complete shock, he was completely blank in the face.
“That’s what this is all about?” He moved towards the table but he didn’t seat down. “That’s why you have been so cold to me. Thought I would be pissed. That I would be mad and wouldn’t want to talk to you?” He waited for her answer.
“Yes.” She sighed. “No. God, I don’t know.”
“Cause I’m not.”
“You’re not.” Carly just stared at him. So not turning out how she thought this would.
“No, of course not. I love you. I’m happy about this but I will be I mean it’s a baby.”
“But you… didn’t want another child. You were… so… so strong about letting me know that. I just don’t understand what’s going on.”
“Just cause I didn’t want one another one doesn’t I’m going to go all nuts over this one. Carly, you are my wife.” Taking a seat at the table, Sonny, reached over and took his wife’s hands in his. “Why did you think I would be so mad.”
“I don’t know.” She smiled, a tear cascading down her cheek. “I think I just thought about too much. Made it out to be way more then it was.”
“Everyone knows but me.”
“Michael doesn’t. I just told Elizabeth a few hours ago. So that means Jason should know when he gets home from work.”
“I’m gonna…” Sonny stopped himself then went on. “I need to talk to Jason.”
Carly smiled. She knew this was coming. At least she got something right. “Go.” It was always coming. Jason was his best friend.
Sonny reached over and pulled his wife into a kiss. Pulling back before their lips met, “I’m completely in love with you.” Whispering to his wife, he leaned in and finished bringing their lips together. After a minute, he pulled back and stood up. Giving his wife one more look before leaving the room. Pulling out his cell phone as he went. Part of him was happy Jason would already know. He didn’t want to give him the news. Just wanted to talk to his best friend.

Lena sighed. Jason had called her on his way home. She knew Michael wouldn’t be home for a while and she had more time to think. Sure she knew why Michael hated Dillon so much in the beginning. But now she was just completely confused. Thank god she had some time to think about he got home.

Moving around the room, for the second time that day, Elizabeth picked up all the toys the boys left laying around. After her and Jason had a little fun I the shower, they took a quick nap. When she woke up alone, she came down stairs and went straight to work on cleaning up. Something that she planned on having done by now. She still couldn’t get the smile off her face from coming down stairs and finding all her boys on the floor playing, together. She hadn’t seen her husband that happy in a ling time. She just prayed things would stay that way for a while. Knowing their history that wasn’t gonna happen. But this time it wasn’t going to be her and Jason. Nope, Sonny and Carly were at the wheel this time.
Throwing, Josh’s little stuffed bear on the couch, she smiled as her husband walked in the room. “Hey, baby.”
“Hey,” He walked over to his wife and pulled her to him. His hand on her hips, holding her to him. “I really hate to do this but Sonny just called.”
“Go.” She whispered with a smile on her face.
“See this is why it’s bad that you know everything before I do.” Jason smirked.
“Usually women talk everything to death before we talk to men. Don’t be gone too long. I want you home tonight.” She smiled.
“Got plans do we?”
“Oh yeah, it’s a date.” She reached up, pulling Jason’s head down to met her. Stopping herself from kissing him, she smiled. “You. Me. And our bed.”
“Yes, Mrs. Morgan. You have yourself a date.” Pulling her the rest of the way to him. The kiss that wouldn’t wait any longer.
Pulling back, she smirked at him. “Oh yeah, and Morgan we still have something to talk about.”
“What’s that?”
“About us not really being married.” She lost her smile a little bit. “I got the letter from my attorney today. We forgot to stop the divorcé when Josh was born. We are officially as of today, no longer married.”
“Damn.” Jason swore. “I guess we did have a lot to take in with Dillon and all.”
“Yeah. So go talk to Sonny then come home, I want you all to myself.”
“Will do.” Jason smiled. A little heartbroken that his wife was no longer his wife. How the hell could he forgot to stop their divorce from coming through. Smiling once more, Jason left the room, giving Elizabeth a longing glance before actually leaving the room.

Lena sat Ethan down on the couch, on Michael’s lap. He had just wanted in the house and took a seat on the couch with a sigh. Lena was already sitting there with their son, she just handed him over, She was the first one to speak. Nothing like getting it out of the way. “So I hear you had an interesting day at work.”
Without looking, Michael smiled. “How’s your father?”
“Good. What’s your deal with Dillon?”
“He’s a punk kid who should be at school and not at the docks.”
It was an easy answer. To bad it was too easy. “Oh, please, Michael. Like you don’t remember how many times we skipped school and went to those docks. Our first kiss was on those docks.” After seeing the look on her husband’s face, she was quick to recover her steps. “Now look, I’m not saying you have to love the kid. I’m just saying give him a little slack. He is part of the family. And he is shaping up.”
“I’ll see.”
“Do more then that. And I mean it. My mom just got Dillon and my dad to be in a room together without fighting she doesn’t need you adding more problems to this. Dillon got a bad deal and my parents are trying to give him something better then he got with his parents. Would you please just do me this favor?”
“Fine, I will nice to the kid.” Michael sighed when the phone rang, waiting for the caller ID to pick up, he smiled. “It’s my mom. I’ll be back.” Picking up his son and the phone, he smiled to his wife and walked out of the room.
Lena relaxed back on the couch with a smiled on her face.
Things were good…
